Their enthusiasm and energy with the kids is brilliant and they do a wide range of engaging activities, including lots of great messy playtime. The team are extremely caring, attentive, knowledgable and passionate about their jobs. Little Red Hen Day Nursery has a home-from-home family feel and I would strongly advocate a visit if you are looking for a nursery setting place Communication from management is brilliant and they have always been extremely supportive with any questions or queries I have. Little Red Hen Day Nursery has a large garden with separate, age appropriate, sections for each age group. Little Red Hen Day Nursery has consistently provided a safe, fun and nurturing setting for my little ones since 2017.

He is so excited to go to nursery setting and we can really see him developing and exploring. On my initial visit, I was impressed by the caring nature of the personnel, the focus on messy activities, outdoor activities and structured discovering through activities and sensory activities. We were so pleased that our young lad could return to this early‑years hub when it reopened. Our little one is so settled and thrilled here, he treasures the walks to see the ducks and the aeroplanes, they have a great outside space and enjoys playing with the cars and trucks, they have also recently acquired some bunnies which the youngsters all seem to adore. From a personal perspective, the nurseries flexibility, understanding and seeing how delighted and settled our boy is, has really made my return to shift work post-maternity much easier, something that I was previously exceptionally apprehensive about.

He really enjoys the walks that they go on, looking at ducks or finding fairy houses in the woods, playing with lots of different toys and playing in the garden. So glad that the nursery setting reopened and we could send our little one back here after lockdown, we have had such a positive time since he started there and the crew have been fantastic at settling him back in. It is such a relief to know that he is so thrilled when he is there.

The well-being of the kids is obviously the most important thing for the childcare centre, and we have always been impressed by the support and compassion they have shown. Our boy had been there for a year and has thrived under the support of the personnel and treasures going. We have been so pleased with Little Red Hen Nursery.

She totally flourishes when she is at Little Red Hen. Little Red Hen is a lovely independent childcare centre that I am sure every youngster and parent would adore! An incredible early‑years hub! My young lady adores going to childcare centre and has some made really special bonds with the team! As a mum who has postnatal anxiety it was important I left my little one with the best possible people and I felt this as soon as I stepped into Little Red Hen. The crew is really invested in getting the best out of every kid and making sure they get the most out of their early lives. Both my husband and I work shifts and the childcare centre has been truly accommodating to our need for flexible hours so childcare centre works around our shifts, something that not many nurseries offer these days.

The nursery setting always seems to be improving its sites and developing its provision. His well-being is always their top priority. It is always a highlight to see the updates they post on the online platform detailing his stages of progress. Our young lad has been attending Little Red Hen for over a year and has adored every day. We have seen him grow in confidence in the short time he has been attending the nursery setting, and the knowledge and skills the team impart are extremely evident when he is back at home. Keep up the good work, Little Red Hen, and thank you to all your personnel for their care and dedication to the kids. The personnel keep us informed of his advancement with thorough daily verbal and written feedback, and when talking to the team, they are always enthusiastic, extremely supportive and clearly know our young lad well. He quickly settled in and is always smiling at pick-up time. We have been particularly impressed by how well he eats and naps at childcare centre – the crew are miracle workers, in our opinion!

I cannot thank the Manager and her team enough, I am so grateful to have found this nursery setting! I will be downhearted when my little one moves on from the childcare centre as I can’t imagine the level of care will ever match what he has received here! My young lad returns home every day to tell me what he has eaten, who he has played with and what he has learned! His sensory needs are always met and his progress has better massively. For every hurdle that we have faced Little Red Hen has helped my boy to overcome it with confidence, even meeting with me personally when I had concerns as a parent. I honestly can’t praise them enough for their enormous hard work and efforts over the preceding two years! I have found the care consistently child-centred and that every member of crew goes above and beyond for the individual youngster. They never stop! My little one has been in all three classrooms at Little Red Hen nursery setting and has been in the care of almost every member of team at one time or another.

My young lady started at The Little Red Hen Day Nursery in March 2021, and she is thriving! The Little Red Hen Day Nursery has a home-from-home family feel, and I would enthusiastically endorse a visit if you are looking for a nursery setting place for your little one. The team are incredible, so caring and attentive. They always have fun and exciting activities planned for the little ones every day. After looking at other nurseries upon our visit here, I found this early‑years hub to be the one where my girl felt most comfortable. She is always excited about attending childcare centre.

The reopening is a testament to the incredible personnel, parents and little ones who are involved with the childcare centre. The crew are so attentive and caring, making it a extremely comfortable space for both kids and parents. Our young lady can’t wait to return and we are so pleased we’ll be able to send our youngest little one to the early‑years hub next year. Our girl has been attending Little Red Hen for over two years now and absolutely enjoys the early‑years hub, as do we.

They’re respected, valued, nurtured and adored. One thing I could never fault in the six years I’ve been sending my youngsters here is just how good the team are with the youngsters. I have to give credit where it is due and Little Red Hen deserves a lot. There’s always a great schedule of activities too. Thank you Little Red Hen for being nothing short of fantastic! They’ve worked hard over the summer to make some improvements to the childcare centre setting and it’s really paid off.
