We are in awe at his knowledge at such a young age. They offer a broad and wide curriculum based around current affairs. Our son is cheerful, confident and well-loved! Our son has been in childcare centre since one year old.

September 29, 2024 at 7:31 amThe team are really welcoming, compassionate and attentive towards the kids. My daughter has made friends and consistently talks about her day and what she has done. She has loads of allergies and the team have been incredible with catering to all her needs.
My only issue is the way the fees are worked out with the funding. The fees can change from month to month, which is a problem. I think they should work it out where the fees and funding are divided by the 12 months so the fees are exactly the same each month. This is what my daughter’s previous childcare centre did and it’s so much better because you are not caught out in a month where the fees can be £100 more than a previous month. Apart from that the childcare centre, team and facilities are incredible. My daughter loves this childcare centre, she settled In really well (went to a different childcare centre before this one).

The childcare centre is spotless and spacious with lots of engaging toys, a nice garden and welcoming team. We have had a really great journey so far with Little Elms Daycare childcare centre.

We adore it as the team are welcoming, lovely and very accommodating and important they care and look after her. Would highly suggest them. October 28, 2024 at 7:36 amBut this childcare centre really alleviated my fears. They clearly adore working with infants and small kids, and our twins adore attending. One of our twins has some additional needs, and they’ve gone out of their way to be supportive – which means so much to us in many ways – it really has made a difference. Like any parent, I was so worried about sending my kids off to childcare centre when I returned to work.

Food is plentiful and balanced. The team at Little Elms Shirley consistently go out of their way to organise enjoyable activities and mark special events. Everything is logged through an app where you can also privately email the team which is a useful tool. Highly suggest. A exceptional childcare centre.

November 17, 2024 at 8:58 pmWe were correct, but only in regard to the clinginess. After her settling-in sessions, she was still very clingy but not tearful. She just transferred her clinginess to her keyworker! Who was with her during the transition and gets on with her very well. But the tears and upset didn’t last half as long as we thought.
The team are very great with her and I am astounded at her development and how confident she is. When she speaks, I know she is soaking up lots at childcare centre. Spontaneously singing songs and having conversations about her friends. She loves telling what they did.
It is a really nice place, the team are welcoming, and the security is great. Outside playtime space is OK. Reporting what she has done during the day is great. Not just “oh a great day”. The family app is a excellent addition when you are in a rush. She seems to like the food. Tells me she eats stuff she won’t try at home. She is cheerful. My granddaughter was very clingy and we were sure the transition would take forever.

The discovering environments accommodate different activities for each kid to learn through playtime and develop independent skills, socialise and communicate. There is a lovely outdoor area consistently being used no matter the weather. My 3-year-old son said I like the bike in the garden, I like the childcare centre food and he really enjoys the arts and crafts and I adore seeing his creations. My son has attended for the last two years.

He loves the garden. He has also taught me lots of songs!

I would definitely suggest it for peace of mind when going to work excellent childcare centre, my little one has been going since she was ten months and you can see how much she has developed.

January 22, 2025 at 2:31 amHe goes in with a smile and leaves with a smile, and that’s a testament to the excellent team. Each day is filled with so many activities. We adore to receive the photo/video updates and the app has been a excellent addition. Being able to login from work and check in on him is really reassuring.
Our son has a number of allergies and the assistance we have received from all the team has been excellent. Thank you Little Elms! Our son has been attending since September and loves his days at Little Elms Daycare childcare centre.

My son loves it there, consistently cheerful to go, comes home and tells me all about his day and is consistently excited at the end of the day. childcare centre is very convenient for commute and the opening times is great for getting to work. team are polite and very accommodating.

March 25, 2025 at 3:25 amI must admit that in the beginning, I had my complaints, but after speaking to the team members about my queries, I realised that everything could be solved with updates. My oldest kid attended this childcare centre, I don’t think I would want to change that fact. My youngest now attends, and he absolutely loves it. The team members know him by ear mostly, and by sight. He adores each and every one of them. He can be very visual when he dislikes a person and I have never been witness to that since he has been attending. I’d just like to let the team know that they are doing a excellent job, improvements could be made, but nothing major. Keep up the great work everyone. I can only be honest with reviews.

Place is a bit crowded and outside space could be bigger but I guess I am looking at it from the adult’s perspective. great updates with management and the loveliest team you can imagine. Very welcoming childcare centre.

From class pets, getting In football coaches my son has really enjoyed his time there and has grown and learnt so much. Would highly suggest My son has been there for 2 years and they are remarkable.

June 17, 2025 at 1:47 pmI sense nothing but secure when I leave her alone during the day. Her key worker is so attentive to her and the bond they have made is lovely. The childcare centre has an app to keep you updated all day on your kid’s activities (this is such a highlight for me so I don’t sense like I’m missing out on what she’s getting up to) food is made in-house and is perfect to keep her on a great but very varied diet, I would highly suggest the team here. My daughter has attended Little Elms since I went back to work last October and she loves it.

My daughter used to attend Little Elms Daycare childcare centre a few years ago and now my son also does and they have consistently loved it!
