Little People of Habergham Private Day Nursery and Pre-school, Burnley

During a very difficult time of lockdowns and pandemics. We were still made to sense welcome and at ease even with all the restrictions. Fast forward to now, our little boy has grown into a cheerful, sociable, funny, confident little lad with what appears to be some very great little friends at this childcare centre. He loves the team and consistently enjoys a cuddle with them in the mornings. It’s hard to believe he only goes 2.5 days a week with how well he has developed, and the ladies at Habergham are a credit to him. Honestly, the fees are the main thing for me, we would send him more if we could but the costs are incredibly high, but we also don’t want him to miss out on making friends and building on his independence. It’s such a fantastic childcare centre and setting, highly recommended! My son has been attending this childcare centre since August 2021.

She is absolutely thriving. She suffers with separation anxiety and the team handle this so well. They comfort and distract her. She loves the team but has especially bonded with her key person. If I need advice about anything related to kid development, the manager is a fountain of knowledge. I adore that the childcare centre puts on special activities that parents can be involved in. They are a small set-up (family vibes) and have plenty of space inside and out. Fees are all-inclusive, which is supportive. My daughter eats well whilst at childcare centre so clearly enjoys the food. Lots of varied, healthy, meals and snacks. My daughter loves Little People of Habergham.

The team are incredible, communicate well and are cheerful to help with anything regarding your kid’s development. Acitvities are often planned around your own kid’s interest so that they are engaged and inspired each day. My daughter has made and maintained outstanding relationships with both team and kids, demonstrating the cheerful and loving setting she is in. If you are looking for quality care in a secure and enjoyable setting, then this is the place for you! Little People of Habergham is a secure, nurturing and welcoming childcare centre.

I saw several places before this as I was a very anxious 1st-time parent and I wanted somewhere my kid could build excellent relationships with her carers and with the other kids. I knew straight away that this was the setting for my girl and for me. Little People of Habergham is a little home from home, it has a very loving and personal touch and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending, she loves coming to childcare centre and has a excellent relationship with all the team members, she picks and chooses who will be her favourite each day. If you’re considering this childcare centre for your kid, go and have a look around, you won’t be disappointed. My daughter has been going to Little People of Habergham Childcare centre for 18 months now.

I put February 2022 date as I am going off my journey since my son joined this childcare centre. The team are incredible and my youngest son loves it. I adore collecting him at end of the day and the team tell me what he has been up to. My eldest son went to this childcare centre and loved it and I adore the fact that some team look after that looked after my eldest when he was there. I adore the childcare centre.

My son went here up until starting school in September. He started Little People when he was six months old and has loved every second of it. My daughter now goes to Little People; she is one and has been there since she was four months old. Cannot suggest this childcare centre enough; the team are incredible with the kids. Incredible childcare centre!

He smiles at team when I drop him off, I know he’s enjoying himself and he loves being around other little people and watching everything that’s going on. Team consistently tell me what compassionate of day he’s had, what he’s done, what he’s eaten and take very great care of him. I’m more than cheerful. My son has only been coming since March and I’ve already noticed his self‑assurance has improved, he’s a lot better around new people now and not as shy.

They don’t do daily updates via an app with photos. I would have liked this but I do appreciate and respect the rationale why they don’t – that it takes time from the kids. However, you do get updates on a monthly basis about your kid’s development. The childcare centre has an eco-welcoming approach where possible which as a family we adore. My kid has an allergy and they do provide an alternative for him and make sure he is included in everything. My little boy has made some incredible friends here. Lisa and the team try to make it a home-from-home, and the fact it’s not a huge childcare centre means this can be achieved.

After looking around and meeting the team, we decided this was the best childcare centre for our kid. He absolutely loves going, loves the chef, loves the food, never cries on arrival, is consistently smiling and cheerful to see the girls. The manager is so supportive, supportive and commuted to any of our needs or wants for our kid. Overall, he is now going to be 1-years-old and has come on leaps and bounds since attending Little People of Habergham. We chose this childcare centre as it was close to home and convenient for us and grandparents to pick up.
