September 26, 2024 at 3:53 amThe team in tots have helped me sense so confident leaving my baby while I work. He settled so quickly and I know it’s down to their care and attention. He’s learnt so many new things already, I can’t wait to see what he does next! The parent zone app with updates brightens my day at work I sense like I know what he’s doing without me! Fabulous setting! My kid started in August and I’ve been so cheerful with this childcare centre from day one.

Would suggest to all friends and family 100%. I have consistently had a excellent journey with this childcare centre.
My kids adore to attend and the team and management are attentive and compassionate.
I have used it for 8 years now with different stages of after school clubs and full-time childcare centre.
I was especially pleased with how they supported parents and kids through the current pandemic and nothing was a problem.

Remarkable outdoor space where kids get to delight in all elements and plenty of activities which are enjoyable and educational. Remarkable childcare centre with incredible team who genuinely care about the kids.

Also, I am impressed with the healthy meals and there is a great variety. A lovely childcare centre my little girl is highly cheerful and well looked after.

December 18, 2024 at 1:49 amHe struggled with separation anxiety, which we didn’t expect, however, the team were consistently so attentive and nurturing. Then lockdown happened… Kids Planet Crosby brought us a lovely canvas bag full of resources to use at home- and we did! Our son enjoyed them all AND watching the staffs videos on Facebook. When he returned in September 2020, he was ready for it and was a completely different kid! The team were/are more incredible than before in terms of being thorough with updates verbally and on the app. It’s actually better standing at the front door to drop off and pick up too as there is more time for parent/ team conversations. All the team in pre-school are remarkable, but I sense a special mention has to go to the keyworker for her care, encouragement, observations and dedication to kid development- thank you. Our son started here in September 2019 aged 3 and it was a shock for him.

Would highly suggest Kids Planet. My little boy has been coming to Kids Planet for 2 years now and he absolutely loves it.

January 11, 2025 at 11:31 pmHe is coming on and growing so quickly so thanks so much. Exceptional childcare centre, I was highly nervous leaving him with anyone – I sense truly comfortable with him being there and even though he is clumsy I have no concerns.
He wasn’t highly well and I wasn’t for over 4 weeks and they followed great practices but also reassured me it is perfectly normal as to be honest in a pandemic I don’t know what is and isn’t ok cold wise.

February 1, 2025 at 9:54 amHe was looked after so well by all the team here, I was consistently kept up to date on what he had been up to and he developed highly special relationships with his key workers. The managers are outstanding – welcoming and approachable.
I would highly suggest Kids Planet Crosby. Kids Planet Crosby was the best decision I could have made for my son, he started aged 1 and left aged 4, ready for school.

The educators are incredible with he kids and they got him ready for school. The office team are truly supportive and flexible will consistently help out with extra days when they can. Could not fault this childcare centre would suggest to everyone. We absolutely adore this childcare centre.

The childcare centre is great I found my little girl is not the best at settling in but working with the childcare centre has helped her calm down going in snd know it is a secure place.

March 2, 2025 at 5:40 pmIn particular, my eldest, who is in Preschool, loves to talk about her educators and the fantastic things they do with her daily. I am so pleased with how prepared they have made her for school as she regularly comes home excited to tell me about the new things she has learnt, although to her they are just enjoyable experiences and not seen as discovering at all because of the enjoyable way they are planned. My youngest is highly clingy but goes to the practitioners without any hesitation which puts your mind at rest that she highly well cared for. Both have recently had to change their dietary needs and the managers and cook have been highly supportive with these changes, making them easy to manage. The app is excellent and is updated daily with fantastic pictures of their time at childcare centre. Both my kids are exceptionally cheerful attending Kids Planet Crosby and speak about their experiences all the time.

The kids get healthy and nutritious food and they get to be outside a lot, which were both important in our choice. I would absolutely suggest this childcare centre! Our little boy started childcare centre in August and we sense that we truly made the right decision choosing Kids Planet in Crosby.

April 18, 2025 at 2:45 amThe whole team are remarkable, consistently supportive and excellent with the kids. Both my two kids adore it and enjoying going. The facilities are excellent, the house itself is lovely and the garden is consistently being updated with plenty to do for all ages. I would and have recommended the childcare centre to friends and family. We have a kid in the childcare centre now and our eldest spent four years there and attends after school club now.

May 2, 2025 at 4:21 pmThey truly know the kids and their individual personalities and needs and actively encourage and drive development. The facilities are incredible, from on-site animals (tortoise, giant snails and chicks) to teach attentive responsibilities from an early age to extensive outdoor facilities for the rough and tumble times we all need to build resilience. Everything is provided for your kid, so there is no requirement to top up nappies and creams like other nurseries we have experienced. Our kid loves the food that is prepared and cooked onsite. We have noticed the improvement in his development from being back at Kids Planet Crosby compared to being at home during the lockdown. They even provided at-home discovering kits and assistance during this time. The team are approachable and well‑informed, and fast to respond to enquiries. I would suggest them without hesitation. Kids Planet Crosby have consistently gone above and beyond for our son.

May 15, 2025 at 6:59 amThe highlight of our day is receiving a ‘moment’ which shows an activity he is doing in the day and along with the ‘observations’ which measure his development against the EYFS framework highlights his development which is supported by childcare centre. Our son loves going to childcare centre and has consistently had a excellent relationship with the team, especially with his keyworker.
Getting updates on food, nappy changes and sleeps is reassuring when you are away from your kid.

I highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter has only been in this childcare centre for 1 month after being in a different childcare centre for 1 year; it was a hard decision to move her but I have to say it’s the best decision we have made.

May 20, 2025 at 9:05 pmThey are constantly thinking of new ideas and ways every day to be creative and explore new ideas with the kids. When the kids are playing around or crafting the nursey is highly chilled and relaxed. They send me notifications every day to update me with little pictures and notes of what my kid has been up to. My kid is usually highly clingy, and he consistently goes in without crying – which I think also speaks volumes. He must obviously sense highly secure there. I adore it when he comes home with a little picture or painting. I also adore that he gets the opportunity to socialise with other kids, especially during such isolating times. I just absolutely adore this childcare centre.

I ADORE THE PARENT ZONE APP.
It is updated regularly with photos and comments about what my kid has done and eaten.
My kid takes part in lots of arts and crafts.

May 23, 2025 at 8:46 amAll of his key workers so far have been highly attentive and consistently update the app with things my son is doing throughout the day – from painting and playing outside – to dancing and discovering new words! My son is cheerful to walk into childcare centre with no tears and I sense cheerful and confident leaving him there. All the team are consistently welcoming and truly supportive. I’m due my next baby in a couple of months and won’t hesitate to send them there when I go back to work! Fab all round! My son has attended Kids Planet Crosby since he was 9 months old- he’s 2 next month and is still loving the days he spends there.
