October 22, 2024 at 8:19 pmHe absolutely loves to go. He doesn’t even look back as he walks in, which means I can go to work guilt free knowing he loves to be at childcare centre! All of the team are consistently so cheerful, welcoming and expert. The kids’s welfare and development are at the heart of everything they do at Little Jems. The team talk about my son with such fondness at the end of each day so I know that he is being looked after amazingly by people who truly care. And as a parent, that’s all I could want. Little Jems Childcare centre is a home from home for my 1 year old.

October 25, 2024 at 7:58 amLittle Jems Childcare centre is the best childcare centre I can not fault them the team is incredible and so understanding my little girl was shy and didn’t want to leave me but as soon as she went there she didn’t care that I was gone and she asks every day to go to a childcare centre to see the team and playtime with her friends she has grown up so much from being there and her self‑assurance is through the roof.

They are welcoming, attentive, approachable and genuine. I sense they have the kid’s best interests in everything they do. It’s a highly inviting and welcoming setting. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre to anyone. Little Jems is a fantastic childcare centre.

November 15, 2024 at 12:29 pmThe team are generally highly supportive and attentive, and our daughter has made some excellent friends. However, the recent high team turnover has caused our daughter some slight unrest. She has had to get used to new educators and new faces, which has been difficult for her. The variety of food is excellent, and the childcare centre has done brilliantly to create an outdoor space with the limited confines. Overall, we have had a positive journey with this childcare centre.

My boy loves every single one of the team which shows as he cuddles as many of you that he sees before he leaves every single day, thank you to all of you for just being who you are and helping our little one grow into the little man that he is becoming, there are no amount of words to thank you for everything you all do, not just for our little man but for every little human who steps over your threshold. Little Jem’s are our extended family.

From initial enquiry to becoming established with Little Jems, the team have been nothing but expert, welcoming and welcoming. Consistently making a fuss of my son whilst keeping myself and husband updated on his activities and development when in care.
Moving to Little Jems has been the best move for our family and I would highly suggest their setting! My son transitioned to Little Jems in late 2022 after not settling and some questionable experiences with a previous setting.

November 20, 2024 at 9:46 amThe team are highly welcoming and the girls adore going in on a morning. It’s lovely to get feedback at the end of the day about how they have been. The menu is varied. I sense both of my kids have progressed in terms of their discovering and social development since commencing childcare centre. Well done to all the team for creating such a inviting, nurturing and secure space for our kids to learn, playtime and grow. My two daughters attend Little Jems Childcare centre and I could not be happier with the childcare centre.

They’re exceptional and we truly appreciate everyone that works there Myself and my husband adore this childcare centre
Nothing is ever too much hassle
They accommodated our shifts and are truly flexible
And the best part is our little boy loves going to childcare centre and loves all the people that work there.

Could not have asked for a better childcare centre to help with the journey of my son’s milestones. Thank you highly much to all the team members! My son has come on an absolute treat.

The team are so compassionate and welcoming and genuinely take care of the kid and parent’s life and even tailor special occasion crafts to suit your family makeup eg mothers/ Father’s Day cards! They get to know the kid’s personalities so well! Truly reasonably priced considering milk/ nappies included! The meals and snacks they have are the perfect balance of healthy and indulgent! They give excellent detailed handovers letting me know what my daughter has done that day! I absolutely adore this childcare centre and will be devastated when my daughter eventually ages out! My daughter absolutely adores this childcare centre, she never ever moans going in, in fact, she dives into the team’s arms.

The childcare centre feels like a home from home and the team are like an extension of our family for our little girl. Our little girl is quite timid and shy and she gets up on childcare centre days so excited to go. I truly sense like they know the kids and have a genuine interest in them and their family. Little Jems has been incredible with my little girl.

Made the process of getting our girl registered and settled in so easy. Clear, detailed handovers at the end of the day are so reassuring. A lovely childcare centre with lovely facilities and incredible nutritious food. We’re so cheerful we found Little Jems Childcare centre. A remarkable childcare centre.

Super childcare centre indeed and gosh they get well fed… highly nutritious menu daily! Thanks to you all highly recommended My boys have been at Little Jems Childcare centre for almost 2 years!

June 11, 2025 at 4:33 pmEvery teacher has excellent attention to kids, highly supportive and compassionate. My daughter consistently comes home cheerful after the day in the childcare centre. She is attending Little Jem’s for nearly 3 years now and she is loving it. Management is highly approachable and supportive, they managed to accommodate my numerous requests with ease.
I wish they had a natural garden or access to the park for some field trips (or forest school), however, I admire their solution of a roof garden. Little Jem’s Childcare centre is an incredible place for a kid!

The relationship he has with the team is lovely and I sense totally at ease knowing he’s cheerful and in great hands. Highly suggest 10/10 Remarkable childcare centre, incredible team and all of the kids are so cheerful.
