The team have been exceptional throughout and have been flexible due to our work shifts. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to new parents in the future. My daughter has been at the childcare centre since she was a baby and she leaves for school in September.

September 29, 2024 at 9:28 pmThe team are inviting welcoming and supportive and make an effort to get to know the family, not just the kid. The activities and resources are exciting and enticing and provide incredible experiences for the kids. The management is of the highest quality and involved in all aspects of the childcare centre and is consistently a welcoming face. The kids are settled in truly well and parents and carers are kept fully up to date. The childcare centre is spotless and well presented and one of the best around. I cannot rate this childcare centre more highly each kid and family is treated like family and is given the highest quality of care and assistance to achieve their full potential.

She will be going to school in September and preschool has prepared her for the transition. She loves her time there and it will be sad when she does move on up to school. Thank you for all that you do Kids Planet Team! My kid has attended Kids Planet for three years and I can honestly say it has been fantastic!

We truly value and respect the team who go above and beyond in their feedback from the daily sessions and we could not be happier with how much he has thrived. The team are all polite and cheerful to help. Our daughter has attended this childcare centre since she was six months old.

February 5, 2025 at 10:31 amBoth of my kids were born in Covid so they didn’t have the best social skills as they were not around anyone due to the lockdown.
The childcare centre team have brought my kids out of their shells. They have been fabulous. I could not praise them anymore. I would like to state that Kids Planet Tong is the best childcare centre I have ever been to.
I have both of my sons in this childcare centre and they have both developed so much.

February 18, 2025 at 6:22 amAll the team are so inviting and welcoming, the managers are consistently visible and available and my daughter’s key worker is incredible, she loves her! My daughter is gaining self‑assurance and social skills and is consistently so cheerful at childcare centre. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter started at the childcare centre ten months ago and she’s loved every minute.

March 9, 2025 at 5:51 amFrom Kinder Haven to Kids Planet, the transition has been seamless. Both boys adore coming and I sense secure when they are here. My youngest has come on so much. Since starting, the extra assistance has been incredible and his development has been phenomenal. The whole team all care so passionately about all the kids. Kids Planet has been exceptional for my two boys.

My son has sometimes struggled to settle on a morning, and each time the practitioners in his room know just what to say to bring him round! The online system is excellent for keeping parents informed – we adore seeing the pictures of what he has been getting up to during the day! Outstanding in all areas! I cannot suggest Kids Planet Tong highly enough, as a place that knows its kids and families truly well and strives to provide the best for them.

The facilities are also outstanding and my son has developed massively since attending the childcare centre. I would suggest this childcare centre going forward! My son joined the childcare centre in December 2021 and he is in the baby room.

May 11, 2025 at 4:37 pmEveryone is incredibly expert and approachable at morning and afternoon handovers and at updating the app with my kids’s activities, meals etc. throughout the day that they attend. I consistently sense exceptionally well informed of what they are doing and how they are finding it. I would like to thank all the Tong team for making the first few weeks at the childcare centre so easy for my kids and me. Since we started at the Kids Planet Tong childcare centre the team there have been exceptionally welcoming and welcoming, it’s consistently daunting taking your small kids somewhere new but they have all made it as easy as possible.

May 26, 2025 at 2:57 pmThe team are consistently inviting, welcoming and welcoming. They take time to get to know you and the kids as individuals and cater for their needs specifically. The food options are consistently outstanding and mixed to give the kids a varied menu. This is our second kid going through this venue, and we couldn’t speak highly enough about the care, education and attention they both have received from some fantastic team. He is definitely developing at an advanced rate due to attending. Our oldest still has a strong bond to his former key worker and still enjoys seeing her at drop off and collection time. Would highly suggest. The childcare centre is consistently well maintained, spotless, bright and managed well.

June 8, 2025 at 9:53 amMy son loves coming to childcare centre, there’s lots of enjoyable stuff for him to do, the team are excellent consistently supportive, and the childcare centre itself is highly flexible as I work shifts, there’s a great range of different foods my son gets to try and he consistently has a smile on his face for the team when we arrive in the mornings
