October 1, 2024 at 12:32 pmThe team in each of the rooms she has been in have been incredible. She has enjoyed French lessons, trips to the park, book-themed weeks and loves the outdoor space. She will miss it when she leaves for school! Our daughter has been highly cheerful here.

December 15, 2024 at 8:40 pmThe team are excellent and my son is cheerful. On occasion, he has been left in a soiled nappy and is often highly dirty or wet when we collect him, despite changes of clothes available in his bag. Overall, I am cheerful with the care here.

December 24, 2024 at 3:18 amThe carers are highly welcoming and approachable and let us know what our daughter has been up to in the day. They are excellent for updating the app on food that was eaten (a great variety of meals provided too) and nappy changes but would like to see more photographs of our daughter doing the activities. Another plus is that all resources are provided for – milk, food, nappies creams etc we just need to leave a bag of extra clothes, which is remarkable to help us keep organised. One of the reasons we choose this childcare centre was the wide array of facilities that it provides.

On pick up the team consistently come over to tell me about her day and are consistently supportive of our family needs. Would like the app to be updated more throughout the day. My kid attends the childcare centre once a week and she truly looks forward to going to childcare centre.

February 6, 2025 at 8:31 amThe team help parents out where they can including potty training etc. My kid takes a minute to settle in the morning but the team make me sense at ease and she soon settles in. The food they serve is nutritious and there is a wide variety, they cater to all dietary requests. All team in the childcare centre go out of their way to keep kids secure and are exceptional at teaching.

Attentive team, excellent food, and a language-welcoming setting make it a fantastic journey overall! Highly impressed with my son’s childcare centre!

Every member of team seems to know the girls and that is highly reassuring. Kids Planet Greenbank is a highly attentive setting that both my kids delight in.

Excellent facilities for the kids with playtime areas, sensory rooms, messy playtime areas! Truly pleased! So cheerful with the childcare centre, the team are all so lovely and genuinely care about the kids.

April 22, 2025 at 7:58 amHe loves going and consistently looks cheerful and busy in the photos uploaded to the app. They try and get out to the local park as much as possible and do lots of activities aimed at improving their skills and knowledge of the world. I have no worries dropping him off there and would suggest to other parents. My 14-month-old has been at Greenbank Kids Planet since he was 9 months and his self‑assurance has improved so much.

June 2, 2025 at 8:11 pmThe kids are taken out to the local park and shops and there are excellent outside practitioners that come in such as the music bus. The food is home cooked and varied. My son has settled since day one and has formed strong bonds with the team and other kids.

July 8, 2025 at 7:30 amThey adore coming to childcare centre and my little girl even asks to go on her days off. The relationships they have with team are incredible and I know they are consistently well looked after.
They do a wide variety of activities daily and the phonics activities within the preschool room are of such a high standard. My kid goes to school in September with such excellent knowledge. All 3 of my kids have attended the childcare centre with my youngest 2 still attending now.

July 8, 2025 at 11:54 amThey both enjoyed childcare centre and my kid asks to go in when we pass on her days off, she enjoys it so much. Team lovely and they both settled well. Both my kids attended here and adore it.
One is now in primary school but one still is in preschool.
