Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington

The attention was superb, the team were always helpful, cordial and useful. Both my daughters went to this nursery setting since they were 8 months old and I can truly say that I was a truly delighted parent.

On-site leadership are always available on the phone/email but the admin which is done off-site and can be slow to sort. Staff take a genuine personal interest in both of our kids and despite COVID-19, they have provided a great range of activities and messy playtime. Our toddler’s language has come on hugely and they have been so useful with potty training.

We have always been really impressed with the bond team manage to create with youngsters and the various activities provided. We really suggest the Leaps and Bounds childcare centre! Both our little ones are always so pleased to go to childcare centre and a little dismayed to go home after each session. Regardless of their age groups, the team knew all kids by their first names – the childcare centre definitely has a family feel and it is really welcoming. Both our kids have joined Leaps and Bounds since 2019 until October 2022.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and the warmth and friendliness from the team is lovely. And when we became eligible for our free childcare hours, the team spent ages explaining everything to me to help me budget effectively for the change. My girl is kind and considerate of others and I credit the team at Leaps & Bounds with that as much as I do myself! During the recent transition from the toddler to preschool rooms, the whole team took so much care to help my girl settle and adjusted the approach to suit her individual needs. I can’t praise the team at Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery enough! Great range of activities and exploring opportunities and the engagement and correspondence from key workers is brilliant! So much so, that even though we have moved out of the area and now have to travel thirty minutes, I haven’t even considered moving my little one as she is just so thrilled here! They consistently demonstrate genuine support and affection for the kids and feel like extended family.

I can’t endorse this childcare centre enthusiastically enough. The contact from management is excellent. Our young lad joined this nursery setting for three years. I’m dismayed our other youngster won’t be going here. The crew are some of the hardest working people I’ve ever come across. The personnel know your youngsters well and they are far from just a number. The manager is truly personable and hands-on. They are always full of energy, cordial, extremely experienced, useful and take the time to talk to parents when you collect your youngster.

All personnel are kind and professional. They take my girl in with a smile and are exceptionally informative at the end of the day. I know what activities she has been doing, what she has learnt and what she has eaten that day. My younger kids will be going to Leaps and Bounds and I would advocate this early‑years hub to everyone. She really enjoys going to nursery setting and even asks to go on the weekend!

My second little one will be also attending extremely soon. I would enthusiastically advocate this childcare centre to anyone looking for fabulous childcare. My young lad really enjoys going to Leaps & Bounds Day Nursery Brislington and the crew have been wonderful, always thrilled to adapt due to his delayed discovering and growth.

Any general updates are communicated through email. They look forward to going every day and are often impatient in the mornings to get there! The team in each room seem really thrilled and specifically chose to bring a blend with other key workers in the room in order to create the perfect mix and team to manage the rooms. I have often asked for their advice and they have really helped with both practical and emotional help for my kid. They absolutely cherish the setting. My kid has been attending Leaps & Bounds since January 2022. Their key workers keep parents regularly updated with their child’s specific interests, a daily face-to-face update, monthly paperwork to fill in for parents to give any new interests/new advancement for their little one and through the app. The key workers in my child’s room all have a special bond with my little one and they know them really well. The crew are fantastic and the updates is great.

We recommended this childcare centre to our friends as we are so impressed. We get regular newsletters keeping us up to date on things going on at the early‑years hub. They do a range of activities with her and she has learnt so much whilst she has been there. All the personnel are lovely and really approachable. She is so pleased to go in when we drop her off in the morning. The manager is lovely and truly organised. She has really enjoyed her time at early‑years hub at Leaps and Bounds and has already said she will be unhappy to leave! Our young lady has went to Leaps and Bounds since she was 1 year old and she is now 4 years old and due to leave in September.

Very approachable and supportive team. Highly endorse. A lovely nurturing early‑years hub was enrolled at by both our youngsters over the past few years. The team work hard with families to help little ones settle in and provide great activities and opportunities for advancement, plus a solid routine throughout the childcare centre, with flexibility when/where the kid needs it.
