Magic Tree Day Nursery Yate

I sense my baby is truly secure there and so cheerful while attending! Plenty of activities and enjoyable! Outstanding team looking after kids truly properly, excellent updates, my little one truly enjoyed it. Absolutely fab childcare centre!

My son started to attend there from June and they’ve managed to close his room and cancel his session 5 times and I already know he is losing another afternoon next week. The first two sessions were his settling days, then when speaking with now ex-manager she has told me that was not her problem that they are short of team. Clearly was more my problem as I had to postpone my work for another week without any notice. Then others are his normal days when I am supposed to be working. They seem to only close the afternoons which it’s not truly fair as I believe if they move the team around this would be fair for everyone to lose some sessions. Now I’ve just received the invoice where they only deducted two sessions instead of three. I had a few more issues but there is not enough room to write them down about. Nice team but highly poor management, impossible to go back to work stress-free.
I wish I knew that before. Would think twice again before signing my son to this Childcare centre.

I’ve been told team and management had changed around significantly prior to us starting and has continued to. However, all the team we’ve encountered are highly pleasant and clearly care about the kids. There is new management which I’m hoping supports team with their development and qualifications, so there’s definite positive change on the horizon. We have had room closures in the past, but thankfully have dodged the recent bout of them.
Our main concern is with updates. At our other childcare centre they used an app which is truly swish and easy with highly quick responses, but the app Magic Tree use is so clunky and we’ve had highly few updates since we started, and the main form of comms is email which can take a while. Investment in a new app would go a long way. We would also adore regular development meetings but have only had one parents’ evening in the last year. We registered our son at Magic Tree following their ‘outstanding’ rating with Ofsted (which has sadly been rescinded).

My son loves going to childcare centre and he is highly cheerful here. He has learned so much and made friends which makes me sense comfortable leaving him here. Magic Tree day childcare centre is incredible and the team are highly welcoming indeed.

The team consistently communicate so well with updates, and when I pick my daughter up they consistently give me a truly detailed rundown of her day. I have complete trust in all the team at Magic Tree and I with the new management change recently it’s 100% improved the childcare centre. I would suggest Magic Tree to any parents and I’m truly looking forward to my son starting in September. Thank you so much to all team. My daughter absolutely loves coming to Magic Tree Day Childcare centre Yate, the team are incredible and my daughter’s key worker is incredible.

Nothing is too much trouble and they truly take the time to get to know each kid as an individual. I consistently sense listened to and that the team are willing to do whatever they can to assistance the kids.

They’ve also been incredible accommodating her during my illness. She is so cheerful at childcare centre and gets excited to go every morning she goes. I cannot thank Magic Tree enough for stimulating and teaching my daughter new things every day – I’m amazed.

He is consistently cheerful and has progressed developmentally since joining particularly with his speech and language. The team are compassionate and care for the kids to an outstanding level. As a full time working parent it is reassuring to be able to send my kid to a setting where I know he is secure and secure. They set up a range of activities for the kids to engage with and have access to discovering outside. Myself and my
Husband and I thank the team at Magic Tree from the bottom of our hearts for all they do for our son. My son attends Magic Tree childcare centre twice per week.

Team have been incredible with my daughter. I cannot fault them. Her speech is coming on exceptionally well for an under two. Consistently comes home cheerful after a day here. Magic tree is the best childcare centre by far.

Team are exceptional and attentive, my little girl absolutely loves going there, she settled highly quickly and now run inside without looking back, she knows all the room stuff by their names. There are consistently enjoyable activities to do and lots of things to bring home to show us. Their updates is excellent and they have been highly accommodating in the past. I would suggest this childcare centre if you are looking for attentive and supportive people to look after your little ones, knowing they are consistently in great hands. This is a excellent childcare centre that my daughter attended from the age of 1.
