September 17, 2024 at 7:10 amThe lunch menu is healthy and varied each day, and the open door policy is incredible for giving the kids independence to explore if they wish. The team genuinely care and build excellent relationships with parents and kids. All the team are pleasant and approachable. Kiddieshack is a secure and enjoyable setting for all the kids, every day they are trying out new things and expanding the little ones’ imagination.

My granddaughter loves going to childcare centre every day and she is given a balanced and varied diet which I am cheerful about.
I would 100% suggest this childcare centre. Since placing my granddaughter in childcare centre she has come on so quickly.

January 9, 2025 at 8:30 amCan’t properly rate some areas since parents are still not allowed inside the childcare centre. Food seems to vary week on week, sometimes little one has only sandwiches for lunch as doesn’t want to eat the food provided.
Overall, I like the childcare centre and there are more great days than bad days. There has recently been a higher turnover of team, and it has been hard to keep up with who is who, and my kid has sometimes not wanted to go in with the person opening the door.

February 7, 2025 at 7:08 amI’ve never experienced any issues with collecting or dropping off etc. In fact, I think being asked who you are etc is a great thing! There has however been quite a turnover of team of late which gave cause for concern but this hasn’t hindered the development of my grandson. He consistently looks forward to going and seeing all the team and other kids. I believe it’s now under new management and she appears to be highly expert, welcoming, well‑informed and seems genuinely interested in the kids and their needs. I have seen quite an improvement recently with the daily activities, snacks etc. So long may it continue to be on the up. I cannot fault this childcare centre in the slightest. I’ve been taking my grandson to Kiddieshack for a few months now.

Nice to look at pictures and know how she spent the day. I’m highly cheerful with my daughter’s development and development.

February 27, 2025 at 6:57 amWhen I contacted you it’s been we forgot, even whilst the directors are in they also forgot.
I’ve asked repeatedly for more in-depth details on my son’s daily activities, and it is consistently the bare minimum. Even the health visitor has contacted you for an update.
The Acting Manager has had to step into a role, and I can’t fault her as she has taken it on so well.
Apart from this, I’m not satisfied with the care my son receives. I made this highly clear to the previous manager, and nothing has been done, hence why I have removed my son from Tuesday and now with a childminder. I’ve had a lot of issues at the childcare centre with a lack of feedback in regard to my kid and constant new team who ask at the door who are you.
Not completing accident forms or informing me when there has been an incident.

March 22, 2025 at 1:29 amThe team are all highly approachable and have a range of activities on offer for the kids. Updates between team and parents is helped by the daily completion of online diaries, where team also regularly upload pictures and videos. My son has a great bond with several of the team and he’s cheerful when going/leaving childcare centre. My son has been attending this childcare centre since August 2021 and has consistently been well cared for.

I would ask that they update his journal more so I can see what he is up to on a daily basis but apart from that, excellent childcare centre. I am truly cheerful with Kiddieshack childcare centre.

His discovering and development has exceeded my expectations and this is 99% down to the childcare centre team who spend more time with him than I do! He has friends and socialises well. His eating habits are remarkable, with the various meals he is cooked weekly! I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre! My son, now 26 months old, has been at Kiddieshack since August 2021.

My son had a significant speech delay when starting childcare centre in January and the amount he has improved in the time he has attended is incredible, I can only praise the team for the time they put into each kid. He is much more confident when trying to speak and the difference in seeing how he interacts with other kids and participates in activities is excellent. I am more than cheerful with the care my son receives at Kiddieshack.

He loves his educators and can’t wait to tell me everything he’s been doing once he comes home. Incredible childcare centre!

We delight in the daily updates via online journals. The team are consistently accommodating and I sense my daughter is well looked after being only a baby.
Thanks for all your hard work within the childcare centre. I have used Kiddieshack for all 3 of my kids.

The team are consistently welcoming, welcoming and loving towards the kids and I sense so at ease leaving him. Highly suggest this childcare centre. Was highly nervous putting my son into childcare centre.

April 25, 2025 at 12:52 amMy wee girl has been cared for since January of this year. She has grown into a more confident girl with outstanding updates skills. She has been reaching goals and excelling in all areas of her discovering. It’s actually been such a positive change in her development in such a short space of time truly it is incredible. I’s testament to the high-quality calibre of team. The team are just exceptional. You can approach anyone with a question and you can guarantee a truthful response. My wee girl adores her key worker, sometimes more than she likes me! Thats a great thing though! The manager I find to be so refreshing, a down-to-earth genuinely lovely lady. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to everyone. Your kid will be well cared for, well-fed and loved. Something that I think is hard to find. The daily diary and updates are excellent too! It’s hard to find the right words to explain how great the care at Kiddieshack Childcare centre is, lets start with outstanding, marvellous and fantastic.

Kiddieshack is a excellent childcare centre, the girls have excellent bonds with the kids and my daughter is absolutely thriving there – thank you for everything you do girls, we can go to work secure in the knowledge that our daughter is secure, well looked after and having a ball with all the other kids.

He has been attending Kiddieshack since he was a year old now 4 and has learned so much within the time he’s been there, they have also been excellent with his needs and are fab at recognising the signs. Incredible, especially the manager.

Thanks for everything Kiddieshack, you are the best childcare centre. Thanks for having us. Incredible childcare centre, both of my kids have been there from they were 2 years old and has been the best thing for their first journey away from us.

July 4, 2025 at 9:31 pmI knew straight away, that once I have kids of my own, thats where I’d like them to start their preschool journey.
So, a few years later, soon after my girl turned 2, she started at Kiddieshack Childcare centre and I knew that it was the right decision! From a kid who wouldn’t go near a busy playground, she turned into a kid who keeps asking when she gets to go to the childcare centre to see her friends and favourite aunties!
In her nature she’s mostly shy and quiet, so seeing her this excited every time is one of the best feelings for a parent! It keeps me assured that she’s comfortable and cheerful, just as I knew she would be!
I see her thrive and I’m thankful for all the hard work, patience, and incredible care she gets! A few years ago, as a college student, I had the opportunity to attend my childcare work journey at Kiddieshack Childcare centre, and straight away the whole atmosphere just clicked with me.
