October 22, 2021 at 12:00 amBradmore Road is a university nursery, and my son has been there for just over 2 years. He started when he was 8 months, and absolutely loves it. We chose it because my husband works for the University, and I honestly do not believe we could have made a better choice for him. The building is purpose built to be a nursery, and the outdoor space is large and spacious, but has lots of toys for the children. All of the staff are very kind and welcoming, and responsive if we have any queries or concerns (not often!). They send out communication at least weekly, and are always available to talk to.
They have also started doing themed events and decorations, which provides a really lovely touch when you enter the nursery. The staff always seem very happy, even though I know it must be hard to look after so many children all day!
They cater to lots of different diets, and children mix with others from their neighbouring room.
Would very highly recommend! Thanks Bradmore Road!

November 1, 2021 at 12:00 amMy little boy joined Bradmore Road at the age of 11 months, in the baby room 2 months ago. The team have been really helpful with his settling, working to help him feel comfortable and secure with his key worker and the remainder of the team. We’ve seen so much positive progress, but even when he was struggling to settle I felt confident leaving him with the team as they were so obviously supporting him with cuddles and songs and direct care whenever he needed. I would go to pick him up and find him on the lap of one of the team being well looked after. More recently he’s actually going into nursery without upset and seems to be really enjoying his time there.
The nursery is clean and welcoming – I’ve really enjoyed seeing the different exploratory play stations the team set up, with seasonal themes. The menus are great, broad, covering the major food groups in each meal (carb, protein, veg/fruit), and the team have been encouraging weaning and self feeding.

November 10, 2021 at 12:00 amMy little boy started at the nursery at 9 months and has been incredibly well supported from the start. He took time to settle in and the staff were incredibly patient, understanding and sensitive to his needs. He now loves going to nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is always someone available to talk to if needed. The nursery indoors is light and open and the outdoor space is fantastic. I am impressed by the range of activities and exploratory play available to the little ones. Finally, the food is also varied and nutritious, which is great.

February 23, 2022 at 12:00 amBradmore Road is a fantastic nursery. It is a small nursery that feels like a little home away from home for our kids.
My daughter has been attending this nursery full time for about a year an a half now. She absolutely adores her carers and she has a fantastic time playing and learning.
The management team are always ready to listen and implement any potential improvements.
We have a younger son and we are really hoping he will get a space here too!

August 8, 2022 at 12:00 amExcellent staff. Good caregivers. Small nursery, good class numbers. Lots of one-to-one attention. This nursery is recommended, we tried another sister nursery (in the same company) and it was not at all up to the standard at Bradmore Road.

April 5, 2023 at 12:00 amWe really like our child’s nursery – the staff are very caring and the management are very friendly and responsive – parents are always kept well informed. The food always seems to go down well, there are a decent amount of toys, the spaces are clean and the outdoor space is nice (separate spaces for babies/ toddlers and preschoolers) and I believe they are going to improve it further. You are kept updated on your child’s activity each day with an informative app which is great – though some days you get more info than others/it’s not that consistent. I really like the special activities and themes they have on many days too which the staff put a lot of extra time and care into. Staff in general at all levels seem genuinely caring and engaged. Developmental concerns are sometimes addressed when they arise, though not always in a consistent/clear way in my limited experience. But overall I would really recommend this nursery and the staff seem great.

April 5, 2023 at 12:00 amWe have really loved Bradmore Road Nursery. In each progressive room (babies, tots, toddlers) that our child has been a part of, he has connected very well with his key person and has always enjoyed and looked forward to going being with his ‘friends and teachers’ as he says. We have been very pleased with the variety of activities and learning opportunities, as well as the responsiveness of the staff and managers.

June 11, 2023 at 12:00 amWe are very happy with this nursery. The children spend a lot of time outside and my child is always happy when I arrive to pick him up. The staff are engaged and cheerful and communicate clearly. There are updates and photos on the nursery app, which we love.

June 12, 2023 at 12:00 amLovely lovely staff in toddler and preschool, I know my child is happy there. I am slightly annoyed that every day she comes home dirty and sometimes her clothes soaking wet, but I guess that goes with the territory as they play a lot. She has developed so much since she started, this place is great for her.

June 13, 2023 at 12:00 amAn overall excellent experience with Kids Planet Bradmore Road Nursery in Oxford, from the Babies to the Tots rooms. The nursery is a safe, engaging, and joyful space with caregivers who genuinely care about our child’s growth and development. We have witnessed our child’s language and gross/fine motor skills skyrocket during their time in nursery and we thank the curriculum and routine they receive in nursery for this vital support. As two working parents, having a reliable space for our child to have diverse activities, social interaction, and nutritious food is a godsend. We understand how incredibly difficult it can be to keep everything spotless (especially during cold/flu season in the winter when our child got sick every month), and the tuition fees for nursery are substantially higher than our home country’s comparable nursery programs. This is why we recorded slightly lower ratings for cleanliness and value for money. But overall, nursery activities and staff are highlights!

June 26, 2023 at 12:00 amAbsolutely fantastic from the very first visit to look around. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and really care about the kids they look after. Our child’s development clearly benefits greatly from his time at Bradmore Road and staff keep us updated with developmental milestones and areas to focus on regularly. Our kid loves heading to nursery in the mornings, it’s wonderful to know he’s happy and well looked after.

June 30, 2023 at 12:00 amWe are so grateful for our son’s two and a half years at Bradmore Road. He feels happy, safe and confident there. It has been a very nurturing environment. What I’ve appreciated most has been how much each key person has looked out for him Thank you so much.
