Mama Bear's Day Nursery & Pre-School (Bridgwater)

With so much change that has happened, he still loves going to childcare centre more than ever now. The new manager is excellent, she is inviting and welcoming as well as highly supportive, my little boy runs up to each and every member of team and hugs them. Thank you to the new girls for keeping us cheerful and supporting me with him, you are all excellent. My baby boy has been coming here since he was 9 months old and now he is 2.

The team are all exceptionally supportive and they truly focus on working with me to ensure my kids’s home routine is similar to their school routine which is highly supportive. My youngest son, being born during the Covid pandemic has consistently been a highly shy kid and likes to stay by an adult however, since he has been in childcare centre the team have truly encouraged him to engage in playtime and activities with other kids which have had a massive impact at home for us too. The team are highly consistent with their communications and daily updates on their app informing me of important details about their day as well as regular photos of them enjoying certain activities. The setting itself is a lovely setting with a excellent garden and plenty of activities in each room. All the team are incredible and both my kids adore coming into the childcare centre! I have had a fantastic journey with Mama Bears, my eldest son joined in September 2022 and my youngest then followed a few months later.

It was. But the team bonded with him instantly; he has such a personality!
The team there all know who he is. He is so comfortable now in there and is so cheeky with the team. He has gone from babies to bounce and will be going into their Pre-School next week. His speech has developed, and his self‑assurance has only increased since being there.
His key worker for the entire time he has been there, and I can not say enough great things about her. She has the same compassionate of outlook on everything as we do at home and is our type of person, which is why they matched so well. Another member of team has also been incredible since he joined. They have both been through so much change since we’ve been there, and it hasn’t shown through either of them. They’ve been consistent and incredible the whole time. An absolute credit to this childcare centre. My son has been attending this setting since October 2021.
Sending him to the childcare centre is one of those things I know would be beneficial for him, but so hard to do!

All the team are truly inviting and welcoming – we can’t speak highly enough of the childcare centre. Updates is consistently excellent. We adore that they use a parent app because we get to see photos and messages throughout the day. As key workers, we’ve been so grateful that he has been able to attend childcare centre during the pandemic and we consistently sense confident Mama Bear’s does everything to keep everyone secure as they can. Our son has clearly built up a excellent relationship with his key worker and other team. Knowing he is cheerful, makes us cheerful! Thanks for all you do. We are truly pleased we chose to send our son to Mama Bear’s.

My 3-year-old is in the preschool room and has a fantastic relationship with his key worker and the team. He is cheerful, enjoys going in, is well looked after and enjoys lots of enjoyable activities and discovering! I’m impressed by the menu provided. It’s excellent to know that they are having a nutritious and varied diet. There have been recent changes in management which have improved many things, including updates. They offer a parent’s evening and use an App to post photos and care details. It’s excellent to see what they’ve been up to and helps me sense connected to them when I’m at work. My baby has recently completed some settling sessions, I can’t believe how well he is doing so far, he seems truly cheerful on pickup and has already developed a lovely relationship with his key worker. We sense highly cheerful to have this childcare centre nearby and to know the boys are well looked after, it’s not easy leaving them so young but Mama Bear’s makes it easier. My 2 boys attend Mama Bear’s childcare centre, we adore it.

It is clear the team care for the kids. Consistently welcome us with a smile and a welcoming attitude. Going into the setting has been so nice, seeing all the lovely activities the kids have daily and the displays in the room. The team assistance my grandson in the most incredible way.

The team are so welcoming, consistently got smiles on their faces. My daughter has warmed to all of the team and I’m so cheerful. My daughter has been going to this childcare centre since it opened and she absolutely loves it.

My son has come on so well since being at this childcare centre and the manager goes above and beyond to fit your hours in would 100% suggest this place. This is by far the best childcare centre going the team are excellent and keep you informed of everything your kid does all day.

My 2 year old became a bit unsettled when he first started but that was supported well by all team in the bouncy room. His key-worker along with all the other team in the bouncy room are supporting us with some behaviour issues we are having at home and we are seeing an improvement with their assistance. We’ve also seen an improvement already in his development and he non stop sings childcare centre rhymes now wherever we are, he has started talking about letters and trying to draw them and is becoming more independent.

I was truly worried about my 10 month old starting as he had been with no-one but me his whole life but he seems to have settled amazingly. We have no tears at handover and he has become less clingy since starting. I adore being able to see exactly what they’ve been doing on my lunch break using the app system as its updated during the day. My two boys (10 months and 2 years 10 months) started at Mama Bear’s on the 19th April and are definitely enjoying it.

Consistently cheerful to go in and comes out with a big smile on his face. He is discovering so much and having enjoyable playing with the team and other kids. My son currently attends Mama Bear’s Childcare centre and he loves it.
