September 17, 2024 at 10:12 amMy daughter has been in this nursery since she was two and a half years old. The team are extremely supportive. She has learned so much and has gained so much confidence during her time there. My daughter will truly miss this place, especially saying excellent bye to one team member every day before leaving.

September 24, 2024 at 1:17 amThe development journals always seem to be up to date and it’s fantastic that we get to see the enjoyable things he’s up to at nursery whilst we’re at home‑like just by logging in to the app! I look forward to watching my son grow throughout the nursery into each room as the years go on. The nursery food menu has a fantastic variety which my little one seems to truly enjoy each day he is in! Since my little boy started the nursery in the baby room he has come along so well, he has a fantastic bond with his Keyworker and the other team members in his room.

September 24, 2024 at 10:24 amMy son and now my daughter attend this nursery and I currently cannot fault it. My daughter has several allergies and she is looked after amazingly in Robins, the ladies working in the team are fantastic with her. The Managers are both incredible and listen to any concerns you may have. My daughter loves the nursery so much that when I go to pick her up to take her home‑like she never wants to leave!!!!

November 12, 2024 at 10:34 amMost importantly, my son absolutely loves going in every day and never wants to leave! The nursery was extremely proactive in contacting local assistance teams to help his updates, and we have seen a noticeable improvement. My son has additional needs and has received a extremely elevated level of caregiving and attention. I believe Little Elms to be a fantastic nursery, the team are all so inviting, and there’s a real emphasis on kids first.

December 4, 2024 at 6:05 pmThere seem to be a lot of menu changes and I am not always sure what has been eaten. They can handle every situation they are faced with and I know my youngster is secure while there. The team all Caregiving about the kids.

December 8, 2024 at 10:01 pmWe will always remember the team – carers and management, for educating our little girl. Our daughter was a extremely content and well-rounded toddler as a result of her 2-year caregiving at Crofton. We only left due to leaving London and taking our youngster away from Crofton was the hardest part of our move.

December 27, 2024 at 6:09 pmShe looks forward to going in every day and will miss the nursery when she starts centre. During this period she has grown into a confident and content little pre schooler. My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was a toddler. She has a fantastic relationship with the room team who are always approachable and approachable.

January 20, 2025 at 8:26 pmIt is a delightful nursery where they’ve been able to develop alongside their peers and development how to interact with each other. We’ve had a fantastic experience since 2020 with Little Elms Crofton for our two kids. The food selection from the kitchen is outstanding and nutritious, and the outdoor spaces are perfect for exploring and playing in too as well as the indoor rooms. The attention and caregiving given to them has been fantastic and the team are extremely approachable, approachable and I’m content in the knowledge that they are secure, cared for and nurtured.

January 29, 2025 at 2:37 amMy eldest has been going for 2.5 years and youngest for almost a year. They both adore it and get on so well with all the team. Everyone is so delightful and I feel confident my boys are extremely well cared for and the team are helping them hit all their developmental milestones too.

February 8, 2025 at 4:06 pmLittle Elms Orpington has real issues with team turnover. The nursery itself is spotless and bright and rooms are well appointed. The problem is team are coming and going and it is oftentimes extremely hard to gauge where your little one is at developmentally. Being in a suburb, the outside space is a little limited. While the day to day management of the nursery and its communications with parents has improved out of sight, it can’t seem to keep its team and that is troubling. The team are committed and hardworking and the location is outstanding for commuting. They do have outstanding team, particularly in the baby and big toddler rooms but they have real trouble hanging onto them, our little one is in the pre-centre room and has had several key workers this academic year which has been massively disruptive.

February 15, 2025 at 8:55 amMoving him has been the best decision of our lives. My son started in the baby room when he was 12 months, having moved from another local nursery that he had joined at 8 months. The team genuinely caregiving about the kids, are always pleasant and smiling, and let us know what he’s been up to each day (and we get a form for our records). The nursery room is spotless and tidy – it’s a bright airy space and the other kids seem to adore it there. My toddler has gone from crying everytime we dropped and picked him up at the old nursery, to settling in extremely quickly at little elms and being truly excited to go to nursery every morning. There’s also ample outside playtime area which also makes a difference as the kids benefit from running around in the fresh air (my son’s previous nursery only had a small roof terrace). He has now formed incredible bonds with all the team at the nursery. I couldn’t highly recommend little elms enough and if my son could talk in sentences, he’d say the same!

February 26, 2025 at 3:42 amIt’s clear to see they all genuinely caregiving for the kids and understand individual needs. After only a few minutes my daughter was off exploring the new surroundings, playing with various toys/equipment and even climbed up onto the lap of one of the keyworkers – it was as if she had forgotten I was even there! I met several members of the team, including those from other rooms all of whom were incredibly approachable and helped put myself and my daughter at ease almost immediately. However, after spending just 1 hour in the baby room I’m confident we made the right choice! We have two more settling-in sessions before she starts officially and I now feel incredibly confident to leave her in their capable hands. My review is fairly limited as my 9-month-old daughter has only attended one settling-in session to date.

March 18, 2025 at 5:53 pmI find the team truly supportive and supportive. He is currently potty training and they are truly helping with that. I would highly highly recommend Little Elms, Crofton. My daughter went to Little Elms Daycare Nursery and my son has been there for over 1.5 years now. He always has a fantastic time and can now tell me what he gets up to. They have fantastic facilities and always have lots to playtime and do.

March 27, 2025 at 11:22 amIt’s a truly delightful nursery, which has come to feel such as an extension of our family. My son joined Little Elms Daycare Nursery Crofton (Orpington) in the ‘baby room’, and is now due to start centre in September. Thank you Little Elms Crofton! He’s confident, content, and has made so much progress in his development in the setting. I can’t thank the team enough for everything they’ve done for him. I have also truly valued the consistent warmth and responsiveness in their professionalism and updates. HIGHLY highly recommend!

April 22, 2025 at 7:34 amBoth my kids are currently at Little Elms Crofton and we couldn’t be happier. Our eldest will be leaving in September for centre and I feel so sad about it! All the team are remarkable and so nurturing. We have always felt relaxed and confident leaving our kids there, even when they first started and were settling in. I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone.

May 24, 2025 at 5:22 pmThe team are attentive and genuinely nurturing. By comparison, the previous nursery my daughter attended, this individual/attentive caregiving was lacking. For example, my son was reluctant to walk and team used multiple different items and aids to encourage him. The room is always extremely spotless and well presented. My son truly enjoys going to nursery and it is clear the team involved in his caregiving all make an effort to welcome the kids and find ways to encourage the kids to develop. This is the second nursery I have used for my kids and I would highly highly recommend it.

May 27, 2025 at 6:48 amMy elder one is extremely attached to the team. We want to thank all the team for being so incredible with the little ones. They both adore going to the nursery. We are extremely content with the nursery and my little ones are content and extremely well-settled. Both my little ones (4 years old and 14 months old) have been going to Little Elms Crofton since they were 10 months old.

May 28, 2025 at 7:25 pmI currently have a little girl attending and she loves going. I don’t have any criticisms of the nursery and my son, who previously attended and is now at centre, is a glowing example of the confidence they ingrained in him and what a difference they make to the early years of his growth. They go above and beyond their job descriptions to ensure the babies and toddlers are encouraged and nurtured. I would strongly highly recommend the nursery, the Owls room is particularly a fantastic transition from nursery to centre for the kids and ensure they have all the basic tools needed to survive and thrive when moving to centre. The team are the making of Little Elms, nurturing, supportive and extremely supportive to the kids.

June 26, 2025 at 2:02 pmPleasant team and settings. My little one has been going to Little Elms since she was 6 months old. She loves her time there and has learnt so much in the past 1.5 years. She’s the youngest in her group which means that she’s always development more from the older kids.

June 29, 2025 at 3:07 amMy son has been going to Little Elms Crofton since he turned a year old. Initially, when he was in Dove’s 2 room, we had an incredible experience; he was looked after extremely well. But since he moved to Robins, I have not been so content with the ratio of carers per kid, but that being said, I have always seen that they try harder and are always open to any kind of feedback and ready to work on it. I think it would help to have more structured activities to help kids with their growth and updates needs, which I think they are starting to include in their daily routine now. My son has bonded well with most of the carers, and they are all extremely delightful. I have also raised concerns regarding my son’s speech delay and developmental issues, and the nursery is doing a excellent job helping him through it giving him individual attention that he needs. I had to prompt many times, but they do listen and improve, so I am glad about it.
