November 3, 2024 at 9:17 amMy little boy has so much enjoyable every time he goes and there are lots of events throughout each month which is truly excellent. He loves the food there and the meals are healthy and delicious. He loves his sign language lessons and all his transition to his new room has been highly organised and we have been kept informed of ho she has been getting on. We could not suggest the childcare centre enough and wouldn’t send him anywhere else. Incredible childcare centre full of compassionate, thoughtful, knowledgable and lovely team.

The girls have done an incredible job and put me completely at ease in a situation I didn’t want to be in so soon. I know my kid is looked after and cared for so well and he enjoys every minute he is there. He adores the girls (all that look after him) he has come on leaps and bounds and I can’t thank them enough. Both my boys have attended this childcare centre and have truly enjoyed it.

The team are lovely, consistently supportive and the kids have learnt so much here.

February 18, 2025 at 4:58 pmAll of the team are so welcoming, the chef also deserves a special mention as my son loves him and he consistently takes the time to chat to us if we see him! The updates from Kids Planet is remarkable and the app they have is consistently full of lovely pictures which gives us an insight of what the day is like. My son is confident and cheerful and Kids Planet have definitely contributed towards this. He has been attending since he was 10 months old and he is 2 and a half now, I sense completely at ease when I drop him off, he skips in! Thank you Kids Planet Litherland!! My son absolutely loves coming to childcare centre at Kids Planet Litherland.

My son has a complex allergy and chef and team are excellent at ensuring he is catered for and does not miss out. Remarkable! My son has attended Kids Planet Litherland since he was 8 months old, he is now 3 and a half years old and loves childcare centre!

May 20, 2025 at 6:57 amThe childcare centre did not like me doing this and made up a false report to the social services. Lucky enough I had evidence, so it was an open and closed case with the social services, but did cause us stress. My kid needed extra help and they could not fulfil her needs so I pulled her out to put her in a childcare centre that could help her.

May 23, 2025 at 11:35 pmIn that year he has made incredible development with his speech and updates. My son has speech and language issues and could say no more than a few words when he started at Kids Planet. Now, he is speaking in full sentences and communicating his wishes and feelings much more clearly. I largely put this down to the team at childcare centre and his interactions with his peers. The team are fantastic with my little boy, even though he can be challenging at times.
The activities are educational and age-appropriate and both independent and supported by team.
I am communicated with daily regarding meal times (what he has had and how much) and, when he was in nappies, this was updated throughout the day too. I also get pictures and updates throughout the week and regular assessments to monitor my son’s development. I requested a meeting to discuss my son’s development and was given so much time and understanding. The perfect setting for kids. My son has been attending this childcare centre for 1 year.

May 31, 2025 at 1:43 pmMy son has been going now for 10 months and he’s in the preschool room. He goes over from school so he only does afternoons, but he absolutely loves it and loves all the team, he consistently asks me if he can just go there instead of school.
Everyone is so welcoming and consistently has time for parents, not just trying to get us out! I’m so comfortable leaving my son here, he is consistently asking to go in at the weekend too.
Thank you to all team, especially preschool. This childcare centre is incredible!

June 17, 2025 at 11:21 pmOur little boy was 8 months when he started and the settle sessions were invaluable and truly helped him be ready and settle quickly once I returned to work. The baby room team have been exceptional and updates between the childcare centre and us is remarkable. The food they have on offer for the kids is incredible and they accommodate how we wished our little boy to be fed which is baby-led. We adore seeing the regular updates of his day on the app and whenever I want to call to check in I am able. We are so cheerful with the level of care our boy is receiving. Our 4 year old attended here prior to starting school so it was a no-brainer to put our baby in.
