September 27, 2024 at 4:36 amA wide range of interesting and engaging activities are arranged each day for the kids. I particularly like how the activities are tailored and developed depending upon the interests of that particular kid. When my kids have shown an interest in a particular activity or theme, they are then encouraged to develop that interest further, by engaging in bespoke activities with members of team. The team at the childcare centre are outstanding and you sense reassured that they have a genuine passion for the work that they do and for your kid’s development. I have two kids who attend the childcare centre and we have had a great journey across all rooms from the baby room through to the pre-school room.

October 4, 2024 at 9:29 amSince the childcare centre has been taken over it is clear that Kids Planet are developing the childcare centre for the better. The childcare centre has been redecorated and the rooms have become one room rather than separate areas. With the introduction of the app, I can now see pictures of my little one and what they have been up to every day. The team there are excellent, especially the key workers, and provide feedback at the end of each day and are cheerful to help with anything. My little one has attended Hilltop Nursery since April 2017.

October 12, 2024 at 1:38 amMost information can be put on the app so there shouldn’t be a need for a lengthy handover process. My only suggestion would be that handovers are limited to a minute to speed up the process of collection.

October 12, 2024 at 10:01 amSince he started childcare centre this year, the change in him has been incredible, and I have no doubt that this has been not only enabled, but promoted, by the fabulous team at Kids Planet. The updates with us and liaison with professionals has been outstanding and they’re consistently a step ahead with any strategies or actions that will help him to develop.
The team work hard with genuine interest to try and understand home life, likes, comforts and preferences and use this knowledge to assistance him in childcare centre.
He’s a fussy eater, so often refuses. But alternatives are consistently offered, without it being too much trouble.
Verbal updates is fab, and the parent app is consistently updated – sometimes later in the day, which reassures me that interaction with the kids is prioritised. Our decision was based on the logistics of juggling 3 kids in 3 places, but I can honestly say we could not be more pleased with Kids Planet Congleton.

October 17, 2024 at 12:25 amThe team are so attentive and everyone in the building knows her name and greets her in the morning, including the chefs and the cleaners. We have received detailed and individual developmental reviews every month and every day we get updates about things she has been doing that day, meals she has eaten, nappy changes and sleep etc. It’s very secure, spotless and engaging and our daughter is very cheerful there. My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Congleton since February 2022 and absolutely loves it.

November 27, 2024 at 11:41 amThe level of development we have seen in him since being at Kid’s Planet is exceptional and that’s all down to efforts of the team. The chef makes delicious meals, with my little boy often enjoying multiple servings!
I sense the team have created the perfect balance of professionalism and family friendliness and I really couldn’t be happier with the entire team and the care they show my boy – thank you! Kids Planet Congleton are just the most fantastic team – my little boy as been there since he was 11 months old and the team have taken excellent care of him since day one.

January 15, 2025 at 9:00 pmBoth of my kids have attended from nine months old and both have settled well, consistently cheerful to see their keyworkers and the other team. The activities that the team organise consistently look so engaging and they’re consistently keen to pick up specific interests expressed by the kids and include this as part of the day. The outside space, although a little small is full of enjoyable activities and the baby area a calm space for the little ones. Special mention also needs to go to the Chef – as well as making tasty nutritious food for the kids he’s also a welcoming face around the childcare centre. Kids Planet is a lovely and welcoming childcare centre.

All the team are welcoming and no problem is too big or too small, consistently sense welcome when I drop my kid off and I will definitely be sending my baby there when she is old enough to go. Absolutely exceptional childcare centre and preschool.

I sense sometimes the changes of team in the rooms and change of routine within the childcare centre unsettles her a little. The management within the childcare centre is great, however, the finance team are unhelpful and are poor with parent contact. My overall journey with the childcare centre is great.

February 7, 2025 at 12:24 pmThe childcare centre offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, as well as outings to the local park, shops, library, etc to develop life skills. In pre-school my daughter also enjoys the additional classes such as dance, football, PE and science. The team are fantastic with the kids, who work hard to provide a attentive and secure setting. I’ll be sad to say goodbye in September when my daughter starts school! Over the past 8 years the team at Hilltop have cared for both my kids, and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it.

Couldn’t be happier. Our boy is so cheerful here.

The childcare centre has lots of lovely resources for the kids and often host activities or take the kids out into the local area. The meals provided are varied, healthy and tasty and consistently go down well with my kid. We have had a excellent journey with Kids Planet Congleton.

March 20, 2025 at 2:41 pmHe loves it here. The meals are nutritional and has a wide variety. Staff are ever so supportive and compassionate. My kid has learnt so many skills. I’ve never had an issue with clothes not being returned or missing. I’d strongly suggest this childcare centre. It’s a lovely layout with loads of space for hundreds of different activities. I get updates at least 5 times a day from their app to show the activities, meal times and toilet time, assessment are also done. I couldn’t praise them enough. This nursey is honestly outstanding, my son has been here since 6 months old and now is in the toddler room.

Now she’s been there for a while she is discovering new things every week, I adore how we get updates throughout the day about what she is getting up to and what she’s eating etc.
All the team are welcoming and are incredible with my little one. Wouldn’t change a thing. When we first started looking around for nurseries for our little girl we were drawn straight away to Kids Planet Congleton, the team were so welcoming and got my little girl involved in playing and making her sense welcome which made us sense really great.

April 3, 2025 at 4:06 amHe’s blossomed since starting there just before his 1st birthday, and he’s continuing to do so through tots and now in the toddler room.
Not a week goes by where he doesn’t learn something new or pick up a new skill. I adore they encourage him to follow his interests by designing little activities just for him. For example, he’s a huge fan of cooking so they had him mix “potions” with herbs and tea, then encouraged him to smell the ingredients and say what he was doing. But they also create activities that push him to try new things too.
I like the updates during the day on the app on what he’s been up to including what he’s eaten, how long he’s slept, if I’ve managed to avoid having to change a dirty nappy etc. And the “moments” on the app with photos of the enjoyable he’s having make my day.
They’ve also been excellent with his dairy intolerance. He loves the food there, sometimes has seconds and thirds… unheard of at home. Kudos to the chef! I’m so cheerful I placed my son at this childcare centre.

May 26, 2025 at 12:00 pmMy son is quickly becoming much more sociable and interactive. He bonded so quickly with all the practitioners. They seem to recognise what he likes and dislikes and are able to make him sense comfortable.
I am so cheerful with the team, the resources, the setting and how everything is set up at Kids Planet. I highly suggest it.
