October 20, 2024 at 1:16 amThe team are truly welcoming and do a great range of activities during the day. Management are quick to respond to queries and have been supportive/informative. The menu has a variety of food that sounds nice and my kid consistently seems to have eaten week when she has attended. We are highly cheerful with the care she receives and the setting as a whole and would suggest to others. My kid has settled in truly well and us cheerful when we drop off/pick up.

November 18, 2024 at 7:30 pmTwinkles is remarkable, they talk you through your kid’s day and ensure you are as comfortable as your kid. I am able to call to check up on him and even get daily updates. They give healthy meals. Even under the circumstances, we are in international Twinkles and they have ensured secure guidelines to follow. I honestly couldn’t suggest them enough. I’m a first-time mum and I recently made the decision to send my little boy to childcare centre.

In the first week alone it already seems like a place where he will meet lots of new friends and learn lots of new skills. A perfect setting to get him ready for his next step which is big school, in September! Thanks to everyone at Twinkles in Knaresborough for making him sense so welcome. Today was my son’s first day at childcare centre and he’s returned highly cheerful and excited.

What I truly like is I get feedback about her day, her playtime, what she ate and development etc. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. Twinkles Knaresborough is the best childcare centre ever.

December 19, 2024 at 8:28 amTo say he has grown, learnt and benefited from the care at childcare centre is an understatement! Practically all the team who have cared for and taught him have been exceptional, and without doubt, have helped make him the terrific little man he’s growing to be.
Even throughout such a tough time such as now, this childcare centre does it’s best for our kids. I couldn’t suggest them more! Our little boy has attended Twinkles since he was 11 months old.

December 22, 2024 at 10:01 pmHe is a lockdown baby so we were worried about socialisation, meeting new babies and he had his wobbles but one member of team and the team have been so great with him. Not only that, they have truly supported me and my husband with the change and ensured we have felt fully confident with leaving him for the first time! Thank you so much, I know he is going to continue to adore it there and develop! My son has settled in well with the team which is testament to them making him sense comfortable and at ease.

January 24, 2025 at 2:32 pmHe has developed in many ways, in particular, his interaction with other kids and his speech which was delayed however he now attempts to say many words and sounds. The team are highly welcoming and accommodating in every kid’s different needs, and my son can’t wait to get through the door when we arrive each day. The activities are varied and help with all aspects of their discovering and I adore hearing about what he has been up to during the day. My son has attended the childcare centre since July 2022 after moving to the area.

January 29, 2025 at 10:56 amOur little girl comes home every day with something new she has learned, she loves interaction and getting involved with all the activities.
If there are any issues, these are consistently brought to our attention as soon as possible and treated with the best care and professionalism.
It’s nice to see a range of recipes for lunch and tea, and helps with her understanding of different types of cultural foods.
The app has been exceptional, sometimes temperamental but incredible we have live updates of her throughout the day. Gives us a piece of mind and sense like we are there with her sometimes.
Overall pleased with her care and the team are consistently bubbly and welcoming, making our daughter sense highly comfortable in childcare centre. Have been pleased so far with care from team.

They are expert and attentive and recently acted fast in an emergency situation as they are clearly well-trained to manage such situations. Kids planet Knaresborough have been exceptional with our little boy.

Lovely and spotless. Twinkles Childcare centre Knaresborough have had great procedures set out through Covid-19. Remarkable food! My little girl has been with Twinkles Childcare centre Knaresborough for just over a year now and we have nothing but great things to say.

April 1, 2025 at 8:43 amThe food they provide is excellent with a lot of variety and they cater to allergies which is excellent and a kid with an allergy has a red card so all team can see that kid has an allergy so that no mistakes can be made. My daughter even when poorly refuses to stay home, she has to go see everyone she loves it that much so thank you to everyone at Kids Planet for doing such an incredible job. The childcare centre is incredible the team are consistently smiling and there to talk to about any needs and they form a excellent bond with the kids, my daughter is growing and discovering so much thanks to Kids Planet and their team.

Management is transparent and highly communicative/ responsive, consistently organising new initiatives and requesting feedback from parents. Lovely childcare centre; highly great value for money in this area.

My daughter started Twinkles Childcare centre Knaresborough at eleven months old. It was highly difficult for me to leave her to return to work but I didn’t need to worry as she was in expert care of an incredible team who consistently put the needs of the kids first. My daughters self‑assurance and development has thrived, the wide variety of activities boosting imagination and social interaction is fantastic. The experienced team are incredible at updating parents on key curriculum levels and uploading photos. We consistently sense well informed and that my daughters gets such focus on being the best version of herself. She’s consistently cheerful to go to childcare centre to see her friends and is excited to share what she enjoyed doing when she comes home. The food menu is fabulous too and we are so lucky to have the manager, who is the best by far! Thank you so much. Twinkles Childcare centre Knaresborough is the best childcare centre any parent could wish for.

Team are consistently cheerful and honest with us. We know our kid enjoys the day with them and we like the types of toys and invitations to playtime they they use. Twinkles childcare centre continues to impress us.

I know my daughter is secure and being cared for by a team of fantastic people. She is consistently doing lots of enjoyable and educational activities and she loves telling her dad and I what she’s been doing all day. She’s made so many friends and is consistently excited to go to childcare centre, in fact, she asks to go on the days she’s not there! My daughter joined Kids Planet in July 2022 and she settled in immediately.

There is a great variety of activities for the kids to do and he is consistently having a blast when I pick him up.
He seems to like the food and consistently eats plenty. The team are all super welcoming and truly great with my son.
