July 29, 2021 at 12:00 amMy daughter has attended Kindred Teddington from before her first birthday and just turned three. We’ve had a wonderful experience in our time there. The staff have been wonderful and she’s always so excited to go in in the morning and to tell me about all the exciting things she’s done.

August 24, 2021 at 12:00 amI was so nervous ahead of my son starting nursery and I really didn’t know what to expect. However, after a warm welcome combined with regular updates and photos over the first few days, I was quickly reassured. It’s been a fab first experience and our 13 month old has a ball! Great variety of meals and activities too. I’d definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

October 29, 2021 at 12:00 amOur twin boys absolutely love attending this nursery. The staff are very caring and provide feedback at the end of each day to let us know how they’ve got on. The boys want to go in every day and when we pick them up tell us all the fun things they’ve done. We also receive photos occasionally about what they’ve been up to, which we love to see. The boys have come a long way in their development since joining – so thank you!

January 24, 2022 at 12:00 amThe staff in the baby room at Kindred Nursery are very caring, friendly and professional. Our toddler comes home with a big smile every day. The management of the challenges around Covid has been excellent: clear communication and real desire to keep everyone safe.

January 25, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son is very happy at Kindred. He loves all the members of staff and always comes out happy and smiling. He has formed really good bonds with the team in his room.
We really appreciate and enjoy the updates we receive on the parent app each day. It’s lovely to see photos of him enjoying himself.

February 1, 2022 at 12:00 amAs first time parents, we are very happy with the care our 1 year old is getting. In 2-3 weeks he has settled in superbly. I love that the food menu is so varied everyday and diverse. Thanks to a great team. Highly recommend.

February 1, 2022 at 12:00 amOur daughter waves us goodbye from the nursery door each morning before happily walking in – we couldn’t ask for more. Her key workers are wonderful at keeping us updated and she clearly knows, and is known by, the rest of the nursery staff – it makes us feel very comfortable that she’s part of such a welcoming family.

February 2, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son joined the baby room a few months ago and seems to be really enjoying it. The staff are very caring and helped him to settle in. He now can’t wait to go in when we drop him off! We get regular updates on his day so know how he is, and the activities that he has been doing. We’re very happy with our choice of Kindred Teddington.

March 25, 2022 at 12:00 amMy son loves it here, after having to move nurseries due to him being unhappy in his previous one, it is amazing to see him walk in happy and return home all excited and keen to tell me about his day! My son is quite shy, sensitive and struggles with leaving me, but the staff are amazing and extremely helpful in making sure he is ok and for me, as his mum, I can relax knowing my boy is happy and thriving there !! My son’s behaviour has transformed now he attends Kindred, I very much recommend this daycare for your child.

The staff are brilliant and we feel very confident leaving him there.
Our son looks forward to going to nursery every day and always has a happy smile when we pick him up.

September 15, 2022 at 12:00 amI found myself in a difficult situation needing an urgent placement. I went to see Kindred and was so delighted with the tour we had! The staff seemed to really know their stuff and they seemed to have a great ethos! I immediately felt at home and really saw the care of staff towards the children. This really made me feel at ease, and I’m so happy we got a placement for the girls! I think the girls will really thrive there and be safe! They were also very strong on safeguarding, which I really appreciated. Seems like a great place and we’re very excited to now be part of the Kindred family.

September 20, 2022 at 12:00 amMy soon to be 4 year old has just started at Kindred. After being at her previous nursery for a few years I was a little worried about how she might find Kindred with so many changes in her environment, friends and carers. I am super pleased with Kindred. My daughter absolutely loves it here! She tells me she really likes it, I asked if she misses her old nursery she said no and told me the names of the new friends she made. The parent app is incredible too, I get to read reviews on how she’s been doing, exactly what she has eaten and see photos of her progress too. Communication with nursery via this app is very convenient. So far so very good.

September 22, 2022 at 12:00 amOur son loves it at Kindred. We had to move him from another nursery as we were moving house and we were quite nervous but he has been so much happier here. His key workers have always been great and he has made strong relationships with both the staff and children. They always mix it up with activities and sensory play to keep him entertained and we have seen such a huge difference in his speech and development since he started. We love that its quite a small nursery, as he now knows everyone and it has a close-knit family feel. We would definitely recommend.

September 22, 2022 at 12:00 amI couldn’t ask for more loving and dedicated staff to care for my son than the staff at Kindred. They look after the children like their own and make each day a fun and exciting adventure. Despite the app, I get a detailed update of everything my son has done that day and he has thrived during his time there.
Can’t rate Kindred high enough to anyone who will listen.

October 3, 2022 at 12:00 amAs new parents, we were apprehensive about sending our daughter to nursery, but work commitments meant we had to find a suitable place. When visiting Kindred, we felt the warmth of the staff, which was crucial for us. After a settling-in period of a month or so, our daughter now walks into nursery with a giant smile and loves her time there. She barely notices me by the door when I drop her off. The staff there are attentive and introduced our little one to many activities which we enjoy doing at home now.

October 3, 2022 at 12:00 amOur 2-year son and our 7-month-old daughter joined recently the nursery, as I had to return to work.
As a parent from a different country, I had no experience with how nurseries operate in the UK and was very anxious about their settlement, socialising, diet and feeling happy at school! The nursery manager provided us with a great tour on the day we visited, answered and keeps answering our questions, and helped us see that this is a great space for our kids.
The great news was that we saw that in practice and we keep seeing it. Our son has settled nicely, he actually loves going to school to meet his friends and play! Our daughter is also settling in and seems happy and content when we pick her up! Our kids are well cared for by people that care for and enjoy what they do! The staff are giving us a good handover, too. Most information is also provided by the app, which is very handy! I would happily recommend this nursery and if we were to choose again, we would choose the same!

Staff are so friendly and welcoming and they made the transition to nursery so lovely for my daughter. She loves going to nursery, and they have themed days throughout the month which are fun and break up the day-to-day.
The food they provide is great too and I always feel like my daughter has eaten well.
Would definitely recommend Kindred Teddington.

February 2, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son is 14 months old and we have started at the nursery a few weeks ago. My son is having a great time there, the childminders are very attentive and always arrange for him to sleep on his individual schedule (he is not yet ready for one nap as older kids in his group). It is also extremely helpful and reassuring that there is an app where a parent can see real-time updates on the day (naps, meals, nappy changes, photos, etc.). My son always eats well there (which is so hard to achieve at home!). Great experience so far and would highly recommend baby group for the kids transitioning from staying at home to the nursery.
