Kids Planet Chesterfield

We have been delighted since our daughter joined at 9 months old (she is now almost 2!) The team are exceptionally compassionate and supportive to both kids and parents. Our daughter loves Little Lions and so do we. Little Lions is an outstanding setting which provides care, adore and education for all kids attending.

He is now 2 and a half years and loves it. The team are so attentive and plan lots of activities. He has learnt lots of new skills and his speech is progressing well. He has a remarkable bond with his key worker. All the team are supportive and can’t do enough to assistance everyone. If we have any more kids Little Lions is where they will go. My son has been attending childcare centre since he was 7 months old.

The team in the baby room were exceptional, consistently welcoming and attentive and she loved going in. She has now moved to the Toddler room upstairs, the team all made sure the move was smooth and as stress-free as possible which, it was. She loves going in and gets excited about going to childcare centre. All the girls are welcoming and welcoming. They have lots of different playtime areas, role playtime, messy playtime and construction just to name a few. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since going to Little lions and I would highly suggest it to anyone! My daughter has attended Little Lions for over a year now.

He started in the baby room. He took to the team and settled in straight away. They noticed how much he enjoyed messy playtime and water, offering him a range of exciting activities to get stuck into and explore. He has now recently moved up into the tots room. The tots team have done an incredible job at helping him and myself with the transition. I get updates on the app and photos of the range of activities he’s investigating.
On collection, my son has consistently been cheerful and content. team have consistently given me excellent feedback from both rooms and have shown excellent knowledge of my son’s development and interests. This is reassuring knowing I’m leaving him in excellent hands. My little boy has been attending for nearly a year now.

The outdoor playtime area is small and needs on outside too for the kids to self-care. Currently, they use the downstairs toilet inside. They manage this small playtime area well with staggard playtime which the kids adore. Food is excellent, daughter loves it. I do think some food options could be healthier.
We’ve been very cheerful here and we’ll be sad to leave when the time comes. team are lovely, the facilities inside are very great.

Initial observations as you enter are that it is a very organised, structured, enjoyable and very welcoming place.
My son was slightly behind the curve with his speech development however since joining Kids Planet his speech has developed to expected levels. Through the app and through the development feedback I have noticed a very detailed and attentive focus on any weak areas, as well as developing areas where he is very confident. All members of the team are very polite, engaging and exceptionally supportive regards all matters. I couldn’t suggest it highly enough. I even appreciate how dirty and messy his clothes are that get packed up and sent home with him, despite the additional labour, It shows that the kids have excellent enjoyable! fantastic childcare centre.

They have cared for him so well, he gets a little upset when dropping him off but they consistently let me know he’s settled and is playing. When I collect him he consistently looks like he’s having enjoyable so I can tell that he enjoys being there, he loves talking about what he’s been up to and about his friends. He loves the team and the food and they take the kids out on trips which he loves. They send regular updates in the app with pictures of what he’s been up to. His speech has come on so well since starting childcare centre and he’s super excited to go to school. It’s really nice seeing all the pictures he has drawn and even practicing writing his own name. My kid has attended Kids Planet Chesterfield since being 9 months and is now leaving for school this year.
