VisitingJolly Jesters welcomes visitors and operates an open door policy. Limitations may however be placed on visitors to protect the safety of children and staff and to avoid unnecessary disruption. The Proprietor, - Sean Larkin and Peter Savage, Nursery Manager (or the Deputy Manager) has the authority to determine which visits are to be permitted as well as the discretion to set any appropriate conditions on the nature of and extent of such visits.

DirectionsThe nursery can be accessed very easily by the A1 Dual Carriageway at either exit into Dromore. From the Banbridge side the nursery is accessible from Banbridge road. From the Hillsborough side the nursery is accessible from the town centre and up through bridge street.

September 26, 2024 at 11:22 pmMy eldest had a tough time leaving me at first and her settling in took time the girls were incredible with her and so patient in helping to settle her in, and she loves going every day!
My youngest settled well, and it’s down to the enthusiasm and care of the girls in the childcare centre, he doesn’t even wave goodbye to me because he just wants to start his Jolly Jester day.
It puts me at such ease knowing my kids are in excellent hands, they say it takes a village to raise a kid and I’m glad Jolly Jesters is part of mine! My kids attend the childcare centre and adore it.

The kids get so much time outdoors and have so many different activities to do. From the baby room up to the after school, the team go beyond to help the kids. My three kids have attended Jolly Jesters.

They made the transition very easy for us both! I am so cheerful with the journey my daughter is having between the activities, discovering, outdoor playtime and trips there is consistently something new! Thanks girls for all your hard work! My little girl attends Jolly Jesters preschool and just started this year!

This is my first childcare centre journey and I am thankful to all the team at Jolly Jesters for making it a positive one for us. Jolly Jesters is a 5 star daycare, our daughter has attended for 6 months after not setting into another daycare.

The girls are all lovely and welcoming and they have cared very well for my son as he consistently comes home with stories about his day. Would absolutely fully suggest. Can’t fault Jolly Jesters at all, my wee man has been going since 1 year old and is currently in their preschool.

December 8, 2024 at 7:23 pmThe team are incredibly incredible with my daughter. My kid has been attending for 2/3 years now, and the development in my daughter’s development is incredible! All thanks to the girls at Jolly Jesters. I have applied for my daughter to attend pre-school here as I would be so content knowing she is getting the best care. The team go above and beyond for all the kids, and I can say my daughters built such a loving relationship with all the girls. I also adore how they update everything on the childcare centre pal, I can see every activity, meal and toilet break etc they make sure parents are updated throughout the whole day. I suggest this day childcare centre 10/10. Lovely building, lovely team and management, welcoming and overall the best childcare centre in Dromore. I can’t thank the team enough for all they do for my daughter. I can’t suggest this day childcare centre enough!

My son did find it hard to settle at the start and the team were incredible to him to help make the transition easier for him. It’s a enjoyable setting for the kids. The facilities they have are super for little ones. Jolly Jesters is brilliantly run and would highly suggest to anyone looking into any of the units/groups they have on offer. My son attends the playgroup (preschool) and the team are incredible.

January 15, 2025 at 11:22 pmShe has made so many friends growing up in the childcare centre who she has moved through school with. She is now in afterschool and enjoys every minute. Exceptional activities are set up for the kids with trips over the summer! The girls cater for all, afterschool clubs, early pickups and school holidays! My daughter has attended now for 7 years since she was in the baby room.

April 26, 2025 at 9:45 amOur kid has autism and the team are so supportive and understanding of the care he needs. They review with us quarterly to let us know how he is progressing and also to advise us on how we can help him develop at home.
The App is remarkable also, being able to log on at work and see what he is up to during the day with photos often uploaded of him doing enjoyable activities.
We could not be happier with Jolly Jesters, we only wish we had started our son with them sooner! Team are all incredible.

My daughter has attended this childcare centre from a very young age and the girls are remarkable at their job; they go the extra mile for every kid and make the parents at ease when they are leaving their kid.
I can’t thank the girls enough, this childcare centre has done so much for the community.
