The staff are great and she built excellent relationships with her key worker and other staff. We are very happy with the activities that are provided and have noticed significant development in our daughter since starting nursery.

May 29, 2019 at 12:00 amA fantastic nursery, I can’t fault it at all! My daughter absolutely loves it and has attended since she was eight months old. Shes now ready to go to school in September.
The staff are very friendly and caring to my child’s needs and interests and the activities she participates in are excellent. The garden spaces are fantastic – they even have chickens and a rabbit. Outdoor sand sheds/water trays, climbing frames/fairy gardens, mud kitchens, recycling stations and big six seater buggies to get the younger children out and about.
Very well located – my child often goes on trips to the park, field, library and pet shop during the day. They have taken her on trips to local attractions, gardens and farm to feed the reindeer.
The education she receives is brilliant, she tells me about new things she has learned every day.
Fantastic menu with food cooked fresh – caters to allergies, intolerance and dairy requirements.
Would absolutely recommend Little Angels, it’s outstanding!

May 29, 2019 at 12:00 amMy child was nine months old when she started nursery and had a dairy intolerance and the nursery are so accommodating. On our look around, the manager explained that all of the meals were prepared fresh on the day and collected by the staff who would prepare the meals according to my child weaning stage. Our child was baby led weaned and it is fantastic that the nursery catered for this and the kitchen staff would prepare my child’s meals in accordance to her diet requirements. We even had a meeting with the fantastic chef who discussed the meals that she would adapt for my child so that she didn’t miss out on the wide variety of ‘home cooked’ meals.
The staff who look after my daughter are very caring. They use an app where we receive photographs of what my child is doing at nursery. It is fantastic to see how much fun she is having.
My child really enjoys her time at Little Angels and I would fully recommend it to any parents looking for childcare.

August 10, 2022 at 12:00 amSometimes the nursery doors were not open on time and staff took time to hand over my child and when I get my child they have shoes on wrong feet or trousers on backwards which gives the impression of staff shortages or lack of organisation and the fills me with dread on the care provided. My child eats well and has raised no grievances so guess the care is satisfactory and tbh my child smiles on the way in and dances on the way out so conclude this business is no different to any other with staff coming and going Little Angels strives at BAU.

August 16, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little girl has been at Little Angels Nursery @ Cramlington Village for almost 8 Months. I was worried about her joining a busy preschool room where lots of friendships had already been made. I have been blown away at how well she settled, no tears, no worries and asking each day if it’s her new nursery day. The staff team played a massive part in helping my little girl transition. They provided reassurance, helped her build friendships and gave so much love – which they continue to do. She adores going to nursery and I LOVE hearing of all the wonderful things she has done during the day, who she has played with and what fun they have had. They have supported her love of writing and with their support is able to write her own name unaided. Very impressed with the developmental progress my little girl has made and continues to make.

March 9, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been attending Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington since she was 8 months old (started Sept 2021), and has recently moved into the 2+ room. Our experience of the nursery has been extremely positive. We decided to look at the nursery as we had great feedback from other parents. I would say that my immediate reaction wasn’t as good as it had been with other settings (it isn’t the most modern and it’s not a custom built premises, so this impacts somewhat) but I’m so glad I went with the recommendations I’d had and gave it a go. All staff are warm and engaging (including management). They really care about the children. Our daughter loves going to nursery and has a great relationship with all of the staff. The meals are great – lots of variety and wholesome foods. Nut free too. Lots of varied activities. Good outdoor space for 2+. Parent app which is used for intraday updates on nappy changes, meals, snacks and photos / observations. Good opportunities for parents to engage.

March 16, 2023 at 12:00 amSince changing my sons nursery to Little Angels Nursery at Cramlington I found he’s come on massively in his development. He absolutely loved it from his first visit. I feel reassured and confident he’s getting the best care and attention. All of the staff are warm, welcoming and they really use their skills and imagination with the kids. The app is great too, and I can see throughout the day what he has been up to. I also receive useful tips and information, which is helpful. I couldn’t be happier moving him to Little Angels and would highly recommend it.

March 23, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth my sons attend Little Angels nursery and look forward to their days here. It’s an easy drop-off as they both go in ready for their days. The boys have a close bond with several members of the team and it makes my days at work easier knowing they are happy and have been cared for.

They go above and beyond to create enjoyable learning experiences for the children each and every day. When I collect my children, all the children are always happy and playing with the staff, which is lovely to see!
The children have constant access to both indoor and outdoor play and it’s wonderful to see the updates throughout the day on the app about what the children have been doing.
Since the new manager has taken over there’s been lots of changes, she’s seen the nursery through a pair of fresh eyes and it has definitely changed for the better.

April 20, 2023 at 12:00 amLittle Angels is a fantastic nursery. My little boy has thrived since attending. Little Angels staff is always available to answer any queries or questions about your child’s development. Staff support children to play with a purpose and children thrive through challenges and the use of enticing and interesting activities. The environment is open, inviting and clean offering each parent the opportunity to go into the nursery for a stay-and-play and pick up their children. The outside area is amazing and helps to develop gross motor skills superbly. I love that I can track my little boy’s progress and see what he has been doing throughout the day through an app with an easy messaging service.
The price is fantastic and I wouldn’t want my child to attend anywhere else! Can’t recommend Little Angels enough!

April 21, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter has attended for just under a year now, she absolutely loves nursery and has formed lovely relationships with staff and other children. As a former nursery manager, I can honestly say that the care and commitment shown by staff is amazing and I’m so happy my child is thriving there. Management are approachable and always respond very efficiently, which I know first-hand isn’t always the easiest for a manager to do in a busy setting. Would recommend this nursery to anyone! Thank you Little Angels.
