They are consistently updating the app so I know how he is doing throughout the day. Team are polite and highly lovely to speak to. My kid’s educators are so lovely with him and he enjoys going to childcare centre so much.

Overall an outstanding childcare centre and would 100% suggest. My son has been attending this childcare centre for over one year and he loves it.

She has grown up so much and that’s all down to the team. They truly help with her food issues and consistently offer the extra assistance we need. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. From day one, Kids 1st has been incredible to our daughter.

The team, especially the keyworker, deputy manager and manager have been incredibly flexible and understanding about my daughter’s anxiety about starting childcare centre, providing extra settling in sessions at no charge. Her keyworker is highly attentive, stimulating and nurturing, and she’s taken the time to get to know our daughter truly well, and she treats her as an individual. She has a excellent, varied and healthy diet, gets great quality sleep and gets to playtime with a range of stimulating toys. In the two weeks she’s been there she’s developed enormously. The childcare centre is spotless and relaxed, the kids are cheerful and calm, and the facilities are remarkable – lots of outdoor space, spacious, bright and well-decorated rooms. I have complete self‑assurance in the team attentive for my daughter. I know that when I drop her off, she’ll be in a secure, enjoyable and attentive setting, and she’ll have a excellent day. I am highly cheerful with the standard of care she receives each time she is there. The childcare centre is highly spotless and doesn’t have that odd smell that some nurseries and schools have. I adore that they have a garden for the kids to playtime in. It has been lovely to watch my daughter development through the different rooms that are available for different ages of kids. The team are highly attentive, my daughter has a great bond with the team members in her room both past and present. The variety and quality of food is excellent. Overall I would highly suggest this childcare centre. My daughter loves going to childcare centre.

He settled in highly well as the team were highly great each morning at drop off by giving him cuddles and making sure he was feeling secure with them. The childcare centre has an outstanding food menu which is displayed so that I can see what he’s going to be having. I get a talk through at pick up of what he’s been up to during the day, what he’s had to eat and how long he’s napped all of which is highly great at giving me insight into what his day has been like. My son has been attending for over a year now since he was 10 months old.

The reason the childcare centre was chosen for our grandchildren was the team, their professionalism, attentive positive attitude and kindness. Each day, we and our grandchildren, are greeted with smiles and a excellent positive attitude, and we know they are in secure hands. We consistently receive feedback each day, and we can see how the kids have developed increased social skills and self‑assurance. The management team are tremendous, and obviously hold highly high standards; they are also exceptionally approachable, coupled with intelligent initiative. Kids 1st is an exceptional childcare centre, with courteous and welcoming team.
