Kindred Hanwell Day Nursery & Pre-school

They have been remarkable from the outset and we’ve noticed such a positive difference in our baby daughter since she attended. The team are exceptional. They are consistently really understanding and expert and easy to contact. Their app is exceptional and they provide regular updates on her naps, meals and photos of her activities. As a parent, it can be really difficult to send your little one to childcare centre especially when they are under a year, but the transition has been fantastic and the team have made it so much easier. My daughter has really taken to the team at the childcare centre and we’re so grateful we got a place at Kindred Hanwell for our little girl! I couldn’t suggest Kindred Hanwell enough.

Now he is nearly 4 and attends 3 days p/w – 2 full days and 1 half day. It’s been a blessing! To start with, the team really showed adore and care for him – at the beginning, he needed lots of hugs and attention and I consistently felt he corresponded and that made us sense very secure. It’s been a journey and he has developed his self‑assurance so much, from socialising with other kids to playing by himself happily! Furthermore, they supported us in our teachings on dressing himself, toilet training and more. There are a lot of engaging activities at the childcare centre like arts, reading, sports, music and also suggestions and resources for parents to playtime at home too! Thank you so much for all your hard work! Our boy started at Kindred Hanwell when he was 2 years old, 3 days p/w half day.

The team is incredible, they look after every single baby in an extraordinary way. They stimulate them with a lot of activities and above all, they consistently double-check with parents if it’s okay to push the baby to the next milestone either physically (crawling, walking, eating) or psychologically (speaking, singing etc).
We cannot be more satisfied with our choice! When I leave my son every morning I sense secure as I know he is in secure hands and very well treated.
The smile my son has every day when he realises he is about to start the day at Kindred, makes me understand he really loves this place!

Due to being born during COVID, she did not have much social interaction with anyone other than my husband and I. Since being at Kindred, she has developed her social, emotional and physical skills through the activities which the team run. My daughter really does delight in it! She enters Kindred with a smile and greets me at the end of the day with the biggest smile. From that alone, I know she has had enjoyable! The team at Kindred are incredibly compassionate and are really like a family. I adore the way in which they put the kids first in everything. I remember bringing my daughter to our very first tour of Kindred (before she started), all of the team present cheered as she entered and really did make a big deal of her. The team at Kindred also do keep constant updates with parents via pictures/videos of daily activities, as well as areas in which kids are developing/developed. My daughter has really thrived at Kindred (Hanwell) childcare centre since having joined at the age of 11 months.

The team are fantastic, and she has bonded brilliantly with her key workers over the years. The care and attention from the team is genuine and loving. The assistance for her discovering and development has been outstanding, she has become a attentive and inquisitive little girl, who is very much ready for primary school. Over the last 4 years there have been some changes in management – the current team are exceptional and there is very much a family sense. There has been very little turnover in team and the atmosphere is excellent. We are delighted to be sending our second daughter in the autumn and would suggest Kindred Hanwell to anyone in the area (as indeed we have to several friends!). My daughter has been at Kindred Hanwell for the last 4 years, since she was 7 months old, and has loved it.

The settling-in at the baby nest was excellent – it takes place over a couple of short sessions and they were great at following her routine at the time. The transition to the Fledglings group was also easy, allowing her to have a couple of hours there before moving across.
There’s consistently a wide variety of activities for the group and we’re kept well-updated through the app on what she’s been up to.
The team at Kindred Hanwell are all so welcoming and attentive and she has developed so well here. From starting there where she was getting more confident with her standing, steps and eating through to now being a very chatty toddler, she’s learnt a lot from the team! My daughter has been going to Kindred Hanwell since she was 11 months old and she loves it – we are so pleased to have sent her there and have enrolled our son too for next year.

Kindred encourage your kid grow to be an independent and compassionate person, which we see everyday. My older one used to be very shy in large groups and couldn’t mingle with other kids, also not physical at all. However, now he is a very active, sociable and well-behaved kid. And my younger one is eager to go to childcare centre everyday. I would suggest Kindred Hanwell! We have two kids attending Kindred Hanwell and it’s excellent to see them flourish.

He loves his days there and we have watched him learn and develop in a supportive and attentive setting.
