all the team are highly welcoming and lovely! My daughter loves the childcare centre and the team. Highly attentive and my daughter is consistently well looked after. Adore all the pictures and updates I get too! Incredible childcare centre!

My kid is thriving and it’s all thanks to this remarkable childcare centre and the lovely team. You can tell that the team truly care about the kids that they care for and they go above and beyond to make sure that both kids (and parents!) are comfortable. As a first time mum I was highly anxious to have my kid at childcare centre however the team consistently update me on how he is doing throughout the day and they have done wonders in terms of aiding his development. My son can’t get in the door quick enough each morning! Highly suggest. Absolutely adore this childcare centre.

The team at Newcastle Little Pioneers have been so understanding about my son being behind and having challenging behaviour but instead of making me sense like he was consistently getting things wrong like in the last childcare centre, they have been lovely and made me sense so at ease when dropping and picking him up, all my anxiety about leaving him in someone else’s care have been completely been removed since the first day of moving him!

They are engaging and they consistently update and assistance us with regards to our kids’s development. My daughter has become more confident since attending childcare centre Experienced team who are incredible and well qualified to look after the kids.

I scoured all nurseries for the right one and even trialled some but Little Pioneers was the childcare centre for us. Many team have been there for years – a sign they’re cheerful and content and it truly shows in how they look after my boy. It’s a excellent place of enjoyable, education and care and we couldn’t wish for a better place for our boy to start his discovering. It was a rough ride when he first started as he had separation anxiety but the team were gentle with him and me and now he skips in. I also adore the diversity – there are a huge range of kids with different needs, cultures and personalities and the aggregate of that is an inclusive culture that has set up my boy for school. My little boy leaves childcare centre soon for school but I can honestly say he has built behaviours, friendships and knowledge that have prepared him so well for his next step. My little boy started with Little Pioneers when he was 2.5 and he’s just turned 4.

However, I was wondering if you find below two points to be considered or not!
1. If a regular fire drill is necessary to make familiar the kids with the fire alarm and evacuation process during emergency escape.
2. If a regular health check-up by any expert would be required or not!
Please ignore the above points if these are already being done.

All aspects of his development are flourishing. The team are absolutely lovely and it’s a pleasure to see how much he enjoys it. Truly adore the app updates whenever he is in, provides an easy, effective line of updates between childcare centre and home. The childcare centre itself is just stunning and I fell in adore the second I viewed it. The childcare centre rooms are full of activities, not to mention the gorgeous atrium and the outside space with a excellent view of all the trains (much to my son’s delight!) Cannot praise this childcare centre enough, my son joined just before his second birthday and has come on in leaps and bounds.

We get frequent updates via the ParentZone app which is highly handy for letting us know what our kid has been getting up to throughout the day, especially towards the end of the day before we pick them up so that we can plan the rest of the evening in advance.

Their meals are varied and encourages our kid to try out new things frequently, and the app updates us as to what they’ve had and whether they enjoyed it or not.

They, weather permitting, go out for walks and teach the kids about nature – a nice touch.

I sense that our kid is highly well looked after to the point that they are raring to go in the morning and reluctant to leave in the afternoon. We can rest assured that our kid is in great hands and we can go about our day without worrying too much at all. The childcare centre overall is a highly nice place to be, the facilities are up to standard and their biggest asset – their team, are exceptionally welcoming and supportive.
