The setting, especially the incredible outdoor space, is the best you will find but above all, it is the team who make it such a special place for little people to grow and develop. Our daughter loves it at Kids Planet and loves going in every day, as did her older sister.

Everyone is super supportive, the meals are home-cooked and well-balanced and there is lots of excellent outdoor space.
Lots of enjoyable activities are planned and great updates via the app. Lovely childcare centre with welcoming, inviting and welcoming team.

The team were so supportive and understanding of his transition from a different setting in (August 2021) and within days he was looking forward to going every day. Unfortunately, covid has meant that I’ve not been able to see the setting since his first day but what I have seen is exceptional and I have absolutely no concerns. He consistently finishes his day beaming with lots to tell me and even refers to pre-school as ‘party school’.

I have absolutely no concerns or any suggestions for improvement of standards. The only comment I do have is that it would be lovely if there was an app to allow parents to follow the discovering journey of their kid. I know that it might be in process as the setting has recently changed hands. Nevertheless, it doesn’t change my thoughts on this incredible setting. Thank you all for your hard work! My kid has settled into pre-school incredibly well.

Formally known as Inside out, to which our older kid attended, the high standards of care have continued. The playtime and education for both our kids have been incredible, thus preparing our older kid exceptionally well for when he started Reception. The team are dedicated, compassionate and attentive and go above and beyond. The facilities outside are fantastic, with a vegetable patch and a large grassed playtime area. Kids have the space to playtime and delight in themselves surrounded by lovely countryside. As a family, we couldn’t be happier with both our kids being exceptionally settled and cheerful there. From our perspective as parents it appears well-led and managed. The childcare centre has played a huge part in our kid’s development and we could not have picked a better childcare centre. We have found Kids Planet Bubbenhall a remarkable childcare centre and have recommended it on a number of occasions.

From the team, the rooms, the garden, the food, everything is outstanding. The interaction with my daughter is everything and she has learnt so much. I put my total trust into every single member of team and can’t thank them enough for their incredible hard work. Fabulous childcare centre, just the best! My daughter has been coming to this childcare centre since she was 9 months old and she’s now nearly 4 years old and wow I wouldn’t send her anywhere else.

The group sizes are just perfect. He settled in highly well, thanks to the compassionate and calm nature of the team. I cannot praise the team enough, they are simply exceptional with the kids. We highly much appreciate being kept up to date during the day via the app. On top of this, the debrief during the handover at the end of the day is also highly thorough. I am consistently impressed at the vast array of activities he does. Like most toddlers, he loves being outside and the outdoor facilities here are outstanding. I would highly suggest this childcare centre. Our son started in September 2022 and from day 1 we knew we made the right decision.

I can’t fault the team at all. They have been 100% supportive and accommodating regarding some external circumstances that have occurred and he absolutely loves all the team he interacts with. I adore the outdoor playtime space and that regardless of the weather they still get some outside time and adore how much time is spent outdoors in the summer too. The outdoor space was also one of the reasons I chose this childcare centre and I have not been disappointed. I would 100% suggest this childcare centre. Even with some changes in team in the last few months, there has been no change in standards of care, even when we had a change of keyworker, the transition has been highly smooth. My excellent-nephew has been in attendance for just over a year now.
