The team are consistently cheerful, polite and supportive. I felt the transition into a new age group room went smoothly and was well planned, and the new updates app helps us to sense informed about my little one throughout the day. Truly excellent childcare centre.

They offer a range of exciting things for her to do throughout the day; in particular, she loves the sensory room. They helped her transition onto a bottle and consistently keep me up to date with how she’s eating/drinking. We are highly cheerful with her at Kiddi Caru. My daughter loves her time at childcare centre and consistently throws herself into the arms of team in the mornings.

On several occasions of collecting kid early due to a lack of team, which we oblige but were never recompensed for, an incident where the childcare centre closed but never recompensed for, and numerous occasions of our kid coming home with an injury, where no one had seen it or it had been logged but not consistently logged. Sometimes our kid told us she had incidents, consistently other kids assaulting ours. An incident where our property was damaged by another kid and we had to replace this at a cost to us. The final year just felt there was no control. The final straw involved ruining my kid’s birthday by not distributing her invites and allowing another kid to destroy them, which meant that no kids were coming to her party. If she hadn’t been going to school we would have moved her. The childcare centre was remarkable in the first few years, then covid, this was problematic any way you look at it, but in most instances, the team at Kiddi Caru was excellent and went above and beyond.
The final year was more problematic hence the review.

Lovely outdoor space and indoor sensory room. The food is varied and nutritious. My kid enjoys going to childcare centre and he has continued to develop during his time at childcare centre The team are incredibly welcoming and the facilities are excellent!

The team are polite, supportive and just overall excellent people. They care so much for the kids and it shows.

At home time, he consistently comes out with a big smile and has participated in a variety of different activities throughout the day. All the team are welcoming and welcoming and cheerful to answer any questions I have. There is a wide variety of food available to the kids and they cater truly well to any/all allergies. My little one absolutely loves going to Kiddi Caru Childcare centre.

Our daughter is excited every day to go and has built up such a lovely relationship with all the team. The team know the parents by name and provides a wide range of activities for the kids. Our daughter eats and sleeps well, we couldn’t ask for anymore! Absolutely remarkable childcare centre, we have been here for over a year now and cannot fault them.

From the day our daughter joined, we were filled with self‑assurance and having seen the teams grow bonds with her and teach her right from wrong; I know we made the right decision in picking for her to come here. Kiddi Caru has been incredible for us as a family.

Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre feels to us like home away from home. I am cheerful we chose your childcare centre for our daughter. Even though it was one of the highly few options available at the time we arrived in the UK, I must say the outstanding setting created a excellent atmosphere for our, then 1-year-old, to transition into the UK system. We are highly grateful for your services.
