Little Monkeys Day Nursery

I couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre! Since starting at Little Monkeys Day Childcare centre my daughter has truly progressed socially, physically and academically!

They’ve been in 3 rooms in the setting and we’ve had lots of assistance with their additional needs. They were fab supporting us with the hard-to-crack things like toilet training and dressing. The team there are all lovely and go above and beyond to make sure your kid is cheerful and well cared for. We are certainly going to miss our little monkey family when we move up to school. Our little one has been going to little monkeys since they were 18 months old and are about to graduate to school.

My daughter’s connection with her keyworker is incredible and reassuring to have, and my son thrives in the class he is in.
Each day there are new activities they do that help assistance their development. We are kept up to date with the app and can respond highly closely in real time. It is fantastic to see what they are up to and have pictures/memories to see of their day. We are encouraged to share activities we do at home or things they want to try and the team will work to incorporate it into their themed activities for the month.
Food menus are given ahead of time and parents can share any menu ideas. They both eat so well that I get a little jealous.
There are two small outdoor spaces, but the best thing is the walks the kids have, rain or shine. Right next to the park or into town to see the buses, both mine adore it.
A remarkable place that encourages friendships, independence and enjoyable discovering. 100% suggest. My daughter (1) and son (3) both go to Little Monkeys Day Childcare centre and have both adore it there.

My granddaughter is consistently in a lovely calm mood too, which makes the rest of our day more enjoyable. She couldn’t be in better hands. Every time I come to pick up my Granddaughter, I’m greeted with the same friendliness and cheerful faces from the team.

There isn’t one member of team that doesn’t open the doors first thing and greet my daughter with a smile and there isn’t one member of team that doesn’t hug her goodbye at the end of her day. She is made to sense special by each and every one of them. She comes home and tells me nothing but stories of her enjoyable day, where she has walked, who she has hugged and what music she has danced to.
The activities seem to be different daily meaning that little people are never bored. The meals are obviously better than Mummy and Daddy’s too, as each meal at pre-school is consistently her ‘favourite, ever’.
From childcare centre to preschool, the team have paired her with a keyworker that is spot on for her.
We adore Little Monkeys and wish she could stay forever! I simply cannot praise all the team at Little Monkeys Day Childcare centre enough!

My 2 kids absolutely adore going to childcare centre every day and have built solid relationships with every member of team. The kids are well cared for in a secure and interactive setting and the team make use of outdoor space and the local area to build discovering through playtime. Can’t fault the care given to my kids. Thank you team! A wonderfully welcoming childcare centre that truly values each individual kid.

My wife and I are delighted that both our daughters have a place at this childcare centre. They are consistently so cheerful when we pick them up and that is in no small part thanks to the team, who are all so enthusiastic and passionate in their jobs. Both girls established truly strong bonds with their assigned key workers and I have no doubt this helped them settle relatively quickly. We’re consistently being told – or seeing photos – of how much they delight in their time at childcare centre, going out for walks locally or enjoying a variety of playtime activities inside. The menu they delight in is the envy of our household too! A lovely addition is the option to take up Spanish and French lessons, and our eldest even came home one day and recited 1-10 in Japanese! Would have no hesitation in recommending this childcare centre. There is nothing more valuable than ensuring your kid gets the best possible start in life.

The team are all truly supportive and seem to truly learn the kids’s personalities and ensure their interests are available for them to playtime with. Both of my daughters have outstanding key workers and their room leaders are exceptional too. One of my daughters has a severe allergy and the childcare centre have been absolutely remarkable at managing that. As a parent of a kid with a severe allergy full trust that all team in the placement are aware of how severe it is and how they can all handle/assistance an anaphylactic shock is exceptionally important to us. I have consistently found the childcare centre team to be highly approachable and all give a detailed handover at pick up. Thank you for being the best everyone! Both of my daughters attend Little Monkeys and I am over the moon with how settled and cheerful they are there.

My daughter has been there since she was 8 months old and she has thrived due to the care of the team here. It is a stable and consistent team team with great leadership.
There are so many enjoyable and thoughtful activities and no day seems to be the same. There is a commitment to discovering and being school ready without pressure. These include the opportunity to learn languages, regular trips and messy playtime.
Any issues I have raised (which have consistently been minor) have been addressed quickly (often the same day) with compassion and respect.
We are sad to be leaving for school this year but ready thanks to this fabulous childcare centre. A kid focused childcare centre with dedicated team.

When he transitioned to the toddler room, the team were highly reassuring and communicative with the process.
Since being in the toddler room he has thrived and has a great bond with all team in the room.
I’m so pleased we picked this childcare centre and that he enjoys going. Couldn’t suggest enough. My little boy started here just under a year ago.
The team are truly attentive and attentive towards him and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
