Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Bradley Stoke (Great Park Road)

They have become more independent and this is down to the practitioners and their way of teaching. Thank you to the team for consistently doing your best with our kid. O would highly suggest Mama Bears. Our kid has come on leaps and bounds in the year they have been attending the pre-school.

I sense so at ease dropping him off and collecting him and knowing throughout the day what he’s been up to from the daily updates I receive. My kid has learnt so much from attending and loves the social aspect of socialising with other kids. Every day is a different discovering day and activities they provide. They take pride in providing well balanced meals throughout the day and this has helped my son try new food he hasn’t before. This is the second time we have used the childcare centre as my 8 year old used to attend. The childcare centre offers other benefits such as flexi-care which is an added benefit. I would highly suggest the childcare centre, your kid will adore it and sense like it is their second home. My son attends 3 days a week and he absolutely loves it.

My kids adore going and have truly learnt a lot from this setting. I have a kid in the baby room and a kid in preschool. They have both gained self‑assurance and independence and in the covid situation, peer to peer stimulation and interaction has been invaluable. They are as covid secure as they can be and they have outstanding updates with parents. I particularly adore the parent zone app, which gives us updates on my kids’s activities, meals, naps, milk etc throughout the day. The pictures and videos they take are excellent as I sense a part of their day while I am at work. The biggest positive for me is the flexi-care. As a nurse/shift worker, this has been outstanding. I would suggest them to anyone. Truly welcoming team and they all have excellent relationships with the kids.

Especially through the uncertainty when covid started. When the temporary manager stepped in, she was excellent with updates, information and all-round assistance in especially tough times. It settled our minds knowing where we stood and gave us self‑assurance in sending our kid back to childcare centre with no worries. We’d also like to make a special mention our kid’s keyworker, she has been excellent with him and sense she has helped develop his self‑assurance and various other skills. It was consistently a struggle getting our son into childcare centre cheerful but due to his keyworker’s influence, and I’m sure some of the other team as well, he truly enjoys going.

The team at Mama Bear’s are incredible, my son has been there from the age of 1 all the way to 3, he has become an independent strong boy which has been helped and encouraged by the team, he grows in self‑assurance every day and I can’t thank the team enough.

Highly accommodating and help as much as they can when needed. Only flexi-care childcare centre around the area which suits my needs. Lovely and expert team.

She thoroughly enjoys her time there. The team are all welcoming and welcoming and consistently accommodating if there is a need to change a day last minute due to a work commitment. My daughter (and I) adore the childcare centre.

My son is exceptionally cheerful there and I am highly cheerful with the level of care, discovering and food provided. The only improvement would be the updates from head office, when contacting head office either it takes a while to get a response or no reply is received at all. However, the team at the childcare centre will help out if no response is received. The team at Mama Bear’s Day Childcare centre & Pre-School (Bradley Stoke – Excellent Park Road) are lovely.

Everyday she walks in she says hello to everyone and barely says goodbye to me, which indicates she is cheerful to be there, feels secure to be left there and is looking forward to a day of enjoyable with her friends and practitioners. All meals are provided and generally varied and nutritious. The childcare centre use an app which the practitioners update throughout the day to let you know what your kid is eating, toilet habits, sleep and what activities they have been doing throughout the day. Being a working mum, it is truly important to me to see what she is doing so that I sense apart of her day. The only negatives are on occasion there have been staffing issues (mainly due to Covid) and the flex care option was removed at short notice, however, I can already see an improvement and the childcare centre do try to accommodate any extra days you may need at short notice. Overall a positive journey! My daughter has attended Mama Bears since was 9 months old and not once has not wanted to go.
