The only way they could improve is if they came to pick my kid up from our house! Well done guys and thank you so much for making a hard job look so easy. consistently dubious about leaving your kid with anyone but it soon showed how exceptional they were when I have to drag my daughter out.

The team and the management are consistently trying to build a excellent rapport with us parents, and they frequently make us sense that our kid is in secure hands. The dedication and adore that the team have towards the kids are clear, and I can say that my daughter has a big smile on her face from the morning to when we pick her up in the afternoon. I am extremely grateful to each one of the professionals working there. Working with kids previously, I understand that it’s not an easy job, so seeing the incredible and impeccable work they do every day is something that should be appreciated constantly. Another excellent characteristic is that English is not my first language, and the childcare centre tries its best to include my language and culture in my daughter’s routine. I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to other parents. This childcare centre feels like a home away from home to our daughter.

I couldn’t suggest them more. All the team go out of their way for you and are welcoming and welcoming every day.
I wouldn’t want my son to go anywhere else. They are incredible. This childcare centre is exceptional.

They made us sense so welcome and part of a family as soon as we went to look around that I didn’t need to go and see any other childcare centre. The team are so lovely and my son adores his key worker which makes it so much easier for me to leave him and go to work. My son currently attends Jack and Jill childcare centre and has done since August 2018.

They are so attentive to the kids and have consistently been so great at letting me know how the day has gone and how my son is developing. They have also consistently been great at letting me know of any changes happening regarding team changing, etc. I really appreciate all the activities my son does there that he wouldn’t necessarily do at home and how beneficial the childcare centre setting has been for his social skills and development. My son has been going for two days a week at Jack & Jill childcare centre since he was six months old (he’s now two) and he loves his time at childcare centre (he also loves the food there).

Every single person is welcoming; it’s a real family vibe that it gives off, and even better, that you can actually talk to the person who runs the place, not just a manager type, but people who genuinely seem to care. I have talked to people who sent their kids there 30 years ago, and the family who run Jack and Jill even remember their names; it’s astounding!
Our son leaves in a month due to his age; however, we adore it so much that we want to send our younger daughter there.
Cannot suggest higher. The difference in our son after his time at Jack and Jill is astounding.

It will be a sad day when we have to leave Jack and Jills. Absolutely fabulous childcare centre in every way.

You can tell how much the team care about the kids and they put in so much effort to the activities with the kids and especially when celebrating special events. My daughter was at Jack and Jill childcare centre for 2 years and consistently received outstanding care and enrichment.

June 28, 2025 at 6:01 amIt has such a lovely, cosy, home from home sense. The management and team are so lovely and make you sense at ease and really are the best at what they do.
In a short space of time, the difference I have seen in my son is incredible and it’s all down to the girls at the childcare centre!
They have a really great online system where you can check what they have been up to (They even upload cute pics) – what they have eaten when they have slept etc, I personally adore it.
100% suggest! My son started with Jack and Jill childcare centre a couple of months ago, Its so nice to drop him off on a morning go to work and know he’s in the best hands and then pick him up cheerful without a worry!

July 7, 2025 at 8:32 pmWhenever I drop him off, he rarely says goodbye to me as he is too busy running off to playtime and have the best time! He has learned so much from being here, and I fully credit that to the incredible team that looks after him! My kid has absolutely flourished at this childcare centre; he loves attending here, and in the pictures I see of him doing activities, I can see how much he enjoys himself.
