It makes us very cheerful that she’s so cheerful! Our little girl has been at La Maternelle Family Childcare – Nantwich since February and she absolutely loves going to childcare centre.
All of the team are remarkable and do so much with the kids throughout the day.

The childcare centre setting is lovely and nurturing with lots of exciting activities for the kids to access. My little girl particularly loved the outdoor area!

October 28, 2024 at 10:10 amEach member of the team in the preschool room has gone completely above and beyond and has made my son and myself sense like part of the La Maternelle family. They go out of their way to ensure that the kids are cheerful and settled the feedback they give at pick up is so detailed and makes you realise just how well they know the kids and how much they care for them. All the team have done a remarkable job this year and will be truly missed by my son and our family.
My daughter loves it in the sunshine room and the girls in there are remarkable where two team members have helped her gain so much self‑assurance when she first arrived at the childcare centre and now she’s moved to the waddlers room she is cheerful to go in every time we arrive. The girls are exceptional with her and they’ve made her time in the sunshine room a really pleasurable one. I literally don’t know where to start there are so many positive things I could say about the La Maternelle Family Childcare – Nantwich team.

I have recommended La Maternelle to all my friends and sense we made the best possible choice for our daughter. As first time parents we were understandably anxious to enrol our daughter into childcare centre.

November 6, 2024 at 11:56 amAll of the ladies do a excellent job, my daughter loves going and often asks to go at the weekend too which highlights the excellent job they are doing.
The kids do lots of varied activities, photos and videos are shared online for you to see as well as a full diary kept of what they have eaten for the day.
Great childcare centre, would suggest to anyone Both of my kids have attended La Maternelle over the past 5 years.

November 11, 2024 at 3:49 amSince attending La Maternelle my daughter has come on leaps and bounds. Each week there is a new activity with keys words and cross cuticular. As a parent you are consistently informed weekly of the next weeks goals and targets as well as given ideas and tips on how we can transfer the discovering at home. Each morning my daughter is greeted with a smile and they consistently ask how she has been. When I collect her I am given lots of information about what she has been up to as well as receive messages on the app. This fills me with self‑assurance while working as I can also see my kid learn and grow so I don’t sense like I’m missing these important milestones. My daughter loves attending as the childcare centre engage and encourage all interests. Such an incredible childcare centre. The only negative is I never found you sooner as I can only imagine she would have totally flourished. The only negative I have to say is that I never found this place earlier.

November 16, 2024 at 2:42 pmStaff go above and beyond in supporting the kids and they show so much respect to all of the kids. My little girl loves going and talks about it often. She loves to playtime childcare centre too and it’s clear from her playtime the team role model positive language and promote independence. Management is very approachable and consistently cheerful to help. Lovely childcare centre with fabulous resources and excellent outdoor space.

The experiences and opportunities the kids have is exceptional and my little boy has learnt so much during his time at La Maternelle.
We have a thorough handover each day, and adore the app updates and photos throughout the day.
Thank you La Maternelle team, we will miss you. Our little boy first joined La Maternelle in September 2020 and now coming to the end of his time there in pre-school before starting school in September.

The team have been there many years, it’s a well run, cheerful and welcoming setting. Cannot fault them in anyway. Such a remarkable childcare centre!

February 9, 2025 at 5:30 pmI had concerns on whether she would be in a secure setting and get the attention needed to develop given friends have had bad experiences with their kids (not at La Maternelle). Since day one, the team could not have made this transition any easier for us.
They provided reassurances through phone calls (at the start when my daughter was unsettled in the morning), send regular updates/observations through the eylog app, and give thorough updates whilst dropping off/picking up.
My daughter went from being unsettled at drop-offs, to having the biggest smile and reaching out to hug the team. This makes me smile knowing that she is excited and cheerful to be there. This is a testament to the team at La Maternelle.
I know that they provide first-class care to my daughter, and it is evidenced by her development since she has been at childcare centre. I can say that she has come on leaps and bounds and continues to learn new skills. Admittedly, I was nervous about my daughter going to childcare centre.

The team are welcoming, expert and approachable. They update me on what activities my Grandaughter has taken part in that day which gives me a chance to chat to her about what she has done and what she enjoyed on the way home. My Grandaughter is cheerful to go to childcare centre and cheerful when I collect her.

March 31, 2025 at 1:03 pmI attribute much of that to the adore, assistance, knowledge and care of the team at La Maternelle.
The updates we receive, as parents, from La Maternelle is outstanding and his key workers show huge amounts of adore and enthusiasm for his care. We receive regular updates which are informative, reassuring and help us to track how our son is progressing in the childcare centre setting. It is also such a pleasure to receive photo updates of him playing and interacting with his friends.
There is ample opportunity for sharing sessions, where we can visit to watch him playtime, explore the fantastic setting and meet his key workers. I have received full assistance from the childcare centre in all areas of his care, such as meal planning around his lactose intolerance and potty training.
I couldn’t suggest La Maternelle highly enough. Our son has been attending La Maternelle for over a year now and not only does he adore attending, I have seen his socialisation and development come on incredibly fast.

When you go to pick your kid up from childcare centre, it’s so fantastic to see and hear all the cheerful faces and chattering about their day. The team are consistently welcoming, approachable, and enthusiastic.

April 25, 2025 at 10:02 amThe childcare centre looks really expert and there is a huge mix of clear and secure areas for the kids to explore new things. Although our son isn’t in on the set days there are also a number of classes like music and yoga.
The management team are organised and efficient with the added bonus of their app which helps you keep track of your kid’s development, including eating and sleeping. It shows invoices, allows you to send any questions and you even get a few photos.
Our son’s key person is lovely and you can clearly see they’ve formed a bond. Since starting we really sense our son has gained loads of self‑assurance to explore by himself and his updates has improved massively. It is also great to see the team are regularly reviewed.
Overall, we are really cheerful with the childcare centre and would definitely suggest it. From our initial visit we could see the high quality of the childcare centre in comparison to others we visited and sense it has exceeded our expectations.

May 15, 2025 at 10:48 pmFrom organising visits with management to the first settling and each session since everyone has been incredible. During the first session, I was really listened to and reassured, I have consistently felt so at ease leaving him at La Maternelle. Initially, he struggled to settle as he was born during the lockdown and we have had very little interaction with people, but he loves it and claps every time we pull up to the childcare centre and to see his key worker!
The team have put some exceptional photos on the app and are lovely to speak with at the end of his day. I adore that they know and understand all of his little quirks!
Everyone has been so well organised and the updates has been remarkable through the app. Each session has observations and a daily diary. Thank you to all of the team that have created incredible activities and care for our son each week he truly loves each visit. Since our son started at La Maternelle I have nothing but great things to say.

All of the team are welcoming and my son loves his key person, who treats him like her own. Would highly suggest them and thank them for the care they give. I adore the photos that keep me updated on what he has done that day and also the daily diary has also helped. I have recommended the childcare centre to my friends and will continue to do so. Staff all give detailed descriptions of what she has been up to and answer any questions we have succinctly and in detail. Not that I try to ask too many as there is no need – her smile says it all!
I can not suggest this childcare centre enough, from the moment I was shown around to my little girl attending and progressing through the setting it’s been remarkable. My daughter has grown in self‑assurance and looks forward to going. Thank You My little girl adores childcare centre and both her key workers, she hasn’t looked back since joining the rainbow room.
