Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Hetton

We have both of our kids attend on a regular basis. The team are highly great and engaging. Our kids adore being there. If we are lucky enough to have more kids, we will be using this childcare centre again. Not only do our kids get so much from the childcare centre, but we as parents delight in drop off and pick up. We adore a quick chat with the girls and discussing how our kids are progressing. I couldn’t speak more highly of this childcare centre.

My daughter recently started childcare centre and was initially wary and often upset when going, the welcoming team quickly put her at ease and she consistently comes home telling stories of how much enjoyable she has had.

The team are so supportive and her key person is highly well‑informed and truly puts my daughter’s needs first. My Daughter loves spending time here, she only attends one day a week at the moment but she has come on leaps and bounds and she loves discovering different things.

The lady who looks after my youngest – her warmth and her incredible bubbly personality make us all instantly cheerful. She brings pure joy to everyone she speaks to, consistently there with a smile on her face (and often doing something crazy just to provide pure entertainment for everyone!). We adore her.
The lady who looks after my eldest – her reports and updates on him provide us with so much happiness and incredible ideas on how to develop him further at home. She also consistently has a smile on her face, and she’s developed such an incredible connection with my kid who used to be so shy, but she’s truly brought him out of his shell! We adore her as well!
Aside from the key workers – the rest of the girls are just incredible. Such a excellent atmosphere to go into, everyone is so cheerful and so compassionate. And consistently so understanding. Thank you! Both my kids adore Little Pioneers, and we have zero bad things to say about the girls working there or our experiences with them.

The classrooms are consistently set out beautifully with some remarkable activities for the kids to delight in. I specifically like how they are growing vegetables and herbs in one of the classes and letting the kids join in with this. My kid enjoys coming to this childcare centre and their development has come on incredible since attending.

Team are consistently cheerful and welcoming and engage with the kids even team from other rooms. I am consistently given feedback on my daughter’s day and adore to hear what she has been up to. Team are excellent and carrying on discovering and things while we are working on things at home. They treat my daughter like she is the most important person there as they do for all of the kids. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my daughter to spend her days when she’s not with me! What a fantastic childcare centre!

I wasn’t intending to put my kid in any earlier than him turning a year but after seeing the set up and the welcoming and informative team I was looking forward to seeing my kid be a part of a fantastic childcare centre. I adore how attentive and genuine they are. My kid has developed so much and I adore seeing how cheerful he is and the assistance I get from the team is something else. Consistently go above and beyond. Highly suggest this childcare centre! My first visit to the childcare centre blew me away.

The team at the childcare centre are highly compassionate and attentive toward all the little ones that attend. My kid attends here, I am highly grateful for the assistance when they go to a different room due to their age, the regular updates that are received is appreciated.

My little boy has settled so well and the team are incredible! The activities planned every week are exceptional and we are highly lucky to have lovely team taking care of our little one!

The team have been incredible with him from the first day, they’ve arranged additional settling in days to help his transition and are consistently truly welcoming. When he’s been unsettled at drop off, the team are consistently able to quickly calm him down and I get regular updates to let me know he’s doing well. The room has such a wide range of activities and my little boy has such a great time whenever he’s at childcare centre. Would definitely suggest. My little boy has recently started at the childcare centre and after spending the last two years with close family, he’s been a little apprehensive to be left at childcare centre.
