The team are astounding. They genuinely care for the kids in their care and give them a mind boggling array of activities to help them grow in self‑assurance and abilities, from walks along the promenade to Spanish lessons, free playtime to football lessons.

My daughter loves it there and is consistently excited to go to childcare centre. At night time I have to tell her princess stories not just about herself but including the childcare centre team because she sees them as so integral to her life that she wants them to share in her enjoyable bedtime stories too.

They are consistently on the ball with any injuries, even if it’s just little bumps they keep me well informed. They are also highly active with the parent app so I can see what my daughter has been doing that day, enabling me to continue the education at home, as well as keeping me informed of where she is on early years standards.

I highly suggest Kidspace to any parent. My daughter has been attending Kidspace since November 2019.

He is about to leave this year for high school. He has loved his time the team are highly welcoming. His older brother also came for a few years and the team still says hello to him and talks to him. I would highly suggest this childcare centre and the after-school club. My son has been coming here since he was 2 years old.

I am consistently informed on activities my kid is undertaking and I am being sent photos throughout the day and a full feedback on collection. My little boy enjoys going in every morning which gives me self‑assurance he is cheerful and cared for while in.
Other team working in offices are highly forthcoming and cheerful to help as much as they can if I have any queries or need of extra sessions, they will do all they can to help.

She speaks fondly of her educators who all give remarkable handovers and seem genuinely interested in the kids they look after. My daughter tells me all about her day and the different activities offered she particularly enjoys singing and dancing which one team member especially takes care to do with my daughter. The kids all seem to be wrapped up inviting when outside, their noses wiped and hands and faces kept spotless. Which I can imagine is highly hard to achieve but the childcare centre team take care of these little details. Which as a mum, makes me sense so comfortable leaving my daughter with them. My daughter is a fussy eater and they have been supportive in ensuring they encourage her to try new things whilst ensuring she manages to eat. I cannot fault the childcare centre or the team I think they are all incredible and I appreciate them highly much. I highly suggest this childcare centre. My kid loves coming to childcare centre she wakes up excited every day.

After school club is well managed, and team are attentive towards all the kids, they make it a enjoyable setting for the kids. After school club – incredible, incredible team.

Have all helped both my boys with not only the initial transition with childcare centre but the continued assistance throughout helping them become the cheerful confident polite boys they are today. Exceptionally cheerful with the care given at the childcare centre my kids attend, not only are the team there for my boys well-being but also check in with myself to make sure I’m okay on arrival, truly lovely team who truly care about all the kids!

I am impressed with the organisation and will be using this holiday club in the future as their hours of 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, to my knowledge, this is the only place in this area that fit around my work.
I sense highly cheerful she is secure, enjoying herself and discovering when I am working.
They have supported my family with emergency care in the past – the manager is highly approachable and listens which is important.

They are so attentive and compassionate, my son absolutely loves going and never leaves without a smile on his face. The level of care they give is incredible, not only to the kids but as a parent myself I sense genuinely warmed and welcomed by the team on collection/drop offs. As I parent I am so cheerful with the level of care my son receives whilst I am at work and could not ask for any more than what they already do for us. My son has attended the Out of School Club at Kids Planet Norbreck for a year and a half now and I can honestly say the team are the most incredible group of people to look after the kids.

I can’t praise them highly enough.
It is well structured, organised, varied (as far as this type of setting can be), imaginative and attentive. It is balanced as in how the team manage the setting and kids. There is consistently laughter, enjoyable and noise, and the kids sense secure and secure.
The activities they do are imaginative and also teach the kids life skills. Exceptional all-round. My kids have been attending the breakfast, after-school and holiday clubs at Norbreck for the past four years.

My son is highly well looked after and the team are excellent with him and also highly approachable if any issues do occur. My youngest starts in September and has already been made highly welcome. Cannot fault anything at the out of school club.
