Kindred Huntingdon Nursery & Pre-school

I would suggest this childcare centre to everyone.
Special mention to one member of team in particular who my kids adore so much, she makes their days at childcare centre so much enjoyable! Amazing childcare centre with incredible team who truly care for each and every kid.

On her first session, we were told to hand her over at the doorway and were assured that we’d receive updates through the app during her stay.
We stayed in the area but received no updates whatsoever.
On her 2nd session 2 days later to my horror a temperate gun was held against her forehead and sanitiser was applied to her hands. At no point had we been informed of any ‘covid’ protocol and nothing was stated in Terms&Conditions. Nor had we been asked for our consent for the application of any chemicals to be applied to her skin.
(I made my interest in a risk assessment for the application of these products very clear).
I contacted the manager with my concerns and informed her that our daughter would no longer be attending.
This is a matter of non-disclosure and I have contacted the manager countless times for the return of our deposit.
Each time I am told that she will chase the accounts team.
No refund yet. I booked my 13mnth old daughter some settling-in sessions.

The management team and all team are consistently so supportive, not just to the kids but the parents too. We are consistently made to sense like valued members of the childcare centre “family” and I thank them all for that. There have been some challenging times over the past year or so and they’ve consistently handled it well and consistently put the kids first. Kindred/The Barn have consistently been a fantastic childcare centre, my son loves going into childcare centre and the team there have really made an effort above and beyond to work with him on his updates and helping him develop.

The level of care they have received is outstanding, especially with regards to my daughter, who suffers with her chest. The range of activities provided, especially in preschool, are incredible. I truly do not know what I would do without these girls. Thank you so much. I truly cannot fault any of the team that have looked after my kids during their time at this childcare centre.

The only thing is I wish I could see what he does when he is there, haven’t seen a photo or had a piece of work or anything since he started. Other than that incredible! Very lovely team, my kid is consistently cheerful to go into childcare centre and is consistently cheerful when he comes home!

He loves it, consistently pick him with a smile on his face and has learnt so many new skills. I am really cheerful with the nursey all the team are really supportive and welcoming.

Really easy to park to drop off and pick up. First time Mum and was nervous about putting my baby into childcare but shouldn’t have worried.

All the team are so welcoming and they have been nothing but incredible! Couldn’t fault at all! Also menu is outstanding! Fantastic!

All team are very welcoming and compassionate. My daughter consistently keeps saying she didn’t want to come home, as she has so much enjoyable at school. The Barn Day Nursery has been exceptional.

Knowing that our kid is cheerful and excited to go to school everyday is heart warming.
I sense team go above and beyond for parents and kids.
