They have been remarkable throughout, listened to my concerns about my daughters’ development and assessed her accordingly – they made me sense like I wasn’t being an overly concerned mother, listened to my fears and dealt with all the paperwork. Thank you.
The manager (and her deputies) is diligent and organised and ensures smooth running. It’s hard not to sense secure in her hands.
Overall, a remarkable childcare centre from baby room to preschool, they give the kids what they need and help them develop and flourish in a very secure and inviting setting. Outstanding handovers each day, and my kids both skipped in every morning knowing they had a day of enjoyable ahead of them.
Preschool swimming lessons once a week, which saves a job for mummy and daddy, will hopefully start up again after a break over covid. My daughters – between them – have been going to Kids Planet Sale for 5 years, and I cannot fault anything bout them.

Attentive and compassionate, really get to know your kid. I adore the app which gives updates on what your kid has been doing. They give supportive tips on how to development discovering and key stages of development. A remarkable childcare centre with excellent team.

Although I had already paid the registration fee I received no further information from team. I had to arrange the settling in sessions myself and received no reply from the manager in emails so had to chase them via telephone. When I arrived the manager told me she didn’t normally work at that childcare centre which didn’t fill me with self‑assurance. Also, the team in the baby room weren’t aware that my son was even having a settling in session so again it felt unorganised. There were 10+ kids in the room but most were walking so I felt my non-mobile 8-month-old son seemed a bit lost in a room with that many kids. I didn’t sense some of the team were particularly engaging with the kids. In the end, I moved my son to an alternative childcare centre where there were only 6 babies in the room and the team were generally much more nurturing and engaging. My son had his settling in session here in December.

Consistently expert and welcoming. The team really care about my little girl and they know her likes, dislikes and unique character traits, which they plan for and assistance accordingly. The setting is spotless, stimulating and reflective of the kids’s age and interests, with lots of natural, sustainable resources to assistance curiosity and playtime. We adore Kids Planet Sale and it’s been fantastic for both our girls! Fantastic team.

Kids Planet Sale helped us with keeping her without booking and any time we asked them they were flexible. It was very stressful first days after lockdown but they made it easy for us. Thanks Kids Planet Sale. First of June my second kid born 2 weeks earlier so really struggling with first one’s childcare.

The team are what makes the childcare centre. They have ensured our daughter has flourished and really come out of her shell. They provide informed updates using the app and give detailed handovers at the end of the day. They helped us throughout our daughter’s potty training and ensured that she felt confident. They consistently provide assistance and go above and beyond to ensure the childcare centre runs as smoothly as possible. We are very cheerful with the entire service. We have been very impressed with the team, the facilities and the way our son has developed within the childcare centre setting. I would also like to commend the team during the recent lockdown; I felt assured that my son was secure and all infection control measures were being adhered to making a difficult situation sense as secure as possible. Our son loves going to childcare centre and consistently has a big smile for us when we pick him up. Our son has been attending Kids Planet Sale since July 2019.

My kid is cheerful and engaged going to the childcare centre and has made some great friends with the other kids and team. He’s consistently excited telling us about all the activities he’s done and the food he’s enjoyed. Really excellent team and facilities.

The team are so welcoming and supportive and helped her settle in so quickly. She has grown and the team have helped develop her ready for school. My daughter has been attending since she turned 3 in Aug 2019 and has absolutely loved her time there.

She has a balanced diet with activities every day. She learns how to express herself and tells me back what she has done. I am very pleased with the service at Kids Planet. Educators are absolutely expert, my kid enjoys going to the childcare centre every day.
