They’ve both settled well, go in and leave cheerful. Welcoming team, consistently welcoming, lovely range of meals. More trips out would be excellent. Both our daughters attend Busy Bees.

Both my kids attended this childcare centre, my daughter for four years and my son for six months. After taking my son out to put in a closer childcare centre, I can honestly say I miss Busy Bees. Everything about the childcare centre made me sense at ease. The team are remarkable. The rooms are exceptionally spotless. I would highly suggest this childcare centre and if I lived closer I would definitely send my son back. What a childcare centre.

We have truly seen her self‑assurance increase and the key workers show excellent care which continues to help with her development. Thank you. My daughter has flourished at childcare centre and enjoys her days there.

I was hesitant about sending our baby anywhere but seeing the team with him and how he now is being well and truly settled eight months in I am no longer hesitant. He absolutely adores the team here and will quite happily walk in on a morning, he loves it! I have never had any concerns or any issues and I get a phonecall if needed. Having the app with his updates, however small is fabulous, I adore seeing him enjoying himself as due to Covid-19 this is limited at the minute. He enjoys a varied menu at childcare centre and that has been excellent in developing his eating at home, as well as how confident and sociable he has become. I’m certain that’s down to having a excellent team helping him on his growing and discovering journey! They treat him like one of their own and I’m sure that’s the same for every kid that goes. After visiting a couple nurseries prior to Busy Bees at Sunderland, Cleadon for our then six month old, upon arrival here we knew it was the one, the building is welcoming and the rooms are a excellent size and are set out lovely for the kids who attend there.

I know when I pick him up in the evening she will be able to give me highlights of the day. I adore to hear what he has been up to.
I truly like how the office team greet you in the morning.
They consistently say hi to my son and take the time to ask how he is.
My daughter previously attended and it is lovely how the team still remember her. My son has settled into childcare centre truly well.

He has settled in so well and all the team are so welcoming and attentive with the kids. It’s such a lovely place and has been a god send that my son was still able to go throughout lockdown. My son has been going to Busy Bees for the last twelve months and I can’t suggest them highly enough.

His development has been excellent and he has formed some truly special bonds with team. We’ve consistently been delighted with the care our son has received at Busy Bees, Cleadon.

The food at the childcare centre is highly nutritional and healthy and I sense when I leave my kids at childcare centre for the day they are in outstanding hands.
