Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley

We chose this childcare centre as it is local to us and the opening hours are excellent. The team are welcoming and do greet you with a smile. Unfortunately, we had a few issues since our son started there. He has specific dietary requirements and on several occasions, the handover paper we used to get had stated that he had eaten something that he shouldn’t have. We brought this up several times and were reassured that he hadn’t eaten what was on the paper. It took a stern email to the childcare centre manager to get this looked into properly. But by this time you sort of lose trust in the childcare centre as you don’t know what or who to believe?
On 2 occasions we picked our son up from childcare centre and found that he has no underwear on! This was unacceptable to us.
On the whole, a satisfactory journey, but I wouldn’t rant and rave about this childcare centre. Our daughter is going elsewhere. We relocated to Hampshire and our son went to a remarkable childcare centre before and set the bar really high.

The team are welcoming and know the kids extremely well. My daughter has learnt so much during her time here and she is consistently talking about what she has learned that day. We have consistently been pleased with Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Whiteley.

The team are remarkable with allergies. Since my son has been there, he has progressed a lot and the team consistently call to keep me up to date if he isn’t quite himself. Would highly suggest. Outstanding childcare centre, welcoming team who go the extra mile and my son loves it there.

We really wanted to adore this childcare centre, it’s nearby with a nice outdoor space. Unfortunately, we’ve had very mixed experiences over the years. Some of their key carers were excellent but there is a high team turnover at the childcare centre. The ones we struggled with had very little interest in our kids and every day the daily update was ‘they had a great day’ with nothing further and they barely used Tapestry.
I really struggled with the lack of daily information, especially about food. They would rarely tell you if they didn’t eat or put it on a sheet if it was actually updated. We had an issue with them not giving our eldest breakfast despite being in at breakfast time so we just started eating at home. When raised with management there was little concern and we felt like complaining would negatively affect our kids. We considered moving last year but my son didn’t want to leave his friends so we stuck it out. We have had 2 kids at Kiddi Caru since 2017 and both are now at school.

All team are welcoming and attentive and show a real interest. My daughter’s development has progressed massively since attending and she’s tried foods and activities she may not have tried otherwise. Considering my daughter is quite a shy individual, she absolutely loves childcare centre and can’t wait to go every day, which I think says a lot about the place.

She has consistently loved this childcare centre and has made some lovely friends there. All the team have been excellent, I can imagine it’s a very demanding job and they are consistently smiling. They are very great at putting on days to celebrate occasions like ‘kids in need’ and mothers day etc and I do get regular updates on my little girl’s development and the day she has had.
It’s so nice that all the team at the childcare centre know my little girl’s name and consistently say hello to her, I sense like they have made an effort to get to know her personally instead of just another kid at the childcare centre. I am sure it helps my kid is a big character and hard to miss. All the team are fantastic but a special appreciation to two ladies in Whale who my little girl is very fond of.
Would Highly suggest Kiddi Caru Whiteley as a childcare centre. My little girl has been going to Kiddi Caru Whiteley since she was eight months old, she is now four!

She is absolutely thriving in childcare centre and the team are very great at communicating at every stage. I have to mention 2 key workers, her key worker in the Clam room – made the transition of her going to childcare centre and me going back to work easy and kept me updated with pictures and calls in the first months of her joining and helped with my anxiety of her being at childcare centre full time, and also her key worker in Seahorse who has made her transition from Clam room to Seahorse so smooth and she has come on leaps and bounds since being in there. She absolutely loves childcare centre and this is a credit to everyone who is there. I cannot fault this childcare centre and the team, it was very important to me as a first-time mum to sense confident and put my trust in someone looking after my daughter when I went back to work.

Anything we were unsure about or wanted a bit more updates on, they were exceptional with. The room that he’s in is particularly great, with lovely attentive team and they make us sense so comfortable leaving him there. We also find the food options excellent with lots of variety. Thanks everyone. Our sons been going to Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Whiteley for 3 months and we’ve had a excellent journey with the team so far.

The team are all lovely, attentive and very informative. My little one consistently comes home cheerful and tired which is a bonus. He’s made such lovely friends with his classmates. Another excellent factor is that they do all kinds of enjoyable activities with them. Incredible setting.

The outside playtime area is incredible and activities and day projects really teach the kids age appropriately. A remarkable pre-school too. Would highly suggest. I can not rate Kiddi Caru Whiteley any higher, the team are all genuinely attentive and put a lot of effort into the kids’s discovering.
