Kids 1st Ingleby Barwick

This childcare centre has been incredible and has helped our little boy to develop so much. During the pandemic in particular, when we had no other kid care, this childcare centre has bent over backwards to accommodate us. Every single member of team are welcoming, approachable and we sense one hundred percent cheerful leaving our two year old in their care. Communication is outstanding, I can’t fault it! I could not suggest more highly.

Every single member of team has been outstanding with my son, he suffered terribly with his social development due to the covid lockdowns as we barely even saw family and it was impossible to get him to go to other adults, even grandparents. With kindness and patience, everybody here has helped him to gain more self‑assurance. He asks almost daily to go to childcare centre now! He also seems to really delight in the meals and snacks provided and I’m really surprised and cheerful with the variety of food he actually sits down and eats! I genuinely have nothing negative to say. I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.

The team here have consistently been incredible, inviting, welcoming and welcoming nothing is ever too much trouble. They are nurturing and my kids adore going. The care, the food, adore and attention they receive is incredible we sense at ease. The I-Connect system is exceptional and I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone. The team really are incredible. So cheerful we chose this childcare centre for my kids. All 3 of my kids have attended Busy Bees with my younger two still attending.

My little girl loves to go to this childcare centre and has a great attachment with her key worker. The level of detail in the observing updates is exceptional. Staff will do anything they can to accommodate any requests. Great facilities, lovely team and my daughter loves it. Excellent updates with team and admin. Couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre. Thank you and an especially big thank you to one member of team who has the patience of a Saint. Superbly organised, welcoming and expert team.

Our son started in the baby unit right at the beginning of lockdown, however the childcare centre and team have made the last year effortless for us. Despite all of the challenges everyone faced, he has settled in really well and has thrived since starting. We had come on so much since starting. We have experienced three rooms now and in each one the team have been lovely. Nothing is ever too much for them and they have the kids’s best interests in everything they do. They have accommodated our routines and also took on board anything we have asked in relation to our sons health.

Communication is excellent and receiving updates on the app throughout the day is really supportive too. As a parent of two kids with a range of allergies, they have been very supportive and the cooks have been incredible at making alternative food for my kids. My boys adore going and have formed a strong bond with their key worker. The team are remarkable and genuinely care.

The activities are engaging and the food served is nutritious as well as varied which is excellent for introducing new tastes and textures.
The way they’ve continued to work through various lockdowns has been remarkable and incredibly secure, our little girl looks forward to going to childcare centre every morning. Our little girl has developed brilliantly at this childcare centre, the team have consistently been welcoming and our little girl is consistently stimulated and taken care of brilliantly.

The team are excellent with the kids and I sense very comfortable with my daughter going to the setting. She absolutely loves going and the setting is gorgeous too. They have made sure the kids are secure during the covid pandemic and I know my daughter is secure. Highly suggest the childcare centre. I looked around a lot of nurseries, and work in a childcare centre; I wouldn’t have her anywhere else. Kids 1st at Ingleby Barwick is an outstanding childcare centre that my daughter has been attending for the last 2 years.

I sense so comfortable leaving my daughter, the team are so welcoming and approachable. The childcare centre is very spotless and immaculate, I have no concerns at all. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Amazing childcare centre, the best I have visited.

I was a bit nervous to send her to childcare centre as this is my first kid but I couldn’t have asked for more from the team. I adore the app where my daughters meals, sleep and pictures are put on and I get to see what she does every day. This is nice when her mum is usually the one who does the pick ups and talks to the team. The team are exceptional and so accommodating. My daughter loves going, she’s now twenty months and had been going since she was nine months old, she loves all the team and talks about them at home. I really can’t suggest this childcare centre enough! I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre for my daughter.
