Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Harlow

The rooms and garden are spacious with plenty to keep the kids amused, amazed and constantly discovering. The sensory room is especially fantastic and a favourite of my son.
He consistently races off to whichever team member (who are all so lovely, expert and supportive) greets him at the doors as he absolutely loves it here. He consistently comes home with a story to tell in his own language and is very much ready for bed after such an exciting day at childcare centre!
He consistently naps well there during the day and the food they offer is varied to allow the kids to try different things. The activities are also varied each day. The childcare centre is absolutely remarkable.

The team are so compassionate and loving. They care for the kids as if they are their own. I sense completely at ease when my kid is at Kiddi Caru as I know he is secure. Exceptional freshly cooked food every day too. Incredible childcare centre.

My youngest has also just started there and I have to say, I have got so much self‑assurance sending her, knowing how much my eldest has learned and grown from being there. All the team we have dealt with there are really expert but also really welcoming and welcoming. It really does sense like being part of a community and that the team really do care. The manager is remarkable and consistently has time to talk things through and give help and advice where needed. Even though I know she’s really busy, she never makes you sense like you are asking silly questions or taking up too much of her time. The childcare centre really felt like a remarkable fit for us, with exceptional facilities and team that want to make things enjoyable and engaging for the kids as well as supporting their discovering of the more practical things like manners and toilet training. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre for two years and she absolutely loves it there.

Consistently trusted them with the care of my daughter and felt secure and cheerful leaving her there, she also loved being in your care. I can’t wait to send my youngest! Excellent care from all team at Kiddi Caru.

They really get to know the kids as individuals which I think is incredible. We have never had any issues with them and sense it is a excellent setting for kids. The team are consistently welcoming, polite and trustworthy.

The parking can sometimes be an issue when picking up as the car park is small, with parents parking on roundabouts and yellow lines, making it less secure but this is more an observation of the parent’s behaviour and not necessarily the fault of the childcare centre themselves. There is ample parking on side streets that are a seconds walk from the childcare centre though, so you will never have issues parking when picking up, if you don’t want to endanger other kids’s safety with reckless parking. Great childcare centre, our only journey of one to be fair but no complaints and my kid seems to delight in the journey and develop well there.

My kid joined in 2020 when she was 5-months. Her milestones has been everything and more with the help of Kiddi Caru Childcare centre Harlow. The team are wise, very welcoming, informative and very much accept if they’re any changes that need to be done. I want to say that Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Harlow has been one of the best choices I’ve made in choosing a childcare centre for my baby.

They are therefore unable to provide the kids with stimulating activities to develop the kids’s skills. Team ratios are at a worrying level, regularly being just over the secure/legal adult-to-kid ratio and using loopholes to account for this lack of planning, using a ‘building ratio’ instead of physical adults in the relevant rooms. Many parents were being turned away at the door within recent weeks as they decided to ‘cap’ the entry of more kids after 8:40. This has been brought up to management from parents and childcare centre team alike. They are relying on bank team, interns and agency team due to bad planning and lack of care and ability to retain current, exceptional team. This has meant kids are very unsettled in their rooms as most team members are on regular rotation, non-permanent team or strangers/agency workers. Firstly the childcare centre team are very attentive, there is a genuine adore for the kids, however, they are being very let down with bad management.

But after the first month, I just need to say that I’m well reassured to see that she has been very well looked after. I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all team, especially Pre-School team, and a very special thank you to my daughter’s key worker for her kindness and assistance well done Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Harlow! When my daughter started childcare centre I was worried about how she would cope.

My two kids are very cheerful there and their development from their time at the childcare centre is clearly visible. The team are all lovely and very attentive. Tools like the parent app are excellent as you get lovely insights into the kids’s days at childcare centre. The team at Kiddi Caru Day Childcare centre Harlow do an incredible job.
