Was a positive journey, truly appreciated seeing how my son was getting on and the work he has done. The team are highly supportive and gave information regarding his development. The setting was exceptional, loved the outdoor area and the fact they do go outside daily – in all weather. Appreciated the fact we could go and see the setting as restrictions lifted.

I sense my kid is in outstanding hands. The setting looks exceptional and the girls in the setting are highly inviting.

Couldn’t thank them enough. They have truly helped my son along with his transition from another childcare centre. They notify me if he’s under the weather or hurts himself. I sense like I could trust them with my kid. He’s cheerful there and the team are welcoming what else could you ask for!

The outside area is his favourite and reminds me of a forest school (or the closest thing to one around here!)

The person in accounts has helped me when needed and she’s consistently prompt in replying.

The team are what make this childcare centre, the setting, food, etc come secondary to the quality of the team at the childcare centre. I cannot fault them at all. They are attentive, compassionate and actively listen to any feedback or concerns that the kids have as well as any concerns we have about our kid. Since starting at little steps, I have witnessed our little one grow in self‑assurance as well as in his ability to grow and development massively. The team work in a way which puts the kid at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn’t place my kid in any other childcare centre and would suggest little steps to anybody looking for a secure place for their little one to attend. My little one thoroughly enjoys attending childcare centre, both parents and kids are welcomed at the gate with a genuine huge smiles each morning. I cannot thank little steps enough for their continuous fab care. The team cannot do enough to provide high-quality, person-centred care to the kids.

She has built lovely relationships with team and everyone is consistently compassionate and supportive. My daughter has had a remarkable journey at Little Steps.
