Lime Tree Day Nursery Loughborough

Every day we are welcomed by the team at reception and then the team in the room. It is nice to be made to sense a part of the childcare centre family.
My son has been going to Lime Tree Loughborough for just over a year and has loved every day. The team are incredible.
The rooms are spacious and don’t sense cramped with all the kids carrying out various activities. The outdoor spaces are lovely with resources that the kids adore.
My boy has a food allergy which is catered for and is generally picky but they never fail to cook delicious food that he will eat and ask for more of.
I’m so glad we chose Lime Tree. Lime Tree Loughborough is a remarkable childcare centre.

The team are remarkable; they genuinely care about the kids, nurture and assistance them. They are diligent in keeping me as a parent informed about any concerns or successes, and they are incredible in terms of the range of activities they provide. My son is so cheerful there and has developed so much under the wing of these incredible ladies. Lime Tree Loughborough is incredible.

I liked that there are so many different playtime areas with sensory and role playtime in the rooms, as well as outdoor space, but they aren’t too big with too many kids.
They have fresh food cooked by a chef on-site with a lovely balanced menu. We dropped our daughter off just after lunch and the smell consistently made me hungry; she was there for dinner and often ate seconds. The one meal she regularly picked at or refused (wraps and salad), they made her sandwiches and salad instead.
They will give hugs if a kid needs one and assistance discovering through playtime. Our daughter was there for music class to start with and she absolutely adored this and would come home singing. She truly bonded with her first key worker and after she moved up a room, used to pop by and see her for a goodbye hug. They also let us use reusable nappies. Cheerful to suggest. I felt cheerful with Lime Tree from the first time I was shown around, it had a highly welcoming atmosphere and the team are highly welcoming.

My son has spent time in 3 of the 4 age group rooms so far, and I truly believe that the carers have taken the time to get to know him and build activities around the things he loves. The rooms are spacious and airy and filled with bright displays (created by the kids) and age-appropriate toys and books.

Although the outdoor space isn’t “green” (this is a Victorian building in a town), there is lots to do and my son loves his time outside! The meals provided each day are cooked fresh on site, and allow the babies/toddlers to try a variety of foods and flavours. The front of house ladies are so welcoming and welcoming and consistently greet my son with a big smile and ask him how his day has been as we leave. I highly suggest Lime Tree Day Childcare centre Loughborough. My son has attended Lime Tree Day Childcare centre Loughborough for the last year and a half and I can honestly say that he willingly goes into the childcare centre with a smile and leaves with an even bigger one.

The team know my kids’s individual needs and are cheerful and efficient to answer any special request.

Childcare centre team are relaxed and cheerful and is reflected in the relaxed cheerful well behaved kids that you see when you go into the rooms.

Extended opening times, open all year round outstanding for working parents with non-family welcoming jobs.

Multicultural excellent for bi-trilingual like mine. High safety.

Standard of care definitely outstanding and has been for nearly 4 years.
Large car park. Had both my boys at this childcare centre, 4 days a week since 9 months old.
Highly large room and garden as no other childcare centre in Loughborough.

The youngest leaves this month and both have started school. They are both well-prepared both academically and emotionally. All the team have been consistently supportive, supportive and responsive. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and effectively. Updates with parents is great, ranging from ‘formal’ communications such as newsletters and parents’ evenings to informal chats at drop off and pick up. I would suggest this childcare centre – and have done – to friends and colleagues. Both my daughters attended this childcare centre.

They’re also excellent when things don’t go to plan (which, as we all know, is often the case with kids). It’s an engaging, encouraging, secure space that my kids have spent a lot of time in. I’d happily suggest it to anyone. The team are excellent at the day to day stuff, they truly care about the kids.

The team and the facilities are outstanding. My son has progressed beyond expectation and has developed into a well-rounded individual ready for the next step into Primary School. I am in no doubt that this is down to the outstanding updates between the childcare centre and us as parents and the structure of the activities undertaken. Highly suggest this childcare centre.
