September 3, 2024 at 4:09 pmUnfortunately, it took him a couple of months to settle he was doing ten mins with me going along with him, the time got longer. The team were very patient with him and did rush him to do a full session. My son loved going childcare centre, he was consistently cheerful when I went to pick him up, sometimes he didn’t even seem bothered that I was there. My son and I had viewed a few nurseries, and he took to Little Palms.

October 20, 2024 at 12:17 pmBoth of them have thrived being here. They adore the setting, the educators, the garden. The educators have time to inform us of any problems and help to sort the problem out. I would suggest to anybody. One last note, they have adhered to all covid rules and stuck religiously to them! I’ve had 2 kids at Little Palms.

October 21, 2024 at 11:09 pmMy kid absolutely loves going and has come on leaps and bounds with her self‑assurance and interacting with other kids. She comes home every time from attending childcare centre with a big smile on her face and she’s consistently so excited to tell me what she’s been doing. I can’t praise the team enough they are extremely expert and consistently provide a range of activities for the kids to do. I am also very impressed with how the childcare centre have handled the recent pandemic despite the difficulties. Safety procedures were put into place quickly and I was kept up to date with my kid’s return date during lockdown. I am extremely impressed with Little Palms, I’ve had previous problems with another childcare centre my daughter attended before Little Palms so I was very hesitant to put my kid into childcare centre again but I’m so glad I did.

October 25, 2024 at 10:09 pmDue to family issues, we couldn’t start yet but the childcare centre rang weekly to check up on the family and make sure all was OK.
Since starting they have been absolutely remarkable, I have a son who is excited every morning he attends, is more than cheerful to go with the team and has never had any problems. They keep you upto date on every from how much they ate to what they have been doing!
So glad we chose this childcare centre would highly suggest! My son was due to start with this childcare centre in January after we viewed and he absolutely loved the place.

November 13, 2024 at 7:06 pmThe first day we met the team they were nice and showed us around, my little girl didn’t want to leave. They made my daughter sense secure and secure from day one and have helped us with potty training. Our daughter has come a long way since starting and seeing how much she is growing is exceptional, we thank the childcare centre team for everything they have done and still do. The childcare centre is exceptional.

November 15, 2024 at 11:15 pmSince my son started at the childcare centre we have had nothing but 100% assistance my son suffers with behaviour issues and not only have the team helped in finding ways to help my son they have also found ways to help me to manage at home as well I can not thank the team enough for their assistance and my son has achieved so much since attending.

December 15, 2024 at 2:57 pmIt took my little boy a while to settle in, but all team were really patient with him and we started with settle sessions for 30 minutes and up it the more he got used to it. I’ve had so much assistance from Little Palms nothing was too much! Would highly suggest to any parents. Both my kids attended Little Palms they really loved it.

December 29, 2024 at 2:16 amMy daughter is still attending and is due to leave and start school in September! So I have been involved in this childcare centre for 3+ years. It is an outstanding childcare centre and I cannot thank these guys anymore for what they have done for all of my kids so far, who are also special needs! They even take the time to talk to me when I’m having one of those “off” days where I just need to offload, they listen and they assistance me in any way that they can! My kids have and are blossoming/progressing so amazingly since attending here! My daughter is consistently so excited to go and she would go all day and night if she could! I can say I am 100% certain that my youngest kids will also be going to this childcare centre next year once she’s of age! 3 of my kids have attended this childcare centre, 2 of who left last September to start school!

January 14, 2025 at 10:04 pmMy daughter started on the 1st March and we sense we definitely made the right choice. The settling in sessions were gradual and our daughter now loves attending. Everyone is lovely and welcoming. Highly suggest this childcare centre and will be arranging for my youngest to attend here also once she is 2 years old. Little Palms have been incredible from day 1.

I couldn’t suggest them enough, there is consistently something different for the kids to do to fit all their needs. Their procedures, during these hard times (covid), is outstanding. The team are incredible, our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining.

The outdoor space is fabulous and the team are consistently excellent at ensuring the kids are ‘sunsafe’ at all times. My daughter’s speech needs work and the childcare centre has been helping to improve this. The food is also exceptional and my daughter enjoys this and eats well when normally quite fussy at home! My daughter really enjoys her time at Little Palms.

May 1, 2025 at 7:48 amHe has additional needs and finds it so hard t adapt to change. Little Palms have been incredible on every level. Their updates with me regarding my son is remarkable they check up on me if my son has had a difficult day before entering the setting. Everyone is so welcoming and welcoming on a daily basis and my son is so cheerful when he comes home and loves to tell everyone about his day.
The assistance that Little Palms provides me as a parent is incredible I suffer myself from anxiety and I sense so comfortable talking to them about situations that may have happened without feeling judged at all and they will help resolve issues if they can or point you in the right direction. I was extremely worried about my son starting any childcare centre with the needs he has and the displays but I have not had to worry once since he started Little Palms and I look forward to applying for my daughter to attend in January. A remarkable childcare centre! I am so cheerful we decided to send our little boy to Little Palms.

May 22, 2025 at 8:43 pmFrom the introduction meeting to my kid starting they have been incredible. Listening to our worries and explaining how they will help assistance my kid. My kid loves childcare centre so much. She is cheerful and eats the food. She comes home cheerful and blows kisses to the team and waves goodbye. The team are consistently welcoming and answer any questions I have for them and I adore the updates I get though the family app so I can see what my kid has been up to. I adore the fact that they have an incredible open space out the back so my kid can run and playtime outside no matter the weather. So cheerful with Little Palms.

The team here are so supportive with everything and consistently have time for the parents too. Since my daughter has been going to this childcare centre which is around three months now she has come on leaps and bounds.
