The management team have consistently been exceptional for accommodating specific requests and they were outstanding providing assistance and advice when my son started attending Kingswood in the middle of the pandemic. Team genuinely care about the kids and work hard to assistance their individual needs. They also respect your choices, for example they won’t push your kid to potty-train if you think they’re not ready, and they will wake your kid if you don’t want them to nap past a specific time. They encourage lots of outside playtime and messy time too, which is excellent! My son has been at Kingswood for nearly a year now and my daughter attended for 4 years.

October 19, 2024 at 11:51 pmShe has created such strong bonds with all of the team and absolutely loves coming, it seems that every time she comes home she has learnt something new. I adore the variety of snacks and meals, this is a excellent peace of mind knowing that she has had a balanced diet throughout her day. The team are so genuine and consistently cheerful to help. Handovers are exceptionally informative and so is the eylog app, as a first-time mum new to a childcare centre setting, this is perfect for me. Management have also been truly flexible allowing me to book extra sessions at short notice. Overall I am thrilled with Kingswood. Kingswood Day Childcare centre has been remarkable for our family, my daughter who was 9 months old at the time started here in November last year and we couldn’t be happier.

October 27, 2024 at 2:19 pmShe has built some lovely friendships during her time there, and the team have been so welcoming from day one. She has excellent relationships with all of them, and they genuinely care about kids’s well-being and development. The activities are varied and engaging, and we delight in getting regular updates and photos through the app. Updates from the childcare centre is outstanding, and they are highly accommodating with extra sessions and changing days where possible. Our daughter has truly flourished in her time there, and we sense she is well prepared for starting school. Our daughter started at Kingswood Day Childcare centre in the preschool room last year after moving to the area, and despite our worries about changing settings, she settled truly quickly.

October 28, 2024 at 7:14 pmWe started not long after the first Covid lockdown and I can’t praise the team and management enough. Because of Covid our son had never even been looked after by a grandparent but the team were fab and he quickly settled in. He has a excellent bond with many of the team and is constantly talking about his friends and what they’ve been up to. The lovely thing about it being a fairly small setting is everyone seems to know him. We adore how much time he gets to spend outside and he is flourishing with their care and assistance. We’ve consistently found the team supportive and flexible if we’ve needed a last minute change. Although we aren’t veggie at home our son loves the food provided and consistently seems to ask for seconds. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our choice and our daughter will also be starting in the new year. Our son has been at Kingswood Day Childcare centre & Preschool for nearly 2 years now.

November 8, 2024 at 3:04 pmEven when he was quite small and was only babbling, all the way home from childcare centre he’d be chatting and excited. He gets to delight in lots of different activities at childcare centre and often talks about his friends at home. The childcare centre is well organised and flexible when we need to alter hours and whenever we have a parent’s evening, I sense like the team know my son well despite him only attending once a week. Our son has attended Kingswood Childcare centre for nearly two years and consistently comes home cheerful and engaged.

The childcare centre is a bit outdated and could do with a revamp.

Would like to have sessions in brushing, toilet training if possible. My kid loved going to childcare centre and that itself is proof that the team and the activities in the childcare centre keep the kids cheerful.
The team are inviting and welcoming.

They do lots and consistently have enjoyable activities and people coming in to the childcare centre. They helped me out last minute with extra childcare at times when needed and have been remarkable. I couldn’t have sent my boys to a better childcare centre, highly recommended. Kingswood Day Childcare centre and Preschool has been remarkable for both my kids.

March 6, 2025 at 11:07 pmFrom the start she was taken in and made so welcome. My daughter has had excellent consistency with the team who have become like friends to her. It is so lovely to watch all the kids going in excited every day. The food is outstanding and the variety of activities is impressive. Any concerns are addressed thoroughly and taken seriously. I would highly suggest Kingswood to any parent. My daughter has been at Kingswood Day Childcare centre and Preschool since March 2021.

The development and transferring of information between everyone is remarkable, constant development is made to help the baby’s/kids blossom, consistently something new seems to be happening, Thank you Kingswood team for doing an incredible job. What makes Kingswood Day Childcare centre & Preschool special from our perspective is the team, you get what you put in and we genuinely sense everyone cares about what they are doing and looking after the little ones (all ages) it’s a hard demanding job looking after your own family imagine looking after everyone else’s!

March 29, 2025 at 12:02 pmThis was all down to the warmth of the team and their level of care, which has continued ever since. Our son has been through all three rooms (baby, toddler and now pre-school), with each move handled exceptionally well and all areas being designed to cater for the kids’ stage of development. The variety of food is a big plus point, we get a excellent level of updates through the app, and the biggest compliment is to say that our son absolutely loves going to childcare centre. We also hugely appreciate the flexibility that has been afforded on occasions where we’ve had to switch days or hours. When we moved to the area two years ago, our son had already been in another childcare centre, but it was immediately clear that he adjusted incredibly well to his new surroundings at Kingswood Day Childcare centre & Preschool.

My kid found settling in difficult and the team were truly supportive in helping him settle in. He is consistently welcomed warmly on arrival, and we get great feedback about his day. They do lots of enjoyable activities – he often brings home crafts, they have somebody coming in to playtime football with the toddlers, they often have themed activity days, and he often sings songs he has learnt at childcare centre. He likes the food and will eat a wider variety of food at childcare centre than at home! Having free-flow to the outside for Toddlers has been excellent, he has spent lots of time outside. We’ve been truly cheerful with Kingswood and thoroughly suggest them. My kid went to Kingswood Day Childcare centre & Preschool for around 18 months, in the Baby and Toddler rooms.

Our kid seems settled and cheerful at childcare centre and we like the updates which are provided so we can see what activities he has been doing in the day. We have had a excellent journey so far with Kingswood Day Childcare centre.

June 4, 2025 at 5:50 pmBoth have attended since they were 10 months old and our eldest recently finished and has started school. The team are so compassionate and inviting and welcoming. They truly know our kids well and you can just tell that they truly care for them. The team are so great at encouraging the kids in their personal, social and language development and they’re consistently doing enjoyable and varied activities to encourage their motor skills.
They’ve also been truly flexible when we have needed extra sessions.
I’m so glad our kids have gone to Kingswood and I consistently suggest it to other parents. Kingswood Day Childcare centre has been remarkable for our two kids.

Truly excellent childcare centre, our toddler is consistently so cheerful to go and also on pickups which is exactly what we want from a childcare centre.

June 10, 2025 at 7:01 amOur daughter left a couple of years ago when she started school and our son is still in the preschool room. We couldn’t suggest Kingswood more highly! The team have been uniformly lovely – so compassionate and patient and loving towards the kids, consistently cheerful to chat for longer if there are any issues and to make suggestions and implement ideas to help them. You sense like they genuinely know your kids and truly care about them. From the administrative side, Kingswood are highly flexible, much more so than any other childcare centre I’ve heard of, and outstanding in terms of speed of updates etc. We’ve had two kids at Kingswood, both starting in the baby room at age 11 months.

He started quite young, at just 5 months old, as I went back to work early and they were exceptionally nurturing towards him and his needs, and highly empathetic to my needs as a mother. They were cheerful for me to provide my own milk for him and also supported me through the weaning process. I have loved seeing his progression over the past year and his self‑assurance built in his social skills and his speech. All the team are highly welcoming and highly informative. My kid has been in the setting for a year now.
