He’s come on so much since starting here, he didn’t settle well at first but due to the staffs hard work, he now can’t wait to go to nursery. All the staff there are amazing at what they do and always welcome you with a smile.

March 8, 2021 at 12:00 amKids Planet Day Nurseries – Newbold is a brilliant nursery, far better than the previous nursery my daughter went to. The daily updates on the app of what she has eaten throughout the day and the observations that are also put on the app are easy to read and understand. The staff there have always got time to talk about how they’ve been and you never feel pressured to just get your child and leave. They have a lot of time for the children which shows when I pick my daughter up and she doesn’t stop talking about the teachers. Would highly recommend anyone to take their child or children here, five stars.

March 8, 2021 at 12:00 amI cannot recommend this nursery enough. My little girl loves it so much, nine months in and she has come on so well. The staff are amazing. They have been so supportive of my little girl as she had milk and food allergies as a baby, requiring detailed attention. The app is also so helpful and reassuring too, letting us know what she’s had for meals, her nappies, her sleep and also what activities she has been doing, with an occasional lovely picture. This makes leaving her for work that little bit easier. I also feel a huge pro to this nursery is the separate baby room to the rest of the children. The separate sleep room with actual beds too is what attracted me to the nursery. Overall, I cannot praise the nursery and the staff enough. Thank you!

March 10, 2021 at 12:00 amKids Planet Newbold is the best nursery I have chosen so far. All the staff are lovely and work very well and are patient with my daughter. She is always excited to go to school even though she hates getting up early in the mornings. She is always happy and very well looked after and they have been brilliant with me too.

March 22, 2021 at 12:00 amKids Planet Newbold has been such a lovely environment for our little one. They worked really hard to settle her in and she loves it. The range of activities are great and we love all the drawings and crafts she brings home. Her vocabulary and speech in general have come on leaps and bounces too. All in all a lovely environment for our little one.

November 19, 2021 at 12:00 amThe progress my 2 kids have made is nothing short but remarkable. The Newbold team have been nothing but amazing to myself and my partner but also my children. Special shout out to one member of staff in particular as my daughter loves going to see him, and all the ladies in the baby room, my son is certainly spoiled.

November 19, 2021 at 12:00 amMy child started in May 2019 and has loved every day. He’s moved throughout all 3 rooms within the nursery since starting. The staff are so supportive of my son and me and have been fantastic since the very first day.

November 19, 2021 at 12:00 amThe nursery has been excellent for my daughter who is now 2 years old. She has been attending once a week so far but will be moving to 2 days a week in the New Year, I feel the nursery and staff have gone above and beyond to provide a safe and superb learning environment for my little one who has Downs Syndrome. The staff are very attentive and my daughter has really bonded with her key workers and I would absolutely recommend this nursery.

September 14, 2022 at 12:00 amI’ve had two children attend the nursery since 2016 and I can’t recommend it more. Both my children attended from the baby unit upwards and have always loved going and settled in quickly. The staff team has always been friendly, approachable and engaging with the children.
My 2-year-old, who currently attends, is very happy there and loves going, she asks every day if she’s going or if it’s a non-nursery day and will often ask if she can go see them anyway.
The outdoor space is enriching and the indoor activities are always diverse and engaging. Her play at home almost always mimics the activities at nursery from choice.
Communication between nursery and home has always been excellent and I can’t fault the commitment of the staff or manager.

The kids learn so much from all the activities they do and love the singing and dancing they do. A highly efficient nursery with a great manager, well done all of you.

The staff are all family-orientated and help our son explore new and exciting activities. He always comes home having learnt something new or having experienced a new fun activity. We are always amazed at his progress week to week an how nurtured and safe he feels in their environment.

January 26, 2023 at 12:00 amWe have had 2 children at this nursery. Our granddaughter, 4 and a half years who has now started school and our grandson, 2 years old.
Since becoming their guardians, we could not have managed without the care and support of everyone at nursery. The staff and management have always had time to talk and support our needs. We have never had a problem with either child wanting to go and stay at nursery, in fact quite the opposite. Their development and characters have thrived at nursery during a very difficult and traumatic period in their lives.

April 6, 2023 at 12:00 amThe setting is amazing. My daughter is in the toddler room and loves going every single day she is going.
She is always excited to go and loves all the staff. She always loves telling us what she has been up to.
They are brilliant in helping potty train our daughter and always greet you with a smile. The outdoor space is lovely, the rooms are lovely, and they always have something new out.
I wouldn’t recommend any other setting. They are truly amazing.

My daughter loves going to this nursery she’s always very happy to go, she hasn’t been with the nursery long but she loves it and the staff. They work well with me as a working mum and very flexible, all the staff are very polite, don’t think I could have chosen a better nursery for my daughter

June 27, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter is quite shy and still gets upset each morning when arriving at nursery. The staff are always quick to settle her and talk to her in a way that calms her down, this is very reassuring for me as her mother to know that she is with such caring and attentive people when I leave. She always says that she has had a good day when I come to collect her and tells me about the things she has been doing. She often mentions staff and the games they play together. Our overall experience of being with this nursery is nothing but positive.
