My boy has settled well in childcare centre after starting buttercup room in January. The team are cordial and exceptionally accommodating. The range of activities and resources they provide are top quality- using open ended resources to promote the children’s imagination and creativity whilst playing. He’s truly excited to move to the big room for his preceding year before starting school next September.

Also, have a sensory room and garden. Nappies, formula and food are all provided by the childcare centre. The early‑years hub has moved to a new building in this time and the setting is a new building and spacious. Our twins have been going to Little Big Steps for over a year. The personnel are lovely and welcoming and the twins are (mostly) always pleased and playing when we come to pick them up. A good set-up in each room for the ages.

He adores spending time there. Little Big Steps Private Day Nursery & Pre-school, Knowle is an excellent childcare centre, my boy has gone from when he was 10 months old for almost 2 years now. Would strongly endorse. The sites are great and the crew are caring, kind and professional.

The most our little one enjoy is the outdoor area which is brilliant. The team have been great at helping him settle in, it is great to see team inform us daily on the collection of what our boy did and enjoys/is upset with, also receiving information and pictures of what he is doing each day is great. We can see he has better a lot in the preceding year and we wholeheartedly advocate Little Big Steps to any of our friends and family. Our young lad was welcomed with open arms, by such a nice and professional crew. Little Big Steps is absolutely brilliant place to start, our young lad has enjoyed every day of going to childcare centre despite he is not good at English.

Communication with parents about the day-to-day of what my kids do could be better and more uploads to the absorbing book app. The team are really welcoming and the team really attention about the little ones. I would advocate it to other parents. But overall really pleased my youngsters are here. They cherish it and are extremely thrilled.

There is a good flow between the inside and outside. My little one especially enjoys the outside space where he can run around and activities with other kids. The team are always truly good at communicating and were helpful when we had input from Speech and Language therapist. My young lad enjoys going to nursery setting at Little Big Steps.

My boy has never ever settled in the schools he’s been to! Everything about this school is fantastic, down to the personnel and how caring they are. The school is hygienic, the toys and education are incredible, and I treasure how healthy the school is. But this nursery setting has been a blessing, from day one my kid has been delighted. I’ll be downhearted to see him leave here for big school as they have made my little one feel so safe and thrilled, so caring and loving, thank you for being the best for my baby boy.

I treasure that he gets to time lots of “messy activities” that we wouldn’t do at home! Little Big Steps Private Day Nursery & Pre-school, Knowle is a fantastic childcare centre and I would strongly suggest it. As well as this, photos and videos are uploaded to the exploring book so that we can talk about early‑years hub at home and share his discovering experiences. I always have peace of mind when dropping off my little one as the crew are kind, welcoming and the pastoral attention is excellent. The updates from personnel on a daily basis is excellent and they are always exceptionally thorough with a breakdown of my child’s day. We are so pleased with how well our boy has settled and how much he enjoys his time in early‑years hub! The term-time offer at Little Big Steps also allows us to be flexible with childcare and provides a good balance that some other nurseries do not offer. The team think carefully about the activities and cater not only to the seasonal celebrations and festivals but also to my son’s interests.

Our boys are delighted, the personnel are lovely and they seem to get up to a lot of interesting stuff every day. Would wholeheartedly endorse this childcare centre. We couldn’t be happier with the support the team show our two little boys.

We are really pleased with Little Big Steps Nursery and feel delighted and assured dropping our girl off there in the mornings. She took a little while to adjust to childcare centre life, but the team have all been great at helping her to feel comfortable. Now early‑years hub is a pleased part of her routine and her days seem filled with lots of fun activities.
