My girl has was enrolled at Mama Bear’s for 6 months now, she adores going to early‑years hub and playing and has made many friends. I’m assured that she is well taken care of and I am updated on her daily activities.

The outdoor space for each room of the early‑years hub (each age group), is vast and well equipped. My eldest has left but also enjoyed his time at the early‑years hub. Would suggest. My little one treasures attending Mama Bear’s at Allison Road. The childcare centre offers great support and lots of different activities throughout the day. Food is made on-site which is lovely. All the team are lovely and keep you updated via an app on your child’s improvement.

She has become so assured and is thriving. She always enjoys her day and comes home pleased. All the crew are lovely and caring towards the kids and parents. Since my young lady has been going to Mama Bear’s. They always take on board any concerns and help my young lady explore and develop in the best way possible.

Her language has progressed and she is becoming more independent with her games. My young lady now happily walks into childcare centre independently and confidently.

Lovely place for little ones, my little one has been here since he was 1 and he’s now 3, he adores it every day, met some really good friends. The support is spot on and I would endorse 100%. Special mention to two ladies who really go above and beyond for my little one. The personnel adapt to your needs with a cordial approach.

They are kind, caring and hard-working. Huge well done and thanks to them. They really deserve huge praise. I’m one of the mums and I have so much respect and treasure for the ladies at Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Brislington).

Working really hard to deal with difficult staffing shortages across the early‑years hub sector also. Wonderful childcare centre. My little one is truly pleased here in the babies room. My young lad gets up to lots of interesting things and enjoys the food, toys, activities and crew.

The personnel have been wonderful and really communicate with you and keep you up to date with everything and I especially treasure getting little observations on the app with little notes and pictures of her day and being told what she had to eat on the app! My young lady has been coming to Mama Bear’s since she was 10 months old (now almost 3 and a half) and she treasures it.

Not sure if that is common for kids joining childcare centre after being in isolation or if it is a hygiene issue. What appears to be extremely poor recruitment management has led to kids being kicked out of nursery setting just days before the Xmas holidays, leaving parents with no youngster attention and no way to make new arrangements before their return to work once the holidays are over. Still had to pay for those five weeks of course. Staff at Brislington were otherwise kind, however, our boy was sent home for approximately five out of the twelve weeks he was there due to vomiting and diarrhoea.

The log is updated frequently, which I look forward to viewing throughout the day. I was extremely worried about my little one starting nursery setting due to not being able to actually go in the early‑years hub myself (Covid) and the change over in management, but I have been pleased with updates since he has joined.

He had a slight speech delay when he was younger and thanks to his discovering and interest at Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Brislington) he now will not stop talking, which is wonderful! Can’t advocate them enough. Plus, the food sounds delicious! Our boy has absolutely thrived at Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Brislington) and has made a good set of friends there that he will hopefully retain when he starts school later this year. Mama Bear’s Day Nursery (Brislington) has been exceptionally good at settling him in, especially given the restrictions placed on them by the coronavirus situation. We moved to Bristol in December 2020 and were anxious that our boy join preschool as soon as possible, to lessen the effect of moving to a new place for him.

She really looks up to everyone. All crew are lovely and kind, great at correspondence and raise any concerns or any time my little one has a bump I am informed. My little one has come so far at the setting and really enjoys it, she comes home every day telling us about her friends and her educators. Thank you for everything you do especially through this tough year we’ve had!

The best childcare centre I’ve ever had the pleasure of sending any of my little ones to The team here are absolutely incredible, every day I had updates on what he was doing and it made me feel right at ease. My young lad went to here and he came out of his shell so much! The childcare centre itself was wonderful with lots of things for youngsters to do!

I think the team are working incredibly during these testing times. My little one started with Mama Bear’s in October 2020 and he settled so well thanks to the personnel. He now adores going and has met loads of friends.

My young lad has went to Mama Bear’s at Allison Road for over 3 years now since he was 8 months old and always felt truly well looked after. We are really pleased with the attention for our little one, and we enthusiastically suggest them! I cherish getting little daily online updates on our son’s headway. He is thriving in this space, treasures going to early‑years hub and has built truly strong bonds with his peers and the crew. The facilities and outdoor spaces are brilliant, and food is cooked on site. The team have been fantastic, the new manager is extremely competent, updates is great and they are all truly approachable.

We have seen many changes in the team throughout her time here but the early‑years hub has gone from strength to strength with the support of the wider management team. Our little one has joined this setting since she was 8 months old. Our little one has built some extremely strong bonds with both her peers and the personnel. The outdoor spaces are brilliant and lots of investment has been made over recent months in improving the sites with new exciting equipment for the youngsters. The management at the nursery setting and at the head office are all approachable and easy to reach. She does a broad range of activities both adult and child-led. We are extremely delighted with the provision of attention for our girl. She is always pleased to go to childcare centre and comes bounding out with a smile on her face excited to tell us about her day. She will be 3 this spring.

We receive regular updates on our daughter’s headway and are content that she is in a secure and thrilled environment. Our young lady started at Mama Bear’s, Allison Road in December 2020 and we are really impressed with the leadership of new manager and her team.

But we were also anxious about him mingling with others and whether or not he would be secure spending so much time in the company of strangers (given the risks posed by COVID). Staff are always there to greet him in the morning. 2020 was a extremely challenging year for us, with our first little one being born in the midst of the COVID pandemic. We’re really pleased with how Mama Bear’s on Allison Road has handled looking after all the kids during this difficult time, and the crew have been brilliant at both welcoming our young lad into nursery setting, but also communicating with us and letting us know how he’s been getting on, especially considering the difficulties created by COVID restrictions and safety measures. We’ve also seen great developmental strides since he’s been at childcare centre. They are welcoming and useful and always keep us updated as to his improvement. He’s more assured with strangers and is much better at managing frustrations. As a result, we were truly eager to get our boy into nursery setting so that he could meet other kids and get to know other grown-ups, following essentially a whole year in lockdown.

All of the crew are always cordial and approachable and thrilled to talk about our daughter’s day and what she has been doing. They seem extremely engaged with the little ones even if they are in different classes. Our little one enjoys her time at Mama Bear’s Day Nursery and has made some lovely friends. The food is cooked on site which our little one enjoys and the cook is great too and extremely much part of the team.

The manager is extremely competent and attentive and gives constant feedback. We’re extremely delighted to have found them! Our little one has joined this branch for about 6 months now, starting when she was 10months old. They’ve also been brilliant at accommodating our dietary needs, working hard at having her nap every day, and using cloth nappies (even coming up with a solution to accommodate us with the CV19 restrictions in mind). We also have daily updates via the app, with photos and assessments on growth and well-being on a weekly basis. We are extremely delighted with Mama Bear’s Brislington, and wholeheartedly endorse them! There is plenty of outdoor space to playtime (front and back), and they do several activities every day. Our young lady is exceptionally excited to arrive there in the mornings, which I think is the highest endorsement of all.
