Kids Planet Springhead

The care they provide is outstanding and the childcare centre goes above and beyond. We’ve just attended a graduation ceremony for pre-school which was incredible! They hired a venue and kids’s entertainer, provided food and drinks and the kids performed songs. It was fantastic! Thank you so much to all the team, you are incredible! It’s almost time for my daughter to leave Kids Planet and over the past 3 years, she has had the best time there.

The team are exceptional and will consistently try to accommodate requests and his little quirks! They were a big help during potty training and getting him to sleep especially.
They regularly update us through the app and have loads of enjoyable things going on. The meals are varied, healthy and excellent and team encourage him to eat things he refuses (like fruit).
It’s consistently hard at first leaving your kid with strangers but the babies team helped him (and us) settle in really well, and now he’s in toddlers he loves it there too. Would suggest this childcare centre 100%. Our little boy has been with this childcare centre for nearly two years now and he loves it here.

Everybody is absolutely excellent. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to family and friends. All of the team are lovely and welcoming. My son started at Kids Planet in September and he absolutely loves it and so do I.

The facilities are excellent indoors and outdoors. They do lots of activities with a monthly schedule. A excellent place for your kid’s development.The app they use allows continuous tracking of your kid’s daily activities including lots of photos which is excellent. Overall a exceptional childcare centre and amazingly welcoming team. The team are outstanding and my kid is excited to see them when I drop her off.

The team are all, without fail or exception, inviting and welcoming, patient and compassionate. They all seem genuinely concerned for our daughter’s wellbeing and cheerful to see/look after her. The activities are delightful, she is discovering so much and building on what we teach her at home. She is cheerful to go in and delights in being with the team. It’s a lovely building, thoughtfully designed to suit the kids and the outdoor areas are outstanding. There is so much to stimulate the kids’s minds, inside and out, and they go out in all weathers, which we also like.
We find the fees, and what is provided for them, really great value for money. The times they are open are very convenient for full-time working parents, and the parent app is diligently updated throughout the day with meals eaten, nappies changed and photos of our little girl enjoying herself.
I suggest this childcare centre to everyone. My daughter has been at this childcare centre for a year now and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with it.

They have been incredible from day one. I would highly suggest it to anyone thinking of applying for a place. My Little boy started childcare centre here in September when he was 9 months old and he loves it and has created a lovely bond with the team in his room.

I was extremely nervous as childcare centre was never part of the plan but it’s the best thing to come from an unfortunate situation. My daughter has thrived at childcare centre and loves attending. Her self‑assurance is high. She is social and has made lovely friends and great relationships with team. I am really pleased with the activities on offer and really suggest Kids Planet Springhead. My daughter started childcare centre unexpectedly in June 2021 after my mum unfortunately fell ill and was no longer able to provide childcare.

He has additional needs that include an extremely restricted diet and childcare centre have been very understanding of this and supported me and my little boy, from completing referrals for us to encouraging him to sit with his peers at mealtimes and engage in activities he wouldn’t usually using his special interest. The girls in the rooms have consistently been fab from babies to toddlers, they are all so welcoming and supportive. The SENCo and the manager are also remarkable and can’t do enough for us, holding multi-agency meetings even during their time off work. He enjoys his time here and is consistently cheerful to attend. I am so grateful for everything they are doing to help and assistance my son. My little boy attends this childcare centre in the toddler room.

I cannot suggest it enough. The team are all so lovely and the care he receives is outstanding. Management are incredibly supportive and solve any issues quickly. The food is incredible. Activities and resources varied and help to develop his discovering in all areas. I am so sad that he will be leaving soon to start school in September! My almost 4-year-old boy has attended Kids Planet Springhead since he was 8 months old.

He loves it, he loves the team and the friends he’s made. I’m consistently sent pictures of him doing different activities and he’s animated whilst telling me about his day, which shows how much he enjoys it and is taking in what he’s doing and discovering. My son loves being outside and where possible the team allow this, rain or shine for messy playtime or sun enjoyable! Within a couple of months of him starting we could see a difference and a growth in him. The team are very supportive, nurturing and attentive and he came on leaps and bounds and has learned so much from them. I get sent information about his food consumption and I’m sometimes quite jealous! They get a remarkable variety and he consistently seems to delight in it, which is great when he can be picky at home! I haven’t hesitated in recommending Kids Planet to friends and will continue to do so, it’s exceptional! My son has been attending this childcare centre since he was around 8 months old, he’s now 3.
