August 15, 2022 at 12:00 amI can’t thank all the staff at Bright Stars enough. I highly recommend this nursery. My son started in 2017. Everyone has played a big part in our lives. Feedback and communication is 10/10. All the staff have such a lovely bond with all children (it’s like one big family). For a mum, this is priceless. I’m sad for my son to be leaving. Thanks again for everything.

July 26, 2023 at 12:00 amReally happy with the nursery, my daughter took a while to settle in, but the staff was very supportive. She still cries every time I leave her, but the staff find lots of things to distract her. Then she comes home very happy.

The main thing that I love about this nursery is how good the room staff are. I can see my child flourishing in a nurturing and structured environment. I can see that my kids are happy to go to nursery and be with their key worker, peers and just be themselves. Such a warm feeling in this nursery. Keep it up.

August 10, 2023 at 12:00 amMy children (twins) have been going to Kindred Cheshunt for the past three years. They started in the baby room and have just graduated from pre-school. They have had excellent care from start to finish and I have always felt that they are safe and cared for. All of the staff are lovely and go the extra mile with your children. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.

My daughter took a while to settle and the staff were always so reassuring and supportive. She soon came to love nursery and all they do there.
My son settled immediately and loves attending!
The staff have also been extremely informative and supportive of my child, who has SEN, pointing us in the right direction and doing everything within their power to get the support needed on their end.
Would 100% recommend this nursery!

August 10, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son has loved being here, moving to the UK from South Africa was extremely stressful and they were so helpful to get our son settled and feeling safe. They update you on all meals, naps, activities and any incidents that have happened and what they did to solve them. Would highly recommend this nursery for any child.

August 18, 2023 at 12:00 amI cannot express how amazingly thankful I am to the wonderful staff at Kindred Cheshunt for the years my girls have spent with you. Staff are spectacular – kind, thoughtful and go out of their way to make your child feel at home and loved. Communication is brilliant, and meals for the kids are fab – my extremely fussy three-year-old raves about the food! The two ladies are fantastic leaders and are never too busy to keep you up to date on your child’s progress. My family cannot recommend Kindred Cheshunt enough.

They have an online portal where I can see what he has eaten and how much daily, as well as other things, and they are very supportive of his general development.

August 18, 2023 at 12:00 amBest nursery ever! My son started 2 months ago (he is 13 months now) and it affected his development in a positive way. He started to walk, he started to use a spoon. His teacher is very nice. Two of the ladies are the best teachers ever seen in our life. We visited other nurseries but the Kindred group is very good, especially the Cheshunt branch. They have a really really nice garden and separated for ages. Really nice and welcoming when you enter the nursery.

August 18, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth my sons attend the nursery, the older one since 2021 and the younger one since 2023. The staff are great with the kids and work hard to build bonds, especially thankful for this since my oldest was a covid baby and he still finds it hard to be around people he is unfamiliar with. They genuinely care about the kids and that makes a massive difference for parents who need to work and can’t be with their little ones.

August 21, 2023 at 12:00 amOur little boy loves the nursery. The staff are brilliant. The app is excellent, I know exactly what our little boy has eaten, how long he has slept, toilet trips, activities, his progress etc. and it’s easy to communicate with staff on there too. Easy to drop-off/pick-up as they have a car park. Fees stayed the same when they changed hands which was good. Only downside would be they don’t have the option of term time.

August 21, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter is so happy in the nursery! Mornings are an easy time for us, as she loves attending her nursery and playing with her friends. She has made many friends over time and, with such enthusiasm, she runs towards the door. If the nursery could try to have staff on a permanent basis, the environment would be even better for the kids. Overall, we are happy with the services.
