Mama Bear's Day Nursery & Pre-School (Plymouth)

The team are lovely and attentive, and do a really exceptional job of ensuring my daughter has a excellent day, makes friends and learns new things! I can’t thank the team enough – they are excellent communicators, and really supportive and understanding. This is a really exceptional childcare centre!

Along with other family members. The team are such a joy and makes you sense at ease when leaving kids if they struggle with staying. I couldn’t fault mama bears Spring Hill both my kids have been here.

The service I have experienced from them over the last 5 years has been nothing but outstanding. The girls in the bouncy room are all incredible and the team are so welcoming and flexible providing exceptional assistance to parents trying to manage changing schedules around work. I wouldn’t dream of putting my kids anywhere else. I get daily updates of all the lovely activities my little boy is doing and can see his development coming along so beautifully with the girl’s assistance. He is consistently eating home-cooked food and playing outside in the fresh air with his friends. Thank you so much Mama Bear’s. Mama Bear’s Springhill Green looked after my daughter a few years ago and now cares for my little boy.

The team are absolutely incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and the app is constantly updated so you know how your little one is getting on throughout their sessions. I have no hesitation in recommending Mama Bears Spring Hill if you are looking for a childcare centre setting for your kid. The manager and the team are fab! My son is so cheerful at Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre, he has been attending since he was 7 months old and will graduate in the summer.

With 5 years apart, the team have remained the same. The team are remarkable and we are very thankful for all that they do. The kids have a excellent time. I’ve sent both my kids to Mama Bear’s Springhill Green and it’s so important to find a place where you are cheerful and your kid is getting the best care whilst you go to work.

Regular updates and pictures consistently make me sense included and in the loop during the day. Our little one has bonded so well with his care leader, she is absolutely phenomenal with him I couldn’t ask for better!

I have never had any concerns. The team are all very capable and they have been there a long time which is excellent in terms of consistency for the kids. Meals and snacks provided are great and they consistently have new and exciting activities to do. The childcare centre has consistently tried to be flexible and accommodating with requests. Highly suggest! Both my kids have attended the childcare centre.

The kids’s best interests are consistently at the heart of everything they do. The team are welcoming, supportive and considerate, and they go out of their way to match your kid’s routine at home to the childcare centre setting. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. From the moment you step in the doors, you can sense the care in the setting.

The professionalism and care of the team there is phenomenal to our daughter and also to us as parents. We have watched her growth in discovering and development has been incredible. The app is consistently updated and the educators and manager are so approachable. Safety and security is paramount at this childcare centre as well so we do not worry when she is at childcare centre. Medically trained at first aid and their quick response when our daughter fell ill at childcare centre put us at ease really quickly when we were worried. It is a childcare centre where you as parents sense like you belong to a family as it is very family-orientated. My daughter attends Mama Bears Childcare centre in Springhill since she was 9 months old.

My son has delayed speech and they have helped him so much and supported us throughout it all I couldn’t ask for a better team Remarkable childcare centre my son has been here for over 2 years and my daughter has been here for almost 6 months, every single team member is incredible, welcoming and so easy to talk to.
