Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley

Friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff and carers. My son has been incredibly happy since joining and is developing beyond my expectations. I have Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley
to thank for the progress he is making and I am extremely satisfied with the care he receives.

My son started attending Kiddi Caru in October 2021, and right from the start, we have been very impressed with the standard of care he receives. Most importantly, the staff at Kiddi Caru are fantastic. They appear to genuinely care about the well-being of our son and have formed strong attachments with him, which makes it so much easier to leave him for the day knowing he is in safe and caring hands. It is also clear that they know him well as they treat him as an individual and recognise his needs and likes and dislikes.
Aside from the excellent care provided by the staff, the activities on offer are always engaging and interesting, and I love to hear about what he’s been up to during the day.
In addition, the meals offered during the day are always varied and nutritious, so this provides peace of mind for his nursery days that I know he is going to eat well.
Overall, I can’t rate Kiddi Caru highly enough.

Amazing setting. The staff are all lovely, caring and very informative. My little one always comes home happy and tired which is a bonus. He’s made such lovely friends with his classmates. Another great factor is that they do all kinds of fun activities with them.

Excellent nursery, friendly staff who go the extra mile and my son loves it there. The staff are fantastic with allergies. Since my son has been there, he has progressed a lot and the staff always call to keep me up to date if he isn’t quite himself. Would highly recommend.

I can not rate Kiddi Caru Whiteley any higher, the staff are all genuinely caring and put a lot of effort into the children’s learning. The outside play area is amazing and activities and day projects really teach the children age appropriately. A fantastic pre-school too. Would highly recommend.

We have had 2 children at Kiddi Caru since 2017 and both are now at school. We really wanted to love this nursery, it’s nearby with a nice outdoor space. Unfortunately, we’ve had very mixed experiences over the years. Some of their key carers were great but there is a high staff turnover at the nursery. The ones we struggled with had very little interest in our kids and every day the daily update was ‘they had a good day’ with nothing further and they barely used Tapestry.
I really struggled with the lack of daily information, especially about food. They would rarely tell you if they didn’t eat or put it on a sheet if it was actually updated. We had an issue with them not giving our eldest breakfast despite being in at breakfast time so we just started eating at home. When raised with management there was little concern and we felt like complaining would negatively affect our kids. We considered moving last year but my son didn’t want to leave his friends so we stuck it out.

Use to be excellent, but struggling to find staff and managers. It has shown a change in the feel of the service and stability.
The care workers are lovely and knowledgeable. My child enjoys nursery and when it comes to price it is very competitive.

I cannot fault this nursery and the staff, it was very important to me as a first-time mum to feel confident and put my trust in someone looking after my daughter when I went back to work. She is absolutely thriving in nursery and the staff are very good at communicating at every stage. I have to mention 2 key workers, her key worker in the Clam room – made the transition of her going to nursery and me going back to work easy and kept me updated with pictures and calls in the first months of her joining and helped with my anxiety of her being at nursery full time, and also her key worker in Seahorse who has made her transition from Clam room to Seahorse so smooth and she has come on leaps and bounds since being in there. She absolutely loves nursery and this is a credit to everyone who is there.

We have been really impressed with Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Whiteley ever since our daughter joined a year and a half ago. She absolutely loves attending and has made lots of new friends. She has had a number of different key workers throughout her time there so far and they have all been wonderful, providing her with the care and support that she needs every day. The experiences that she has had have been amazing and she has developed huge amounts. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My little girl has been going to Kiddi Caru Whiteley since she was eight months old, she is now four! She has always loved this nursery and has made some lovely friends there. All the staff have been great, I can imagine it’s a very demanding job and they are always smiling. They are very good at putting on days to celebrate occasions like ‘children in need’ and mothers day etc and I do get regular updates on my little girl’s progress and the day she has had.
It’s so nice that all the staff at the nursery know my little girl’s name and always say hello to her, I feel like they have made an effort to get to know her personally instead of just another child at the nursery. I am sure it helps my child is a big character and hard to miss. All the staff are wonderful but a special appreciation to two ladies in Whale who my little girl is very fond of.
Would Highly recommend Kiddi Caru Whiteley as a nursery.
