The team there are remarkable. I couldn’t suggest them highly enough. They are attentive yet offer firm guidance; they are enthusiastic and informed about emotional development and discovering; keen to work with parents on the kid’s journey; supportive and relaxed. Every effort is made to give the kids an interesting, varied and educational day. I sense that the team go out of their way to consider how the childcare centre can help the kids (and parents!) as they prepare for their next steps. I sense that they genuinely care for the kids and want them to be cheerful, well rounded, healthy little people. We will all miss them hugely when our son leaves their care. Putting our son into the care of Horizon Childcare has been a hugely positive journey for the whole family.

Our daughter has attended since she was 8-months-old and is thriving under their care. They nurture and assistance our kid emotionally, physically and academically and she couldn’t be in better hands. Thank you to all of the team at Horizon but especially her key worker who is the best ever! As educators, we were really keen to get the best Childcare centre we could for our daughter and we looked around several places before choosing Horizon Childcare.

The team make you sense at ease when your kid starts childcare centre for the first time. The team are absolutely exceptional at what they do, adding daily blogs and pictures to the app. This is excellent as you can follow your kid’s journey while they are at childcare centre. You have the option to send your kid with a packed lunch or they can have a hot meal which is pre booked at an extra cost. Our daughter only attended Horizon for 2 months due to us having to move for work. In the short time she was there, she made huge advancements in her development and completely came out of her shell. We were incredibly sad to see her leave and would highly suggest Horizon Childcare and the team to anyone thinking of sending their kid there. Horizon Childcare is a fabulous childcare centre.

We have been fully supported by the childcare centre in transition from a very strange maternity leave back into a regular routine. They have offered me extra assistance with settle sessions and the time needed to discuss anything that I was worried about as she settled. They offer excellent advice and are consistently cheerful to follow my prompts with our own personal choices, ie allow sleep, no cry it out etc.
All the team have been very welcoming, and my daughter simply loves childcare centre. It’s such a pleasure to watch her go off in the mornings so cheerful and ready for the day. My daughter started the childcare centre in January after being a Covid baby.

I had a really informative show around from the duty manager. As a parent who has no previous journey of childcare, I was fully put at ease by the reassuring and expert team. Our kid has settled really quickly despite being a lockdown baby and not having socialised with others. We cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough. A welcoming, easy-going and calming setting.

I absolutely adore seeing what the kids are getting up to in the daily blogs from the team, my little one consistently leaves the day with a massive smile having had so much enjoyable! Fantastic childcare centre and so pleased we have chosen to send our kid there! Absolutely no negatives, lovely team, cheerful and secure setting, excellent updates and facilities.
