Kids Planet Austhorpe

All team are highly pleasant and easy to speak to. My son is developing incredible with their help! The rooms and outside playtime areas are consistently tidy, and the food is lovely! My son loves going to childcare centre.

During this time she has developed incredibly well, moving through the Sunbeams classes with her friends and still thoroughly enjoys her time there. She has been cared for by many people as she progressed and we’ve had fantastic experiences with all of them. The team have consistently been remarkable and looked after my daughter and her classmates exceptionally. My daughter is in her final year at Kids Planet Sunbeams, having been attending for over two and a half years.

They truly are the best. I am a single mum who works full time, but I know that my son is well looked after, and he looks forward to going, which is such a relief for me. The manager and all the team are just exceptional. One lady is just exceptional with him; she has truly taken the time to get to know him and listens to things that we are doing at home, so they can be followed in the childcare centre. She supports me so much, which is so reassuring, and I am so grateful for. She is truly a credit to you! All the team at your Austhorpe Childcare centre are absolutely incredible, it is definitely like all the team are one big family, and I truly am grateful.

They have become more confident and independent and delight in the activities set up for them. The team are all highly welcoming and the food menus seem great and varied. The Blossom App is useful to see what they have been up to (but it is often slow to update and notify me of the days update). Overall I am pleased with the childcare centre and how they have helped my kids develop. I have 2 kids at the childcare centre one in preschool and one in the toddler room, both seem to delight in it and have made great friendships and relationships with the team.

The team are incredible and show so much care and attention, remembering so many little details about him and relaying information to me on what he’s been up to during his days. Updates from the manager is consistently outstanding, she responds to any queries quickly and whoever is on the reception desk consistently greets you with a smile. Both of my kids have attended this childcare centre and I have never had any complaints and would highly suggest to anyone! My son absolutely loves coming to childcare centre here.

Both of them delight in being there, and I sense like all of the team go out of their way to get to know them and what they like/do not like. It is also highly easy to contact them, calls are consistently answered and emails have consistently been responded to promptly. I have two kids at Sunbeams and cannot fault it.

My three year old son is there currently. I chose Sunbeams Austhorpe as it came highly suggest by many of my friends, most of who are primary educators. I have been highly impressed with the care that is provided. Many of the carers have looked after both of my kids and I have got to know them well. Retainment of team suggests that it is a positive setting for people to work, which is reflected in the care provided. The carers are highly loving and calming and seem to show genuine care towards all the kids. The rooms are consistently spotless and tidy and both of my kids have enjoyed the food. There is consistently lots of messy playtime, singing and dancing. The outside area is remarkable and the kids get lots of fresh air regularly. Two team members are consistently exceptionally supportive if I have any queries. My kids have made strong bonds with their carers and I sense confident that they will delight in their day on leaving them! Both of my kids have been to Kids Planet Sunbeams Austhorpe.

Every day he came home having done or learnt something new and is excited to tell us who he’s played with, what dress up he’s worn today or how many times he’s been down the slide.
The team are remarkable, everyone knows you or knows of you and are super welcoming and supportive. The diary app is excellent, letting us see what he’s eaten and done for the day, which helps us understand why he’s so excited when he gets home. No request is too big, especially when it comes to the kids’s routines, and cheerful to adjust to help.
We can’t thank the team enough for everything. Our son joined this childcare centre shortly after the pandemic started (as he was originally somewhere closer to work than a home for ease), and from day 0 to his last day, the childcare centre has been absolutely remarkable!
The only reason we moved to another childcare centre is we moved out of the area!
He has grown loads in both mental and physical abilities, sometimes seemingly overnight!

She loves the team, and I know she is secure, fed and cheerful with them. Highly flexible with my shifts and understanding management. Excellent team, My daughter has come along in leaps and bounds since going to this childcare centre.
