September 17, 2024 at 4:37 pmThey are new and busy, but they don’t have the team and management in place to provide a secure and productive setting, especially during Covid spikes. The team were hostile when we asked for feedback and information, and kept pushing us to do shortened hours (even though we paid for half/full days). Strongly recommended you don’t’ choose this childcare centre. This is a terrible childcare centre.

October 6, 2024 at 5:04 amDue to being with me since birth and lockdown, this was his first time away from me, and found the journey very daunting! I am so grateful to the team team for all they have done to assistance me and my son during the settling in. He now attends four full days and is thriving. He is consistently singing at home, and his app updates are such a joy to see! The room head is exceptional, and I have been recommending it to all my friends. My son joined Junior’s last July.

October 11, 2024 at 1:11 pmWhen dropping our kid off, team seemed disappointed they had another kid to look after. If you don’t adore kids, then you are definitely in the wrong job and business!
We tried to give feedback and seek reassurance from the acting manager, however, it was very difficult to contact her as she was consistently covering for other team, came in late, left earlier, or work from home (i.e not reachable). The room leader in the baby’s room was hostile, when we asked for feedback, i.e. it’s like they want you to leave as they know they can’t cope.
When you join, they give a pack with their complaint process and the owner’s contact details. When you send your complaint, however, they never respond. The service and care provided at Junior’s Day Childcare centre were appalling.
They are constantly short-staffed and over-stretched, meaning they can never provide quality care.

April 13, 2025 at 10:48 pmMy daughter loves coming into the setting, and she is consistently really cheerful when it’s a childcare centre day! She has learned so much since she started in September, discovering new words every day and using Makaton sign language. A big thank you to all the team; they are consistently very supportive, and they tried their best to accommodate my kid’s daily routine. Excellent childcare centre with an incredible outdoor area!

April 29, 2025 at 9:04 pmOur daughter is 18-months old and has been attending since she was 11-months-old. She’s grown and flourished as a result of attending Junior’s and is displaying new physical and social skills every day. We’re particularly fond of the Teenies Room leader goes above and beyond to reassure and encourage not just our daughter but us as well. The garden area is gorgeous, and the curriculum is outstanding. I would definitely suggest! We’ve been so pleased with Junior’s!

He is already starting to say sentences, and he is also uses signing, which is super cute! I really appreciate all of the reassurance the team have given me, and my son’s key person is incredible. The teenie team have been excellent, and I would suggest to anyone. Could not speak higher about Junior’s!
